2. Assemble four legs
Insert four legs into leg sockets, then partially
fasten Allen screws. Then, turn the whole unit
upside, and it is ready to use!

1. Turn top shelf upside
Place carton underneath wood shelf for padding
to avoid scratching. Use self-tapping screws to
install leg sockets on table top.

*Table Legs are optional.
If you would like to apply DuraSteel Galvanized Table Legs to your Wooden Top Shelf, please order them by refering to Page 8.
Recommend installing with Undershelf or U-shaped Bracing to make your table sturdier.
Order Undershelf or U-shaped Bracing, Please refer to Page 8.
*Important:
If you plan to add an undershelf or U-shaped Bracing to your table in the future, please follow the instruction on Page 7 to install your Leg
Sockets. Since the dimensions of DuraSteel Undershelf/U-shaped Bracing are fixed, it’s important to pre-measure the installing distance of
Leg Sockets. We recommend that the length of simple tables not exceed 36 inch. Regarding longer simple tables, we recommend adding
an undershelf or u-shaped bracing that is more stable.
The screw holes are pre-drilled on the wooden tabletop, it is easy to fasten the screws with a screwdriver. If the holes are not wide
enough, please follow the hole position to redrill 25mm deep holes with 5mm drill bit.

4. Fasten legs to leg sockets
Using Allen wrench and screws to fasten legs to
leg sockets. Then, turn the whole unit upside, and
it is ready to use!

3. Measure the positions of leg sockets
Ensure the leg assembly in the middle of shelf.
Adjust the leg sockets and shelf edge to parallel,
and fix sockets to shelf with self-tapping screws.

2. Assemble legs and leg sockets
Place carton underneath wood shelf for padding to
avoid scratching. Place leg sockets on the corners of
wooden shelf, and insert legs into leg sockets. (Do
not fix the sockets right now.)
1. Assemble undershelf and legs
Marking the position on the legs by tape for the
height of the undershelf (Recommend at least 8”
above the floor). Slide Legs into the socket of
undershelf, then, fasten the Allen screws.

If you would like to assemble DuraSteel Galvanized Table Legs and Undershelf with your Wooden Top Shelf, please order them by refering to Page 8.

4. Fasten legs to leg sockets
Using Allen wrench and screws to fasten legs to
leg sockets. Then, turn the whole unit upside. The
wooden table with U-shaped bracing is done, and
ready to use!

3. Measure the positions of leg sockets
After placing leg sockets on the corners of
wooden shelf, try to make the whole leg and leg
socket set in the middle of shelf. Make sure the
leg sockets and shelf edge to parallel, and fix
sockets to shelf with self-tapping screws.

2. Assemble table base
Insert cross braces into bracing sockets and fasten
them. Slide legs into brace set assembled. Then,
tighten all Allen screws to fix legs to brace set.

1. Mark the position on the legs
You can use tape to mark the position on the legs
in advance for being level. (The bottom of brace
set should be at least 8” above the floor.)

*If you want to replace your Bullet Feet of Standard Legs to Casters, Please refer to the
instruction below:
Please use slotted screwdriver to remove bullet feet, or disassemble the table top and slide a
long pole into the opening end of leg, and then push feet until it is removed. After you remove
the bullet feet, please follow the Caster Installation Instruction above. Thank you!

c. Use the caster brakes
Push down the brake if you want to lock the caster, lift it up
if you want it unlocked. *This instruction applies to both
Top-brake casters and Side-brake casters.

b. Turn over the completed equipment stand and it is now
ready to use.
a. Caster Assembly
Insert the caster into the leg, if the rubber part is too large for the socket, please loosen the top nut (A) by moving it counter
clockwise. Once the stem successfully inserted into the leg, please use a wrench to tighten nut (B) by moving it clockwise until
the caster is firmly secured inside the leg.
If the above way doesn't work. Please use a wrench to turn the gear looking parts either on top or below the black rubber part,
so it moves toward the rubber to squeeze and expand the rubber until it is about the same size as the feet socket. Simply insert
the caster into the feet socket. Now the caster is upside, tighten it by moving the base clockwise. Since they are about the same
size now, it will stuck inside the leg.

3. Flip the table and check
Now all legs are successfully installed. Simply flip the table
over. Now, you own a chic wooden table with stylish hairpin
legs!

2. Install Four Legs
Drill holes for each leg. Clean the holes and fix the
legs to the shelf with self-tapping screws. Finally,
attach the rubber feet to the legs.

1. Locate and mark the hole positions
Place carton underneath wood shelf for padding to
avoid scratching. Place hairpin legs on the corner
of tabletop, and mark the screw hole positions.
(Recommend leave a 2-1/2” space between the
edge of tabletop and hairpin leg top plate.)

Pre-measurement for Undershelf / U-shaped Bracing
24” x 12” Tabletop:
On the ‘width’ side of tabletop, the distance between center of two sockets should be 16.9” (428mm).
On the ‘length’ side of tabletop, the distance between center of two sockets should be 8.8” (224mm).
24” x 18” Tabletop:
On the ‘width’ side of tabletop, the distance between center of two sockets should be 16.9” (428mm).
On the ‘length’ side of tabletop, the distance between tcenter of two sockets should be 14.8” (376mm).
30” x 12” Tabletop:
On the ‘width’ side of tabletop, the distance between center of two sockets should be 22.9” (580mm).
On the ‘length’ side of tabletop, the distance between tcenter of two sockets should be 8.8” (224mm).
30” x 18” Tabletop:
On the ‘width’ side of tabletop, the distance between center of two sockets should be 22.9” (580mm).
On the ‘length’ side of tabletop, the distance between center of two sockets should be 14.8” (376mm).
*If you want to know the horizontal distance between inner side of two socket, you can minus
80mm for width side, and minus 60mm for length side.
