- Camera serial number
- Registration of the vehicle
- IMEI of the telematics unit
7. If at any step the LED lights are not as described, please examine the installation and
turn the vehicle fully off for 5 minutes. Then recheck following the steps above.
8. Record the commission code given by the support team in order that any issues can be
quickly located and rectified.#
