• Innensechskantschrauben (rechts, links und
unten) herausdrehen und Abdeckung des
Transportbogens entfernen.
• Remove the hexagonal socket screws (right,
left and on side) and remove the cover of the
transport arc.
• Innensechskantschrauben (rechts und links)
am Transportbogen herausdrehen.
• Transportbogen durch leichtes Bewegen abzie-
hen.
• Remove the hexagonal socket screws (right
and left) of transport arc.
• Remove the transport arc by pulling gently.
• Schraube in der Abdeckung am Ausgangsrohr
herausdrehen.
• Abdeckung abnehmen.
• Unscrew the hexagonal socket screw of the
cover.
• Remove the cover.
• Schrauben mit einem Innensechskantschlüssel
herausdrehen.
• Blechabdeckung abnehmen.
• Loosen the screws using a allen key and uns-
crew them.
• Remove the sheet.
• Position des Steckers mit einem Stift markie-
ren.
• Stecker abziehen.
• Mark the position of the connector with a pen-
cil.
• Pull out the connector.
• Ausgangsrohr durch leichtes Bewegen abzie-
hen.
• Remove the tube by slightly moving it.
• Stecker von der Platine an der Abdeckung des
Transportbogens abziehen.
• Remove the connector to the PCB located in
the transport arc cover.

• Stecker aufstecken. Auf richtige Position
achten!
• Fit a new connector. Make sure that the
position is correct!
• Ausgangsrohr aufsetzen.
• Fit the tube.
• Blechabdeckung aufsetzen.
• Schrauben mit einem Innensechskantschlüssel
anziehen.
• Fit the sheet.
• Tighten the screws using an allen key.
• Abdeckung aufsetzen.
• Innensechskantschraube anziehen.
• Fit the cover.
• Tighten the hexagonal socket screws.
• Feste Folie (z.B. Röntgenfilm) auf beiden Seiten
in den Spalt zwischen Lichtschutzbürste und
dem Gehäuse schieben.
• Insert a firm foil (e.g. x-ray film) on both sides
into the gap between the light protection brush
and the housing.
• Transportbogen durch leichtes Bewegen auf
die Fixierstifte aufstecken.
• Innensechskantschrauben anziehen.
• Feste Folie zwischen Lichtschutzbürste und
Gehäuse entfernen.
• Place the transport arc onto the fixing pins
using a light movement.
• Tighten the hexagonal socket screws with 3,4
Nm.
• Remove the firm foil between the light protec-
tion brush and the housing.
• Abdeckung aufsetzen.
Das Flachbandkabel muss so verlegt
werden, dass es nicht gequetscht
und die Funktion des Transportbo-
gens nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
• Schrauben der Abdeckung anziehen.
• Fit the cover.
The flat cable harness must be po-
sitioned so that it does not become
pinched, thereby interfering with the
function of the transport arc.
• Tighten the screws of the cover.
• Stecker auf die Platine an der Abdeckung des
Transportbogens aufstecken.
Auf richtige Lage achten!
Das rote Kabel muss in Richtung
Innenseite der Abdeckung zeigen.
• Replace the connectors from the PCB (mother
board) located in the cover of the transport arc.
Make sure that the position is correct.
Assure correct positioning of
connector.
The red cable must face the inside of
the cover.
• Innensechskantschrauben an der Löscheinheit
herausdrehen und Löscheinheit vorsichtig
herausnehmen.
• Neue Löscheinheit vorsichtig einsetzen.
• Innensechskantschrauben anziehen.
• Unscrew the hexagon socket screws of the
erasure unit and take out the erasure unit care-
fully.
• Insert a new erasure unit carefully.
• Tighten the hexagonal socket screws.
