IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES
Read the instructions in full before use.
CAUTION
• Secure the safety rope and tie it to a stable element before using the product.
• Before using, check that the safety rope is not damaged and that the knot is not loose.
• Establish a safe area under windows or doors without balconies. Make sure the product is fully charged
(green light) before using it. Do not use on rainy or humid days.
• Turn on the machine switch before placing it on the window. Make sure the product adheres to the
window.
• Please support the product before turning off the switch.
• Do not use on unframed windows.
• Be sure to put the cleaning ring on the cleaning wheel correctly to avoid possible leaks. The product
should not be used by children.
• Remove all objects from the window. Do not use on broken or streaked glass. Coated windows may be
slightly scratched during cleaning due to dirt particles on the glass.
• Keep hair, clothing, fingers and other parts of the body away from any holes or moving parts.
• Do not use in areas with flammable liquids or gases
• The machine must not be used by children from 0 to 8 years old. It can be used by children aged 8 or over
8 only if continuously supervised. Can this machine be used by people with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or with lack of experience and knowledge only under supervision or if you bake properly

2. PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT
DynaSun W110 is a window cleaning robot with a vacuum motor that allows it to adhere to the window
surface. An uninterrupted power supply system (UPS) prevents the robot from falling out of the window
even without power.
DynaSun W110 has two cleaning wheels specially designed for windows and walls.
The easy-to-change microfiber cloths are used with both cleaning wheels. The microfibre cloths allow an
excellent result by imitating the movement of a human hand DynaSun W110 uses artificial intelligence (AI)
technology to calculate the route, detect frames and clean windows completely. It also comes with a
manual. It also has a manual mode to handle the robot from the remote control.

WARNING: for its safety, the robot must always be connected to the power supply. If the power is
interrupted, the robot will remain attached to the window where it is thanks to the battery, in this case, the
robot must be removed from the window as soon as possible. The robot will not work if it is not connected.

How to place the product on the window
-Turn on the switch and make sure the fan is running
-Put the product on the window 10cm from the frame.
-Check that the cleaner adheres to the window before removing it.
How to remove the product from the window
-Press the Pause button on the remote control.
-While the cleaner is running, hold the safety rope with one hand and take the product from the window
with the other. - Turn off the switch in a safe area.
Safety rope
-Make sure the safety rope is not damaged nor the fixed knot.
- Securely put the safety rope and tie it to a stable element before using the product.
Uninterrupted Power System (UPS)
-The robot must always be connected to the current at all times.
-The UPS system will automatically activate when the cleaner is not receiving power. The duration of this
system is 30 minutes,
-Without power supply, the product will shut down automatically, sound an alarm and turn on
intermittently.

-The user will have to remove the robot from the window as soon as possible.
-User can retrieve the product by pulling the safety rope lightly in a corner near the window to prevent it
from falling.
Please make sure the battery is fully charged (green light) before using
-Turn off the robot switch and connect it to the network. Orange light indicates it is charged.
-The green light indicates that the product is fully charged.
How to clean the table
-Put the robot on the table and select the automatic cleaning mode, the robot will enter the table cleaning
mode.

LED SIGNALS
The robot vacuum cleaner has 3 indicator lights, each with a distinct function:
-Light 1 is on the left, it indicates the battery status. When the robot is
incomplete or the battery is charging, Light 1 will be solid red. When the
robot is fully charged, the light will be solid blue.
-Light 2 is located in the center indicates when the robot starts cleaning.
This light comes on when the robot is already fixed in the window and as
it starts to perform a cleaning function. When the robot is cleaning the light will be blue and blink.
-Light 3 located on the right indicates when the robot is in Pause / Stop mode. This light comes on when the
robot is fixed to the window without doing any cleaning mode, when the robot is in stop / pause or when
the cleaning robot finishes. The light it shines is red and flashing '

Cleaning tips
-Step l: Use clean, dry cloths to clean the window dust and dirt.
-Step II: Change clothes when they are dirty. Spray the lower wheel with a little cleaner (1 0 2 times) and
keep the upper wheel dry. Do not wet the cloth too much; that is, if it happens, the robot will not be able to
move correctly. Next, clean the window again. Mode of work
-Step l: connect the robot to the mains and attach the safety rope. Make sure the battery is charged.
-Step II: Put the microfiber cloths on the cleaning wheels.
-Step III: Turn on the robot and put it on the window.

PI: DynaSun W110 does not turn on and emits a sound.
A: The friction factor of the product is incorrect.
1. Check if the clothes are too dirty.
2. Window adhesives and films can affect the friction
3. If you clean a window many times, the surface will be slippery.
4. The window surface will become slippery if it is cleaned several times in low humidity environments,
such as air-conditioned rooms.

3. The wheel screw may be loose or unscrewed; screw it.

P7: What do I do if the DynaSun W110 crashes in a high place with no power supply, with a flashing red
light and an alarm sound?

1. Retrieve the DynaSun W110 with the safety rope. Gently pull the safety rope at a corner near the
window to prevent it from falling.
2. Turn off the switch.
3. Check if the electrical connection has any problems or if there is a broken cable.
P8: What do I do if DynaSun W110 crashes erratically and flashes red light without alarm?
R:
1. Move the DynaSun W110 to a safe area with the remote control or safety rope. Gently pull the safety
rope at a corner near the window to prevent it from falling.
2. Turn off the switch.
3. Check for air leaks caused by holes or irregularities on the fixtures.
P9: DynaSun W110 does not stop automatically at the bottom of the window.
A: Press the button to stop the robot.
P 10: Can I use the robot without connecting it to the mains?
A: No, the robot needs to be connected to work and clean. The battery belongs to a safety system so that
the robot does not fall in case the light goes out.
SAFETY INFORMATION ON THE ADAPTER / BATTERY
• Use only the power adapter supplied with the product. Other types of adapters may cause errors and / or
damage.
• Use good power outlets and do not put anything heavy on the adapter or power cord.
• Make sure the adapter is properly ventilated when used. Do not cover it with objects that may obstruct
the ventilation.
• Do not use the adapter in humid environments, do not touch it with wet hands.
• Plug the adapter into a power outlet. The voltage requirements can be checked on the adapter.
• Do not use adapters, power cords or sockets that are broken or in bad condition,

• Do not try to disassemble the adapter. There are no useful pieces inside. Exchange the entire unit if it is
damaged or if it has been exposed to moisture. Consult your DynaSun W110 distributor for help and
maintenance.
• The battery could ignite or cause chemical burns if mishandled.
Do not disassemble it, do not heat it to more than 60 0 C (140 0 F), and do not burn it.
If you wish to throw the product away, please take it to an electrical and electronic waste disposal center.
6. GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
• Retain the safety and operating instructions appropriately for future reference. Follow all instructions for
use and operation.
• Do not expose the robot to rain or external humidity. Keep it away from liquids (drinks, sinks, etc.)
• Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight or intense sources of light and heat (radiators, heaters,
