YL80C Display Function Manual
Part 1: The Meter display
1. LCD display content:
① Battery indication;
② Instantaneous, AVG, MAXS speed + unit; Set parameter item indication;
error code indication;
③ PAS class;
④ Mileage + Unit; Setting parameter content indication.

2. Buttons:
Part 2: Instrument functions
1.On/Off function:
In the shutdown state, long press the [M] to start the E-bike;
In the power on state, long press the [M] to turn off the E-bike.
2.On/Off headlight function:
In the power on state, short press the [Headlight] to turn on the headlight.
Then short press the [Headlight] again to turn off the headlight.
3.PAS class and mileage switching:
In the power-on state, short press the [ + ] to increase the PAS level, and short

press the [ - ] to reduce the PAS level (PAS class is adjustable 0-3), Power on
default Class 1;
In the power-on state, press the [i]button once to switch the menu interface
once [Real-time speed (KM / h) → Average speed (KM / h)→ Maximum speed
(KM / h) → Single mileage (KM) → Total mileage (KM) The total mileage is
displayed by default in the process area], and the real-time speed (KM / h) is
displayed by default at startup.
4.Setting function:
In the power-on state, press and hold the [ + ] and [ - ] buttons at the same time
for 3S to enter the Parameter Setting 1 state. At this time, the speed is
displayed as an adjustable parameter item, and the class position is displayed
as the number of the adjustable parameter item.
Parameter Setting 1 adjustable parameters:
① Single mileage reset function (TC);
② Setting of backlight brightness level (bL);
③ English and metric unit conversion settings (U)
In the Parameter Setting 1 state, press and hold the [+]and [ i ] buttons for 3S
at the same time to enter the Parameter Setting 2 state. At this time, the speed
is displayed as an adjustable parameter item, and the calss position is
displayed as an adjustable parameter item number.
Parameter Setting 2 adjustable parameters:

① Wheel diameter setting (LD);
② Speed limit setting (LS);
In the Parameter Setting 1 state, press and hold the [ + ] and [ - ] buttons for 3S
at the same time to enter the Personalized Parameter Settings state. At this
time, the speed is displayed as an adjustable parameter item and the gear
position is displayed as an adjustable parameter item number ;
Personalized Parameter Settings adjustable parameters:
① Voltage setting (VOL);
② Assistance parameter setting (SCA) [This setting can adjust the gear and
the duty ratio corresponding to each gear];
③ Current limit value setting (CUR)
④ Power sensor setting (PAS) [This setting can adjust the direction,
sensitivity, and number of magnetic steel of the power sensor]
⑤ Speed sensor setting (SPS)
⑥ Turn handle function setting (Hnd)
⑦ System settings (Sys) [This setting can adjust the power delay time dLY,
the maximum speed limit LS, the implementation enable PUS, and facilitate
the implementation
Speed, slow start parameter setting SSP]
⑧Power-on password setting (PSd)
Press the [+]or [ - ] key to switch the adjustable parameter in the setting
state.

When the class is selected in the setting state, the speed display flashes and
the mileage
The display flashes, the speed display is an adjustable function and is always
on;
Long press the [i]for 3S to save and exit the setting state.
Long press the [ - ] for 3S, the setting state is not saved and exited.
5. Adjustable setting parameters:
(1): Single mileage reset (TC):
In this setting interface, press [ + ] or [ - ] key to select Y/N, “Y” means to reset
the single mileage, “N” means not to reset the single mileage, the default
setting is “N”
(2): Backlight brightness (bL)
Adjustable range 1 ~ 3, 1 darkest 2 standard brightness 3 brightest
The default is 1.
(3): Conversion of metric and English units (U)
Adjustable range 1 ~ 2, 1 for kilometers 2 for miles
The default is 1.
(4): Wheel diameter setting (LD)

Adjustable range: 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 700C, 28
The default is 20 inch
(5): Speed limit setting (LS)
Adjustable range: 12 ~ 40Km / h
25Km / h by default.
(6): Battery level setting (VOL)
Adjustable from 1 to 5 voltage levels
Default VOL 1 = 31.5 VOL2 = 34.5 VOL3 = 35.6 VOL4 = 37.4 VOL5 = 39.2
Remarks: There are three levels of 24 36 48 in voltage state. The unit is V.
Different voltages correspond to different power segments. The default is 48 V.
(7): Support parameter setting (SCA)
There are eight modes of gear selection: 0-3, 1-3, 0-5, 1-5, 0-7, 1-7, 0-9, 1-9.
The default 0-3 class can be set after setting the gear. Set the boost ratio
corresponding to each class.

(8): Current limit value setting (CUR)
Adjustable range 7.0-25.0A, default 15.0A
(9): Power sensor setting (PAS)
① Direction of adjustable boost sensor: run-F represents forward direction,
run-b represents reverse direction
② Adjustable power sensor sensitivity (SCN), setting range 2-9.
2 means highest sensitivity, 9 means lowest sensitivity, factory default 2.
③ The number of adjustable magnetic sensors for the magnetic steel n,
default 12.
Contents of the agreement: Data 2 Boost speed follow-up adjustment: 0 ~ 255,
usually 6 magnets are set to 128, 12 magnets are set to 64
(10): Speed sensor setting (SPS)
Adjustable range: 1 ~ 15, default 1 speed measuring magnetic steel.
(11): Turn function setting (Hnd)
① Turn to boost the promotion function: HL-N stands for Turn to boost the
promotion is not enabled, HL-Y stands for Turn to boost to enable, the default
N
② Rotary gear position enable setting: HF-N means the gear is not divided,
HF-Y means the gear is divided, the default is N.

(12): System settings (SYS)
dLY means battery delay time, adjustable data 3/6/12 S, default 3S
LS means for maximum speed, setting range is 25-40Km / h, default is 40Km /
h
PUS means push button enable, Y means enable, N means not enable
SSP means slow start parameter setting. The adjustable range is 1-4, 4 stands
for the slowest. The factory default 1.
(13): Power-on password setting
The power-on password is disabled by default. The default password is 1818.
7.Error code
Error21: abnormal current
Error22: Turn exception
Error23: Motor phase is missing
Error24: Motor Hall abnormal
Error25: brake abnormal
Error30: Communication error
