Instructions of use
1. Connect the computer with the network
- Connecting R-138z to a computer does not require
external power.
- Install the PL-2303 USB driver, downloadable on
http://www.prolific.com.tw/eng/downloads.asp?ID=31
.
- When using the Wetness Care system, select the
appropriate COM port. This can be viewed in the
Windows Device Manager.
2. Act as a repeater
-Please use 5V power supply or battery.
3. Network test
To send a test signal to Wetness Care system, press the
button. The network status LED will be on,
meaning that the connection is normal.
4. Power control and Battery replacement
-The power indicator
LED
is on when the power is on.
-Low battery: When the battery voltage is lower than 3.4V, the low battery indicator
LED
blinks.
When it is lower than 3.2V, R-135c will be powered off.
-Power off R-135c before replacing the battery. The device will enter stand-by mode and save the
last status. The last status can be restored after battery replacement.
-To turn R-135c on/off, press the “Power” button for 2 seconds.
