claims made within the 2 year warranty period will be repaired or replaced free
of charge provided that you have satisfactory proof of purchase (keep your
receipt safe!). This does not affect your statutory rights. However, be aware that
the warranty will become null and void if the product is found to have been
deliberately damaged, misused or disassembled.

When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should also be observed, including
the following. PLEASE READ AND SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE ORGANIZER DESK LAMP.
1. Always turn the desk lamp off before removing the plug from the outlet.
2. Always turn the desk lamp off and unplug it immediately after using and before cleaning.
3. To protect against electrical hazards, do not place the desk lamp in water or other liquids.
Do not allow the desk lamp to become wet or damp.
4. Do not store the desk lamp where it can fall into water or other liquids.
5. Do not leave the desk lamp unattended when it is plugged in. Turn the desk lamp off when
leaving for an extended period.
6. Use the desk lamp only for its intended use as described in these operating instructions.
7. Do not operate any appliance if its cord or plug is damaged, after the appliance has
malfunctioned, or after it has been dropped or damaged in any way. Always follow
the warranty instructions.
8. Place the desk lamp on a dry flat, level surface to avoid it overturning.
9. This desk lamp if for indoor use only.
10. Keep the desk lamp away from curtains, draperies, and other flammable materials.
11. Never use the desk lamp with wet hands.
12. Never look directly into the light or touch the bulb when it is switched “On”. If you need to
change the bulb, allow at least 30 minutes after the unit has been turned “Off” and unplugged.
13. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is operated near children.
14. Replace the bulb only with a maximum of a 40W bulb.
15. Do not run the cord under carpeting or cover with throw rugs, runners or similar coverings, or
under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic areas where it will not be tripped over.
16. Unplug the desk lamp from the wall outlet when not in use for long periods of time or before
moving the desk lamp

THIS APPLIANCE HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (ONE PIN IS WIDER THAN THE OTHER) TO REDUCE THE RISK OF
ELECTRICAL SHOCK. THIS PLUG IS DESIGNED TO FIT IN A POLARIZED OUTLET ONLY ONE WAY. IF THE PLUG
DOES NOT FIT FULLY INTO THE OUTLET, TRY THE PLUG THE OTHER WAY AROUND. IF THE PLUG STILL DOES
NOT FIT, CONTACT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ALTER, DISMANTLE OR FIND ANOTHER
WAY AROUND THIS SAFETY FEATURE.

CAUTION: A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from
becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.

If electric circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your appliances may not operate properly.
The appliances should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other operating
appliances.
SAFETY WARNING
Although your desk lamp is easy to operate, for your safety, the warnings below must be followed:
1. Do not place the desk lamp near a heat source.
2. Use the desk lamp on a stable surface.
3. Do not unplug by pulling on the supply cord.
4. The appliance must be unplugged:
A. Before any cleaning or moving.
B. If it appears to be faulty.
C. After use.

How to Operate
1. Place the desk lamp on a level and dry surface.
2. Screw in the 40 W bulb that is provided.
3. Plug the power cord into a polarized 120V AC wall outlet.
4. Turn the ON / OFF knob to turn the lamp ON or OFF.

CAUTION: Always be sure that the desk lamp is switched OFF before cleaning or attempting to
move or store the desk lamp. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
1. Before cleaning, turn the desk lamp off and unplug from electrical outlet.
2. Wipe off excess dust with a lint free cloth.
3. You may use a damp cloth to wipe the shade and base.
4. DO NOT immerse the desk lamp in water.
STORING
Store the desk lamp in a dry location. Do not place any heavy items on top of the desk lamp
during storage as this may result in possible damage of the desk lamp.
