Fitting Instructions

1. Cut a slot of 2mm wide & 6.5mm deep on bottom of Cabinet & Insert the Dome track into the slot
as shown in Fig. 2; for dimensions refer Fig. 1.
2. Drill holes in shutter on both ends using reference Fig. 9 of top brackets for dimensions refer Fig. 1.
3. Adjust the damper hook as shown in Fig. 3.
4. Slide in Dampers & Top Brackets in top track as shown in fig. 4. Now cut a slot on top of cabinet
and fit assembly in slot as shown in fig. 5.
5. Drill Ø52mm cavity 14mm deep on the bottom of the shutter from both ends as shown in Fig.6
& screw the Bottom bracket as shown in Fig.1.
6. Rest the bottom bracket onto the Dome track as shown in Fig 7 & thereafter screw the door to top
brackets assembly as shown in Fig. 8.
7. Lock the Damper onto the Top track with the help of allen key as shown in fig. 9.
8. Loosen the M5 screw in Bottom guide & adjust the height to desired position as shown in Fig. 10.
