Warning: The safety measures and instructions,
contained in this manual, do not include all conditions
and situations possible. The user must understand
that common sense, caution and care are factors that
cannot be integrated into any product. Therefore,
these factors shall be ensured by the user/s using
and operating this appliance. We are not liable for
damages caused during shipping, by incorrect use,
voltage uctuation or the modication or adjustment
of any part of the appliance. Read the operating
instructions carefully before using the device for
the rst time and follow the safety instructions! The
device may only be used as described in this manual.
Save the manual for future reference. If you pass the
device to another person, please add this manual.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Use the trimmer only on dry hair. The device is
designed for home use and must not be used for
commercial purposes. The device may be used only
indoors. Possible misuses: do not use the device
to cut articial hair or animal hair. Instructions for
safe operation: use only the original power supply
provided for connection to the mains. This appliance
is intended for use by children 8 years of age and older
and persons with reduced physical or mental abilities
or lack of experience and knowledge, provided
they are under supervision or given instructions
concerning use of the appliance in a safe manner and

understand the potential hazards. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance
by the user must not be done by children unless they
are older than 8 years old and under supervision.
Children under 8 years of age must stay away from
the appliance and its supply Keep the appliance dry.
DANGER of electric shock due to moisture (when
charging). Never place the unit in such a way that
it could fall into the water while still connected to
the power cord. Protect the device from moisture,
dripping or splashing water. Never touch the device
with wet hands. Neither the device nor the power
cord may be immersed in water or other liquids or
rinsed under running water. If the device falls into
the water, disconnect the mains cable immediately
before removing the device from the water. Do not
use the device afterwards, but have it checked by a
specialized technician. If liquid enters the unit or the
power cord, have it checked before turning it back on.
If you use the device in the bathroom, the power
cord must be unplugged after use, as the proximity of
water poses a risk even when the device is switched
o. Before connecting the trimmer to the mains
for the rst time, make sure that the voltage of your
mains supply corresponds to the operating voltage
indicated on the label of the device. The outlet must
be installed in accordance with applicable electrical
codes according to EN. DANGER of electric shock.
Do not use the trimmer if the device or the power
cord shows visible signs of damage or if you have

dropped it. Connect the USB cable connector to the
device rst, then to the power source. The electrical
outlet must be easily accessible after connection. 
Ensure that the cable can not be damaged by sharp
edges or hot surfaces. Unplug the adapter from
the power supply after each charging when it is
malfunctioning and during thunderstorms. When
disconnecting, never pull the cable, but grasp the fork.
To avoid any risk, do not make any changes to the
device or accessories. Repairs must be carried out by
a specialized company. DANGER! Please observe
the following instructions when handling the
batteries: Charge the device using only the original
power supply. Protect the batteries from mechanical
damage. Do not expose the device to direct sunlight
and high temperatures. If the device is heated to
more than 125 °C, the batteries may ignite. Do not
leave the device near a source of burning, as it may
cause re. Conventional extinguishing agents can be
used for extinguishing (ABC powder extinguishers,
CO2 extinguishers). If liquids leak from the batteries,
avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and skin
as well as inhalation of vapors. Immediately rinse the
aected area with plenty of clean water. In any case,
contact a physician. Leaked uids must be absorbed
with an absorbent and properly disposed o. Open
batteries are a hazardous waste and therefore have to
be disposed o properly. WARNING! Risk of cuts. 
The blades are very sharp. Handle them carefully. Do
not use the device when the head or the attachment

are damaged. Always disconnect the device before
cleaning. WARNING! Risk of injury. Do not use
the device in open wounds, cutting wounds, sunburns
and blisters. WARNING! Danger of injury by the
trimmer oil. Keep the small container of oil out of
the reach of children. Avoid contact of the trimmer
oil with your eyes. If the oil of the trimmer gets into
your eyes, rinse them out immediately with plenty of
water and remove the oil completely. Never swallow
the trimmer oil. CAUTION! Property damage. Use
original accessories only. Never place the device on
hot surfaces (e.g. hot plates) or near sources of heat
or naked ames. Do not cover the power source to
prevent overheating. Do not use coarse or abrasive
cleaners.
Before rst use
•After transporting or storing in cold conditions, the device must be
allowed to acclimate at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
•Before cutting for the rst time, switch on the trimmer by moving the
switch to the Iand make sure the machine is working normally and the
blades are moving smoothly.

Charging
CAUTION! Property damage
Note that the battery capacity will be reduced after extended periods of storage and
non-use. Do not charge the trimmer for more than 24 hours at a time. Do not leave the
trimmer permanently connected to a charging source.
WARNING: Use only the USB cable/adapter supplied with the trimmer for charging.
Make sure before charging that the switch is in the 0position.

NOTES
Connect the USB cable to the machine and the power source. If using an adapter
(included), connect it to an easily accessible electrical outlet. The red LED on the body
of the trimmer lights up permanently when connected to the power source.
Warning: A fully charged battery (after about 2 hours of charging) is indicated by a
green LED. The operating time with a fully charged battery is about 60 minutes.
USING THE APPLIANCE
NOTES:
The GRS 3820 Magnetic is designed for hair and beard grooming. The ZS 2620
Magnetic is designed for hair styling.
 The beard/hair cut must be dry.  The T-shaped
head and comb attachments are designed for styling hair  The head with 3.5 mm
wide blades is designed for detailed shaping of eyebrows and beard, or for cutting
out shapes in the hairstyle.  For beard grooming (only on the GRS 3820 Magnetic
model), the U-shaped comb head + special comb is designed.  Switch on the device
by moving the switch to position I (the LED is white). Slide the switch to position 0 to
switch the unit o.
Setting the cut length
The cutting height (information in mm is printed directly on the attachment)
is determined by using the appropriate comb attachment. When replacing the
attachments, make sure that it is correctly attached to the head (you will hear a click).
For a minimum cutting height (0.5 mm), the trimmer can be used without the comb
attachment. To remove the comb attachment, gently push the attachment from the
back of the device with your thumb until it releases from the lock.
Replacing the head with blades
Squeeze the tabs on the sides of the trimmer body to release the head. Pull it out of
the device in the direction of the arrow on the head. When putting the head back on,
make sure that it ts well into the device (you will hear a click).
TRIMMING
The length of the cut may vary according to the cutting angle. First, start with the
comb attachment set to the longest cut, then use shorter cutting lengths during the
cutting process. Comb through the hair/beard before styling.
Hair Trimming
Position the person being cut so that their head is at eye level. Cover her shoulders

with a towel. Always start cutting from the back of the head. Cut against the direction
of hair growth and work towards the centre of the head. The left and right extensions
are designed for gradual haircutting, e.g. on the sides of the head for men's haircuts.
Beard trimming
Trim the beard in the direction of growth. For a smooth shaved face, use the shaver
without the attachment. For light stubble, the attachment with a height of 1 mm
and trimming under the nose of 2 mm. Use the variable height attachment to trim a
moustache or beard.
NOTE: Always turn o the trimmer during breaks in cutting.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Turn o the device.  Remove the removable comb attachment and rinse with water.
Before reassembly, allow it to dry thoroughly.  Use the included cleaning brush to
clean the cutting head with the blades.
 Never clean the blade head with water or any
other liquid.  We recommend gently lubricating the moving teeth of the cutting edges
with silicone oil after each use.  You can use the supplied oil.  Use only acid free oil. 
For lubrication, DO NOT USE vegetable oils, grease or oils with solvents. The solvents
evaporate, leaving a thick layer of lubricant, which can slow down the movement of
the blades.  Remove excess lubricant with a dry, lint-free cloth.

Flüssigkeit eindringt, lassen Sie es vor dem erneuten
Einschalten überprüfen. Wenn Sie das Gerät im
Badezimmer verwenden, muss das Netzkabel nach
dem Gebrauch herausgezogen werden, da die Nähe
von Wasser auch bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät eine
Gefahr darstellt. Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem
ersten Anschließen des Bart- und Haarschneiders
an das Stromnetz, dass die Spannung Ihres
Stromnetzes mit der auf demTypenschild des Gerätes
angegebenen Betriebsspannung übereinstimmt. Die
Steckdose muss gemäß geltender elektrotechnischer
Norm (EN) installiert werden. UNFALLGEFAHR
durch Stromschlag. Bart- und Haarschneider
nicht benutzen, wenn Gerät oder Netzkabel sichtlich
beschädigt sind oder das Gerät zu Boden gestürzt
ist. Verbinden Sie den USB-Kabelstecker zuerst
mit dem Gerät und dann mit der Stromquelle. 
Die Steckdose muss nach dem Anschließen gut
erreichbar sein. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Kabel
nicht durch scharfe Kanten oder heiße Oberächen
beschädigt wird. Trennen Sie das Kabel nach jedem
Auaden, im Falle einer Störung und bei Gewitter
vom Stromnetz. Ziehen Sie beim Trennen niemals
am Kabel, sondern am Stecker. Um mögliche Risiken
auszuschließen, sollten am Gerät oder Zubehör keine
unzulässigen Modikationen vorgenommen werden.
Sämtliche Reparaturen sind durch eine spezialisierte
Firma vorzunehmen. GEFAHR! Beachten Sie
beim Umgang mit Akkus folgende Hinweise:

Laden Sie das Gerät nur mit dem Original-Netzteil
auf. Schützen Sie die Akkus vor mechanischer
Beschädigung. Das Gerät sollte nicht direktem
Sonnenlicht oder hohen Temperaturen ausgesetzt
werden. Sollte die Gerätetemperatur über 125 °C
steigen, könnten sich die Akku-Zellen entzünden.
Gerät nicht in der Nähe einer Feuerquelle liegen
lassen, da es Feuer fangen könnte. Zum Löschen von
Feuer können konventionelle Löschmittel verwendet
werden (Pulverfeuerlöscher mit ABC-Löschpulver,
Feuerlöscher mit CO2). Wenn Flüssigkeit aus den
Akkus ausläuft, vermeiden Sie Kontakt mit Augen,
Schleimhäuten und Haut sowie das Einatmen von
Dämpfen. Die betroene Stelle muss unverzüglich
mit viel klarem Wasser ausgespült werden. Suchen
Sie in jedem Fall einen Arzt auf. Die entkommenen
Flüssigkeiten müssen mit einem Absorptionsmittel
absorbiert und ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden. 
Geönete Akku-Zellen sind gefährlicher Abfall und
müssen daher ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden.
WARNUNG! Verletzung durch Schneiden. Die
Klingen sind sehr scharf. Gehen Sie vorsichtig mit
ihnen um. Gerät nicht mit beschädigtem Kopf
oder Aufsatz benutzen. Gerät vor der Reinigung
ausschalten. ACHTUNG! Verletzungsgefahr. 
Gerät nicht bei oenenVerletzungen, Schnittwunden,
sonnenverbrannter Haut und Hautblasen benutzen.
WARNUNG! Verletzungsgefahr durch Rasieröl.
Der kleine Ölbehälter ist außer Reichweite von
Kindern zu halten. Das Öl darf nicht in die Augen

gelangen. Sollte das Öl in die Augen gelangen,
spülen Sie sie unverzüglich mit viel Wasser aus, bis es
vollständig entfernt ist. Rasieröl niemals schlucken.
HINWEIS! Vermögensschäden. Verwenden Sie
ausschließlich Original-Zubehör. Gerät niemals
auf heiße Oberächen (z.B. Kochplatten), in der
Nähe von Wärmequellen oder oenen Feuerquellen
platzieren. Versorgungsquelle nicht verdecken, um
eine Überhitzung zu vermeiden. Benutzen Sie keine
groben oder abrasiven Reinigungsmittel.
Vor der Erstverwendung
•Gerät nach dem Transport oder der Lagerung bei kühlen Temperaturen
mindestens 2 Stunden lang bei Zimmertemperatur akklimatisieren
lassen.
•Schalten Sie vor dem ersten Trimmen den Bart- und Haarschneider ein,
indem Sie den Schalter in Position Iversetzen. Vergewissern Sie sich,
dass das Gerät normal funktioniert und sich die Klingen ungehindert
bewegen.

HINWEIS! Vermögensschäden
Denken Sie daran, dass die Kapazität des Akkus nach längerer Lagerung und
Nichbenutzung zurückgeht. Bart- und Haarschneider niemals länger als 24 Stunden
am Stück auaden. Bart- und Haarschneider nicht dauerhaft an der Ladequelle
angeschlossen lassen.
HINWEIS: Verwenden Sie zum Auaden nur das mitgelieferte USB-Kabel / -Adapter.
Der Schalter muss vor dem Auaden in Position 0sein.
BEMERKUNGEN
Verbinden Sie das USB-Kabel mit dem Gerät und schließen Sie es an die
Stromversorgung an. Wenn Sie den Adapter (im Lieferumfang enthalten) verwenden,
schließen Sie ihn an eine leicht zugängliche Steckdose an. Nach dem Anschließen an
eine Stromversorgung leuchtet die rote LED-Diode am Gerätekörper konstant.

Hinweis: Ein vollständig geladener Akku (nach ca. 2 Stunden Ladezeit) wird durch die
grüne LED-Diode angezeigt. Die Betriebsdauer mit vollgeladenem Akku beträgt etwa
60 Minuten.
VERWENDUNG
BEMERKUNGEN:
Das Modell GRS 3820 Magnetic ist für das Haar- und Bartstyling vorgesehen. Das
Modell ZS 2620 Magnetic ist für das Haarstyling vorgesehen.  Das zu trimmende
Bart/Haar muss trocken sein.  Der T-förmige Kopf und die Kammaufsätze sind für
das Haarstyling bestimmt.  Der Trimmerkopf mit 3.5 mm breiten Klingen ist für das
Präzisionstrimmen von Augenbrauen und Bart oder für das Trimmen von Haaren mit
Bildern bestimmt.  Der Kopf des U-förmigen Kammaufsatzes + der Spezialkamm sind
für das Bartstyling vorgesehen (nur für das Modell GRS 3820 Magnetic).  Schalten Sie
das Gerät ein, indem Sie den Schalter in Position I versetzen (LED-Diode leuchtet weiß).
Versetzen Sie den Schalter in Position 0, um das Gerät auszuschalten.
Einstellung der Schnittlänge
Die Schnitthöhe (die Angaben in mm sind direkt auf dem Aufsatz eingeprägt)
bestimmen Sie mit dem passenden Kammaufsatz. Achten Sie beim Auswechseln der
Aufsätze darauf, dass diese richtig am Kopf befestigt sind (Sie hören ein Klicken).
Bei einer minimalen Schnittlänge (0,5 mm) kann der Bart- und Haarschneider ohne
Kammaufsatz benutzt werden. Für das Abnehmen des Kammaufsatzes leicht mit
dem Daumen von hinten auf den Aufsatz drücken, bis der Kammaufsatz von den
Sicherungen freigegeben wird.
Auswechseln der Trimmerköpfe
Lösen Sie den Kopf, indem Sie auf die Vorsprünge an den Seiten des Gerätekörpers
drücken. Ziehen Sie den Aufsatz in Richtung des auf den Kopf markierten Pfeils aus
dem Gerät. Achten Sie beim Aufsetzen des Kopfes darauf, dass dieser richtig am Gerät
befestigt sind (Sie hören ein Klicken).
TRIMMEN
Die Schnittlänge kann in Abhängigkeit vom Schnittwinkel variieren. Beginnen Sie
zunächst mit dem Kammaufsatz, der auf die größte Schnittlänge eingestellt wurde.
Danach kann die Schnittlänge allmählich reduziert werden. Bart/Haar vor dem Styling
mt einem Kamm durchkämmen.
