1.2. General Safety Rules
•All personnelengagedininstallation, disassembly,commissioning, operation,control,
maintenance and repair should havereceivedthenecessary training andfully readand understood
this manual.
•No changesthatmight damagethesafety of thedevicemust bemadebypersons and/or
organizations on thedevice.
•All operation, commissioningand installation works (except for burning adjustment) should be
carriedout whenthedeviceis notoperatingand afterdisconnecting thepowersupply.
Noncompliancewiththeserulesmayleadtoserious bodilyinjuriesand evendeathby electrical
shocks or uncontrolled flameformation.
•Repairs concerned with safety elements should becarried outonly by themanufacturing company.
•Thedeviceshould never beused by children, mentally handicappedand inexperienced persons.
•Childrenmust not beallowedto play with thedevice.
•Keep thedeviceaway fromexplosiveand flammablematerials.
If yousensegas leakage;
Installationerrors, damage,handling, anunauthorisedinstallationsiteor similarcancausegas
to escapeand resultin arisk of poisoning and explosion. Ifthereis smell of gasin thebuilding,
proceed asfollows:
•Avoid roomsthat smell of gas.
•Shut down valves of all gas devices.
•If possible, closethegas isolator cock ontheboiler.
•Warn other occupants in thebuilding by calling outor banging on doors or walls.
•Leavethebuilding.
•If possible, open doors and ensureadequateventilation.
•Do not smoke.
•Do not operateany electricalequipment or do not turn themoff if theyareworking.
•Do not useburner derivedtools such as match and lighter.
•Useatelephoneoutsidethebuilding toinformtheemergencyservice department of gassupply
company.
Explosives and highly flammablesubstances:
Therisk of explosion arises fromtheflammablemixtureof gas and air .Takenoteof thefollowing:
•Do not useor storeexplosiveor highly flammablesubstances (e.g. petrol, paper, paint) in the
sameroomas theboiler.

If yousensefluegas what to do ina emergency;
Installationerrors, damage,handling, anunauthorisedinstallation siteor similarcancausefluegasto
escapeandtheresult in ariskof poisoning. If thereis asmell of fluegasin thebuilding, proceedas
follows:
•Open theaccessibledoors and windows fully and ensureadequateventilation.
•Switch theboiler OFF.
•Informaheating specialist company.
Preventing scalding
Thereis adangerofscalding atthehotwaterdraw-off points if thehot watertemperaturesaregreater
than 60 °C. Children and elderly persons areparticularly atrisk, evenat lowertemperatures .
•Select thetemperatureso thatnobody atrisk.
Preventing frost damage
If thereis apower cut, or if theroomtemperatureis set too low in individualrooms, it cannot beruled out
that sections of heating installation might bedamaged by frost.
•If you aregoing to beaway during acold period, makesuretheheating installation remains in
operation and that therooms aresufficiently heated.
Even if rooms, or thewholedwelling, arenot in usefor certain periods, theheating must remain in
operation.
Caution!
•Frost protection andmonitoring devices areonly activewhiletheboiler is connected up to the
power supply. Theboileris connected up thepower supply. Theboilermust beconnected to the
power supply. Theboiler mustbeswitched on. You can seefromsymbols in thedisplay that the
boileris switched on.
•Under no circumstances should you add frost protection agents (or other additive,e.g. jointing
compounds, corrosion protection agents,etc.) to theheating water without first consulting your
qualified skilledtradesman. Otherwise, this could result in damageto seals and diagrams as well
as noises during heating mode. ECODENSE assumes no liability for this or any consequential
damage.
Another way to protect theheating systemand theheating systemand theboiler fromfrost is thedrain
them. In doing so, you must ensurethattheheating systemand boilerarecompletely drained.

If youwant to maintaintheoperationtheoperationof theboiler during a power cutusing
anemergency power generator, takenoteof thefollowing:
•Makesuretechnicalvalues of this generator (frequency, voltage, earthing) match thoseof the
powermains.
•Contact your approved heating specialist company for adviseon this.
Changes to thesurroundings of theboiler
You must not makeany changes to thesurroundings of theboiler:
•Never shut down thesafety devices.
•Do not tamper withany of thesafety devices.
•Do not makeany changes:
§to theboiler,
§to thegas , air, water and electricity supply lines,
§to entirefluesystem,
§to theentirecondensatedrain system,
§to theexpansion relief valveor thedrainlineand constructional conditions that could
affect theoperational reliability of theboiler.

BOILER,condensing boilersareguaranteedfor 2years by TERMOISIS STEMLER A.Ş. starting
fromthedateof commissioning underthemaintenance,adjustment,operatingconditionsand relevant
mechanic,chemicaland thermal effects explainedherein.
Pleasenotethatthis warranty isonly validif thedevice(s) is commissionedand maintainedby our
authorizedservices.
Our company reservestheright to makeanymodifications on theproductand all instructions
thereof forimprovement purposes.
2.1. Out of Warranty Conditions
•Any damagearisingout of orin relation to customers’ non-compliance to their responsibilities
with regards to installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance,
•Any damagearising out of or in relation to commissioning, repairs and maintenance carriedout by
unauthorized services,
•Any damagethatmay occur during transportation or storageof theproduct,
•Not preserving theproduct in its originalpackaging until theinstallation stage,
•Incorrectand poor electricalconnections, Failuresdueto incorrectvoltageapplications,frequent
repetition of voltagefluctuations,
•Any damagethatmayoccur asaresultof incorrectfuelusageor, foreign substancesinthefuel
used or using of theproduct without anyfuel,
•Any damagethatmayoccur dueto foreign particlesenteredinto theproductduring installation
and operation,
•Failures dueto incorrect deviceselection,
•Any damageto unit dueto natural disasters,
•Devices without anywarranty certificates,
•Warranty certificates without thestampand signatureof theauthorizeddealer or service,
•Deviceswith any falsification on thewarranty certificateorwithout an originalserial number.
•Therisks during transportation of device undertheresponsibilityof customerbelong to the
customer.
•Presence of misusefaults areindicatedinthereports issuedby authorizedservicestations or our
authorizedagent, dealer, representativeor our factory incaseof unavailability of authorized
service stations.
•Customersmayapply consumerprotection arbitrator committee withregards to this report and
request for an expert report.

3. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICSof CONDENSING BOILER
ECODENSEWT-SONE 35 COMBI BOILER, ECODENSEWT-SONE42 COMBI BOILER and
ECODENSEWT-SONE 45COMBI BOILER arefullyautomaticgasfiredwall mountedcondensing
combi boilers. Theyareroomsealedand fanassisted, andwill servecentral heating and mains fed
domestichot water.Theyareoperatedwith naturalgasor LPGwith averylow suction power, and
equippedwith high-duty, premix condensing control systemwith micro-processor.
This productwasdesignedfor heatingwaterundertheboiling temperatureatatmosphericpressure.It
should beconnectedto CH and DHW circuit suitablefor its performance and heat output.
Theboileris settogivenominalheatoutputof : 35kWforECODENSEWT-SONE COMBI
BOILER 35, 41 kW forECODENSEWT-SONE COMBI BOILER 42, 44 kW forWT-SONE 45.
Theboileris intendedto beinstalledinresidential/domesticenvironments on agovernedmetersupply
only. Theboileris suitablefor useonly on fully pumpedsealedheating systems. Priority is givento
domestichot water.
Theboilermust beinstalled with oneof thepurposedesignedflues such as oneof thestandard horizontal
concentric fluekits .
Theboileris factory set for useon Natural Gas (G20).

8. INSTALLATION
8.1. GeneralControls
ØTheheating capacityof thedevice shouldbedetermined basedon theheat requirement calculate
ØAll parts necessary for thesystemmust beavailable.
ØMakesurethatall protection and safety devices areavailable.
ØIn order toprevent accumulation of dirt in thesystem,prevention of boiler operation and damage
given to theboilerby clogging, afiltermust bemounted onto thesystem’s return pipe.
ØThedevicehas afrost protection systemto prevent thedevicefromfreezing when thewater
temperatureof theinstallationfalls below +4 ˚C.
ØEnsurethat thegas connections aremadewith pipes confirming to thestandards,and that thereis
no leakageon theseconnections.
ØEnsurethat theelectricconnections areproper.
ElectricalConnection
Performelectrical connections according to thediagramprovided. Follow generalsecurity rules
during installation of electricwiring andmaking connections. Connect theearthing terminal in
electricpanel to theearthing installation.
8.2. Assemblyof Condensing FluidDrain
1. Ensurethat siphon is fully filled with water beforeactivation of boiler.
2. Drain direction mustallow flow of condensing fluid. Drainpipemustbeplannedto prevent any
clogging dueto external effectlikefrost, etc. Drain parts must beplastic.
3. Boilercondensing outlet must beatleast 13 mm.
Condensing drain must not bechangedor cloggedafterassembly. Clogging ofcondensing drain
causestheboilerto automatically shut down or causesthesiphon to overflow. Itwill behelpful to
pour somehot waterto theopenparts of drain if thereis apossibility offrost. Drain must beopen
at all times to ensureproper functioning of theboiler.

9. ECODENSE CONTROL INSTRUCTIONSBEFORE START-UP
1. Ensurethatboileraremountedon fixed, firmandrobust wall. Usemetalhangers on improper
walls.
2. Check theboileris fed through a6A fuse.
3. Closedcircuit maximumoperation pressureis 3bars. It is suggestedthataccumulator tank must
beused on CH circuit for safety.
4. Safety valvefixedto 3 bars must beused.
5. Ensurethat stackconnections, areat right radius and connected as leakproof.
6. PWMpumphasitsautomaticair vent. Itis suggestedthatairvent must beusedon CH circuit for
safety.
7. Hydrauliccircuit pressureis displayedon controlcard display. Checkthesystemwaterpressure
on thedisplay.
8. Control ifthecondensing fluid siphon is madeof plastic,isolatedagainst frost,atcorrectradius
and connectedto condensing fluid drain with an angle. It should not beconnectedto rain drain.
9. Ensurethatgaspressurecomplieswith boileroperation instructions. In situations wheregas
pressureis higher than required pressure, aregulator must beused.
10. Ensurethatsensorson boilerfeedandcircuit (outgoing-return temperature,ambienttemperature,
boilertemperaturesensors, roomthermostats and theother control kit ) arewired correctly.
On first start-up if thereis deficiency in thesystemdetectedby ECODENSE authorized service
technicians, technicians arenot allowed to activatethesystem.

9.2. Operating Principle
Theboilercan besetin 2 operations modes:-‘Summer’ (DHW only), ’Winter’ (CH & DHW) ,
9.2.1. Winter Mode(CH & DHW)
1. Press the ON/OFF button (K5). Radiator and tapsymbol will bedisplayed on thescreen.
2. CH waterset temperaturewill bedisplayed on thescreen when DHWis not needed.CH heating
settemperatureis increasesbypressing (K1)button, and decreasesbypressing (K2)button.CH
settemperatureis displayedonthescreenwhenpressedtothesebuttons. Flamesymbol ( )is
displayedon thescreenwhencombi isstarted-up. Theradiator symbol on thescreenwill be
flashing when combi works at CH mode.
3. DHWsettemperatureis increasedby pressing to (K7)button, and decreasedby pressing (K6)
button. DHWsettemperatureis displayedon thescreenwhenpressedto thesebuttons. Whenthe
DHWis needed, combiis workedon DHWmodeand tapsymbol will beflashing whencombi
works atDHWmode.Becauseof theDHWpriority, evenif theappliance isoperatingatCH,
combi will switch towhen DHWis needed.
9.2.2. Summer Mode( DHW only)
1. Press the ON/OFF button (K5) until thetap symbol will bedisplayed on thescreen.
2. DHWheating set temperatureis increases by pressing (K7) button, and decreases by pressing
(K6) button. DHWset temperatureis displayed on thescreenwhen pressed to thesebuttons.
Combi will started atDHWmodewhenDHWis needed.
9.3. BoilerFrost ProtectionMode
When water outlet temperaturedecreased below 5°C, frost protection function ofcombi boiler operating
systemprovides that burner starts up and increases water outlettemperatureup to 30°C.
Frost protection modeworks under theconditionsbelow:
1. Combi Boilerelectrical supplyshould beturned on.
2. Main gas valveon gas circuit should beopened.
3. Hydraulicwater pressureshould beadjusted properly.
Combi boiler should not beblocked.
