Introduction
Okayo AT-100 is an easy to use and affordable audio guide system. It comes in a robust
housing and provides comfortable handling. AT-100 lets you provide audio guides to your
visitors without need for major investments or complicated installations.
Sound is stored in the guide unit and provides excellent sound thanks to its high resolution
mp3 and the dynamic speaker.
AT-100 can store up to 32 languages and 2,000 minutes of play time. The dual stereo
earphone jacks makes it possible for two users to share the same device.
Please read this user guide carefully before installation and use of this product.

Operating Instructions
Language options
• To set language playback, put AT-100 into compatible charger (ATC100/ATC100U) and
press PLAY/PAUSE (6) until the POWER LED (7) indicates green
• 32 language folders are available, with code numbers from 951 to 982
• With the unit in standby mode, enter desired language folder code and press the
PLAY/PAUSE button (6) to implement. The indicator will flash twice and the change is
successful.
Using AT-100
• Hold STOP/POWER (8) until the POWER LED (7) indicates
• Press the number of the corresponding object in the exhibition, then press PLAY/PAUSE
(6) to start
• If no headphones are connected, the built-in speaker (1) will sound, connect
headphones (2) if desired
• Adjust the volume, 7 and 9 (4)
• Pause the track with PLAY/PAUSE (6), press PLAY/PAUSE again to resume listening
• Stop the track by tapping STOP/POWER (8)
• Use 0 (5) to skip to the next track
• Hold STOP/POWER (8) until the POWER LED (7) goes out to turn the device off
Battery and charging
• The POWER LED (7) indicates green at full battery, orange at low battery and flashing
red when charge is needed. AT-100 needs to be charged in a charging station. Do not
mix batteries

Programming
Programming AT-100 requires the Audio Guide Updater ATC-110U (part no 590111). Please
see separate ATC-110U manual for complete description.
Programming AT-100
1. Turn the AT-100 off (8)
2. Plug in the ATC-110U and turn it on, switched to ”UPDATE MODE”
3. Connect ATC-110U with a computer or laptop via USB cable
4. Allocate the AT-100 to any slot of the ATC-110U. The ”LINK” LED turns green upon
successful link. If the linkage is unsuccessful ”ERR” LED is lit.
5. Start the updating program (provided with ATC-110U) on your computer and update
the audio files
Troubleshooting
No sound is audible
• Verify that the volume is turned up
• Verify that the audio track is working properly
• Verify that the right folder is active (default channel number 951 + PLAY (6))
AT-100 suddenly turns off
• Verify that the battery LED (7) is green, LED shines red/orange to indicate low battery
• Rechargeable batteries deteriorate over time, check the batteries every 12 months
• Always switch both batteries when changing

Maintenance
Under normal circumstances the product does not need any special maintenance.
Should the unit become dirty, wipe it with a clean damp cloth. Do not use solvent or strong
detergents.
Warranty
Product is covered by 2 years warranty.
The equipment should be installed following the instructions contained within this
document. The product warranty doesn’t cover failure caused by tampering, carelessness,
improper handling or maintenance.
Use only the power adapter supplied with the unit.
Service
In case of failure, if the product should not work properly aer the troubleshooting has
been performed, please contact your local distributor for further instructions.
Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel only. If the product is sent to Bo Edin AB,
please enclose a filled Service Form, www.univox.eu/support.
Safety
Do not remove any covers as there is a risk of electric shock. Please observe that
the product warranty doesn’t include faults caused by tampering the product,
carelessness, incorrect connection/mounting or maintenance. Never connect
external power simultaneously as the power supply unit is connected.

and/or to any direct, incidental or consequential damages or losses to any person or
entity, if the equipment has been installed by unqualified personnel and/or if installation
instructions stated in the product Installation Guide have not been strictly followed.
