The relay module is the output unit of the control panel. It is controlled by the control
panel. It is used in the control of the devices such as door holders, fans in alarm state.
There are 8 relays on the module. Each relay can be independently controlled. For each
relay, fault conditions can be viewed from the panel. Maximum 16 relay cards can be
connected to one loop. 128 relays can be independently controlled with one loop. For
each relay, NO, NC and C leads are given outside.

Panel Connection
Relay is connected to the gas detection panel as shown in Figure 2.

Cabling:
Labels and cable functions should be stated in the cablings made.
A proper cabling should be supplied for electrical terminals.2
Cable Properties
The cable to be connected between relay and panel should have
1.5mm2horizontal cutting at minimum and absolutely include ground cable.
For each loop, maximum cable length should be 1000m.
Recommended cable: LIYCS 3X1.5 insulated cable (cord).
In this part, the relay mounting is told. Please do not start the mounting
operation before understanding the system, parts and the working principle
of the system. You are recommended to start mounting after reading the
warning and the points to take into consideration.
WARNING
Anti-static measures should be taken before touching electronic materials.
Mounting and maintenance should be done by authorized personnel. The
failures to cause damage after interventions to be made the device before
reading the user manual completely, can exclude the device outside the scope
of warranty.

Wall-Mounted
First of all, open the cover of the relay.
Make the cabling of the places where 20mm cable sleeves to come.
Find the 4 pieces mounting places shown with number 1.
Select a clean and smooth wall for eye level. Pay attention to mount
a place without air current, fan and vibration. Not recommended to be
mounted closer to devices with radio frequency.
Mount from the required places by using M3x30 mm screw and Ø 6mm
socket for the relay mounting.

Power-up the relay.
Make the required outlet connections.
Give the feed of the module.
Mount the loop connector.

The errors occurring in the relay come to the control panel as error.
If there is communication error, the cable connections should be checked.
The disconnections occurring in cables can cause error.
In case of the existence of a different error, contact to the service.

Pay attention to make the connections right while connecting.
Do not charge reverse and do not make short circuit.
In case of a problem, turn off the power and contact to the service.
