as longitudinal polisher
1) Tools like Mini-Fleece, Mini-Mix (= Combi), Mini-Mop (Flap) wheels, brushes and expansion rollers are supplied
with a 6mm sha t. Insert the sha t into the 6mm cullet, push the button rom the spindle lock on the MINI-
MAX
®+
and tighten with an open-end wrench (supplied). Important: Do not over tighten!
2) The stainless steel guard can be individually adjusted by loosening the astening screw.
3) To achieve shadow ree brushed inish, it is important to move the machine in a linear motion without using
excessive pressure on the work piece
Note: For the remo al of welds, spots and deep scratches, we recommend first to use spiral bands
which are mounted on expansion ro11ers. For applications like matt finish or satin finish
- use Mini-Fleece or Mini-Mix (= Combi ) wheels.
Grinding/Sanding:
Use Mini-FIX lap discs (grits: 40-120) or applications such as removing welding seams
and deburring.
Polishing:
Use Mini-FIX leece discs (grits coarse - super ine).
Cleaning:
Use Mini-FIX Clean discs or ast removal o oxides, paint, rust, weld conditioning etc.
Mirror Polish:
Use Mini-FIX Felt discs and polishing compounds.
(Note: Do not use di erent compounds on the same polishing disc)
Cutting:
Use Mini-FIX Cutting discs with special sha t.
For this application the special co er guard must be used!

as angle grinder
1) Firstly the protection guard has to be completely removed.
2) Change handle rom the lengthwise position into angle grinding position by taking it out and turning the
machine 90° and screwing the handle back on. (Now the Mini-Max is ready as Mini-angle grinder!)
3) FIX-backing pad has to be mounted into the 6mm cullet.
4) Now all tools o the Mini-FIX-Hook & Loop System can be mounted and changed within seconds due the
centring pin on the patented backing pad.

Use the delivered wrench or ixing the bearing sha t and open with
the second wrench the 6 mm cullet.
Important! Do not open the cullet by using only one wrench and the
spindle lock otherwise it can destroy the toothed belt

with a flexible shaft
1) Flexible sha t is mounted into the cullet o the machine with a wrench.
2) For per ect handling o the lexible sha t, mount the supplied special holder onto the
MINI-MAX.
3) Now you can suspend the machine on a hook etc.
4) All the available 6 mm sha t tools can now be mounted onto the cullet o the lexible
sha t (optional 1/4 inch) providing easy access to hard to reach spots.
(The lexible sha t is not suitable or cordless MINI-MAX!)

Cordless machine 12 Volt, Running time - depending on the tool used- approx. up to 15 min.
(Charging time on charger approx. 15 min.) 2 batteries supplied.
Maintenance:
The machine is maintenance ree.
However, it should be blown out rom time to time to keep the cooling slots ree o dirt.
Exchange of worn belt as follows:
Take top gear co er off by loosening screws, pull out front shaft, slide belt o er both
toothed wheels. Put shaft back into position and screw on gear co er. Turn machine a
couple of times with your hand to make sure that the belt is running smoothly. Now ma-
chine is ready for action again.
Warranty:
A 12 month warranty (as rom invoice date) is given or all electrical und mechanical parts, except
in the case o outside culpability or misuse.
Spares can be supplied according to the spare parts list. We will carry out all necessary
repairs.
