Introducing DRF™
(Dynamic Radio Frequency)
Technology – How does
it work?
This device brings a new
approach to non-invasive skin
rejuvenation featuring Sensica
proprietary Dynamic RF™
technology, combining
clinically proven RF (Radio
Frequency), commonly used by
doctors, with advanced facial
massage.
Radio Frequency (RF) is, a form
of electromagnetic energy,
intended to reduce wrinkles,
tighten skin and renew skin
elasticity. It is suitable for all
skin tones, easy to use, and
provides noticeable,
long-lasting results.
RF technology has been used
in doctors’ clinics and spa
centers for several years and
was found to be highly
eective. The device has two
electrodes that deliver the RF
energy into the skin to
contract collagen fibres and
stimulate the natural
production of collagen, which
decreases as we age. If used
correctly and according to the
Recommended Treatment
Protocol, the device will
reduce the appearance of
wrinkles as well as tighten skin
and renew elasticity. Results
may be visible after just one
treatment.
Please make sure to
carefully read this user
guide before you start
treating with the
device.
The user guide can
also be found at
www.sensica.com

Intended Use
The device is intended:
•For women and men who
want to: reduce facial
wrinkles, tighten their facial
skin, and renew skin elasticity.
For use on: face, cheeks,
“smile” folds, “crow’s feet”,
forehead, chin, jawline,
allowed areas of the neck,
décolletage, and hands.
For use on fine to moderate
depth wrinkles.
To be used with the Base Gel.
This gel is especially
designed to work with
Sensica RF devices and
ensures proper delivery of RF
energy. This will provide the
best possible results by
improving contact between
the device and the skin to
improve skin conductivity.
Note: It is required to apply
the Base Gel in order to
correctly use the device. If the
Base Gel is not applied, it will
compromise your safety and
treatment ecacy.

User instructions
The device is intended for use
on: cheeks, nasolabial “smile”
folds, “crow’s feet” (next to
your eyes), forehead, chin,
jawline, allowed areas of the
neck, décolletage and hands.
What to Expect
Sensations of warmth during
the treatment session –
created by the RF energy
during treatment.
Some mild red or pink color
on the skin – during and just
after each treatment.
Preliminary Test
During your facial wrinkle
reduction and skin tightening
treatment it is normal to
experience:
•
•
The preliminary test is
intended to determine your
skin’s reaction to the
treatment and help you find
the best settings for each
treatment area. Perform a
preliminary test on each area
you intend to treat 48 hours
prior to the full treatment.
Prepare your skin as
described below in "Step 1:
Prepare your skin".
Instructions for operating the
device can be found below
in “Step 2: Device operation”.
Before using the device,
apply an even layer of the
Base Gel on the treatment
area.
Start your test with energy
level 1 and massage level 1,
and move the device in small
circular motions.
Increase the levels according
to your comfort. Stop the
test if you do not feel
comfortable or if you see
adverse eects.
Perform the preliminary test
for a total time of about 3
minutes.
Wait 48 hours and examine
the tested area.
•
•
•
•
•
•

Note: A preliminary test should
be conducted separately for
each area you intend to treat
before proceeding with a full
treatment in that area. See
“Preliminary Test” section
above.
Make sure the device is
clean, dry and intact prior
to use.
Apply an even layer of
“Base Gel”, included in your
kit, on the area of your skin
intended for treatment.
Set the Radio Frequency (RF)
energy level and the
massage speed to the level
you selected in your
preliminary test treatment.
Gently touch the RF energy
level selection button
repeatedly until you reach
the desired level: 1, 2, or 3.
Gently touch the massage
level button repeatedly
until you reach the desired
level: 1 or 2.
English
13
If the skin in the tested area
appears normal and no
adverse eects are present,
you can proceed with a full
treatment at the highest
comfortable energy level
that you tested.
•
Note: The RF energy level
indicates the rate at which the
temperature rises when in
heating mode. A high RF
energy level will enable faster
and more even heating. You
can achieve maximum results
with all RF energy levels but
for lower levels it will take
more time to reach the
eective temperature.
Therefore, you may select any
RF energy level that you find
comfortable.
Getting Started
Step 1: Prepare your skin
Remove jewelery from the
treatment area, as well as
from your hands, prior to use.
Prior to use, make sure your
skin is dry, clean and free of
topical products such as:
moisturizers, liquids or lint.
Never use flammable liquids
such as alcohol (including
perfumes, sanitizers, or other
applications containing
alcohol) or acetone on the
skin one hour before using
1.

Recommended Treatment
•
For long-lasting results, use
the device once a week on
each desired area for a
period of 8 weeks.
Response to the treatment
diers between individuals
and depends on
environmental and biological
factors, heredity and aging.
To sustain optimal long-term
results, maintenance
treatments may be
performed as needed every
4-8 weeks.
•
•
The activation of either RF or
massage functions can be
done independently or
together. Both functions will
be activated at level 1.
Select dierent levels based
on the preliminary test.
Sensilift is equipped with 2
safety sensors which will
keep the temperature in the
eective and safe range
during the whole treatment.
Place the treatment fingers
on the intended area,
ensuring full contact with
your skin during the entire
treatment. Sensilift will
indicate the proper skin
contact by the green status
light. If Sensilift is not
properly placed, the RF
energy will not be delivered.
If you do not feel sensations
of warmth after
approximately 10 seconds,
try moving Sensilift on a
smaller treatment area,
and/or increasing the RF
energy.
Move the device on the
treated area in slow circular
or back and forth motion
while constantly and firmly
contacting the skin.
4.
5.

Tecnología DRF™
(radiofrecuencia
dinámica) ¿Cómo
funciona?
Este dispositivo aporta un
planteamiento
completamente nuevo al
rejuvenecimiento no invasivo
de la piel gracias a la
tecnología Dynamic RF™
patentada por Sensica,
combinando la RF
(Radiofrecuencia) clínicamente
probada, utilizada
normalmente por los médicos,
con un masaje facial
avanzado.
La radiofrecuencia (RF) es una
forma de energía
electromagnética dirigida a
reducir las arrugas, reafirmar y
renovar la elasticidad de la
piel. Es adecuado para todos
los tonos de piel, fácil de usar
y los resultados que se
obtienen son y duraderos.
La tecnología de
radiofrecuencia se ha utilizado
en clínicas médicas de
médicos y en centros de
estética durante varios años
demostrando resultados
altamente eficaces. El
dispositivo cuenta con dos
electrodos que envían la
energía de RF a la piel para
contraer las fibras de
colágeno y estimular la
producción natural de
colágeno, ya que esta
disminuye a medida que
envejecemos. Si se usa
correctamente y cumple con
las indicaciones en el
Protocolo de tratamiento
recomendado, el dispositivo
reducirá la apariencia de las
arrugas, al mismo tiempo que
reafirmará la piel y renovará
su elasticidad. Podrá ver
resultados después de tan
solo un tratamiento.

cuidadosamente esta
