Step 1
To turn on the Theragun mini, rmly press and hold the multi-functional power/
speed button on the side of the device, then float the Theragun mini across the
areas in need. Apply light to moderate pressure as needed.

1. Align the attachment with the tip of the
arm and push to connect. To remove, grip
the attachment, placing 1 nger on each
side of the plastic connector.

Using the Theragun mini
1. To turn on the Theragun mini, rmly press and hold the multi-functional
power/speed button on the right side of the device.
2. Float the device across areas in need of treatment, gradually applying light to
moderate pressure as needed.
3. Press the power/speed button again to toggle between 3 speeds.
4. To turn o the Theragun mini, rmly press and hold the power/speed button
until the device shuts o.

EN Charging the Theragun mini
1. The Theragun mini is USB-C enabled. For charging, after turning o the
device, plug one end of the cable included in the package into your USB of
choice and the other end to the device.
2. The LED light on the power/speed button will flash until fully charged.
3. Charging is complete when the LED light on the power/speed button is
solid green.
4. Battery level is continuously displayed on the LED light of the power/speed
button when the device is on.
5. To view battery level when the device is o, briefly press the power/speed
button and the LED battery light will flash to indicate the battery level.

Battery Level Flashing orange: Low charge
Flashing blue: Half-way charged
Flashing green: High charge
Solid green: Fully charged

Your Theragun mini is a smart device enabled with Bluetooth connectivity, designed
to pair seamlessly with the Therabody app. When you download the app, you’ll be
guided through a step-by-step setup and shown how to pair your device.
Once paired with your device, the app can remotely adjust speed, activate guided
treatment presets, and make real-time recommendations based on your usage.

Cleaning the Theragun mini
For the most hygienic Theragun device experience, sanitize it after each use by:
1. Wiping the device with a disinfectant wipe to remove any residue.
2. Once the device is residue-free, use a new wipe to disinfect the surface area by
wiping all sides in a downward motion.

Attachments
Dampener
For tender or bony areas and overall use. The Dampener attachment
is specically designed for general use and low impact treatment
around tender or bony areas. Its wide base maximizes surface area for
greater, more ecient contact with the body.
Thumb
For trigger points and the lower back. Specically designed to mimic
an actual human thumb, the Thumb attachment is perfect for trigger
point therapy and use on the lower back. Use the Thumb anywhere
you might have used an actual thumb and get the treatment you
need without needing to leave the comfort of home.
Standard
Ball
A more targeted option for overall use. The Standard Ball
attachment is specically designed for overall use on both large and
small muscle groups. With a smaller shape and higher impact level
than the Dampener, it is a more targeted option for overall use and is
your go-to attachment during a workout.

Uso del Theragun mini

ES Carga del Theragun mini
1. El Theragun mini es compatible con USB-C. Para cargarlo, después de apagar
el dispositivo, enchufa un extremo del cable incluido en el paquete en tu USB y
el otro extremo en el dispositivo.
2. La luz LED del botón de encendido/velocidad parpadeará hasta que se haya
cargado completamente.
3. La carga se habrá completado cuando la luz LED del botón de encendido/
velocidad esté ja en verde.
4. El nivel de batería se muestra continuamente en la luz LED del botón de
encendido/velocidad cuando el dispositivo está encendido.
5. Para ver el nivel de batería cuando el dispositivo está apagado, presione
brevemente el botón de encendido/velocidad y la luz LED de batería
parpadeará para indicar el nivel de batería.

El Theragun mini es un dispositivo inteligente compatible con la conexión Bluetooth
diseñado para emparejarse sin problemas con la aplicación de Therabody. Al
descargar la aplicación, se te guiará por una conguración paso a paso y se te
mostrará cómo emparejar tu dispositivo.
Una vez emparejado con tu dispositivo, la aplicación puede ajustar de forma
remota la velocidad, activar los preajustes de tratamiento guiados y realizar
recomendaciones en tiempo real según tu uso.

Limpieza del Theragun mini
Para obtener la experiencia más higiénica con el dispositivo Theragun, desinféctalo
después de cada uso:
1. Limpia el dispositivo con una toallita desinfectante para eliminar cualquier
residuo.
2. Una vez que el dispositivo no tenga residuos, utiliza una toallita nueva para
desinfectar la supercie, limpiando todos los lados con un movimiento

Cabezales
Amortiguador
Para zonas blandas u óseas y uso general. El cabezal de
amortiguador está diseñado especícamente para uso general y
tratamiento de bajo impacto alrededor de zonas blandas u óseas.
Su base ancha maximiza la supercie para un contacto mayor y más
eciente con el cuerpo.
Pulgar
Para los puntos gatillo y la zona lumbar. Diseñado especícamente
para imitar un pulgar humano real, el cabezal de pulgar es perfecto
para la terapia de puntos gatillo y para su uso en la zona lumbar. Usa
el pulgar en cualquier lugar donde podrías haber usado un pulgar
real y obtén el tratamiento que necesitas sin tener que salir de casa.
Bola estándar
Una opción más especíca para el uso general. El cabezal
de bola estándar está diseñado especícamente para su uso
general tanto en grupos musculares grandes como pequeños.
Con una forma más pequeña y un mayor nivel de impacto que el
amortiguador, es una opción más especíca para el uso general y
es tu cabezal imprescindible durante un entrenamiento.

1. Disposer la tête de massage au bout
du bras de l’appareil et l’emboîter. Pour
retirer l’embout, placer la main autour de
celui-ci en mettant un doigt de chaque
côté de la partie en plastique.
2. Tirer pour séparer l’embout de l’appareil.

Utiliser le Theragun mini
1. Pour allumer le Theragun mini, appuyer fermement sur le bouton marche/
vitesse multifonction, sur le côté droit de l’appareil, pendant plusieurs secondes.
2. Faire glisser l’appareil sur les zones à masser, en exerçant une pression graduelle
de légère à modérée, selon les besoins.
3. Appuyer à nouveau sur le bouton marche/vitesse pour basculer entre les 3
vitesses.
4. Pour arrêter le Theragun mini, appuyer fermement sur le bouton marche/
vitesse pendant plusieurs secondes jusqu’à ce que l’appareil s’éteigne.

Charger le Theragun mini
1. Le Theragun mini est compatible USB-C. Pour le charger, et après avoir éteint
le dispositif, brancher une extrémité du câble fourni dans l’emballage dans le
port USB de votre choix et l’autre extrémité dans l’appareil.
2. Le voyant LED sur le bouton marche/vitesse clignotera jusqu’au chargement
complet de la batterie.
3. La batterie est complètement chargée lorsque le voyant LED sur le bouton
marche/vitesse est vert et ne clignote plus.
4. Le niveau de la batterie est indiqué en permanence sur le voyant LED du
bouton marche/vitesse lorsque l’appareil est allumé.
5. Pour voir le niveau de la batterie lorsque l’appareil est éteint, appuyer
brièvement sur le bouton marche/vitesse, puis le voyant LED clignotera tout en
indiquant le niveau de la batterie.

Votre Theragun mini est un dispositif intelligent avec connectivité Bluetooth qui
est conçu pour fonctionner de manière synchronisée avec l’application mobile
Therabody. Une fois l’application téléchargée, vous pourrez procéder à l’installation
guidée étape par étape et comprendre comment synchroniser votre appareil.
Une fois synchronisée avec votre appareil, l’application peut modier à distance la
vitesse, activer les préréglages de massage et vous prodiguer des conseils en temps
réel en fonction de votre utilisation.

Nettoyer le Theragun mini
Pour utiliser votre Theragun de la manière la plus hygiénique possible, pensez à le
désinfecter après chaque utilisation en:

2. Une fois que l’appareil est exempt de résidus, utiliser une nouvelle lingette
pour désinfecter la surface en essuyant tous les côtés avec un mouvement
descendant.

Le Dampener
Destiné aux zones douloureuses ou osseuses pour une utilisation
générale. Le Dampener est spécialement conçu pour une utilisation
générale et un traitement à faible impact autour des zones douloureuses
ou osseuses. Son point d’impact élargi maximise la surface du corps
traitée.
Le Thumb
Pour traiter le bas du dos et les points de déclenchement. Spécialement
conçu pour imiter un pouce humain réel, l’embout de thérapie Thumb est
parfait pour le traitement des points de déclenchement, ainsi que le bas
du dos. Utilisez le Thumb partout où vous auriez utilisé un vrai pouce et
protez du massage dont vous avez besoin sans avoir à quitter le confort
de votre maison.
Le Standard
Ball
Une option plus ciblée pour une utilisation globale. L’embout de thérapie
Standard Ball est spéciquement conçu pour une utilisation générale sur
les groupes de muscle de grande et de petite taille. Avec un point d’impact
plus petit et un niveau de densité plus élevé que celui du Dampener, c’est
une option plus ciblée pour une utilisation générale. Il deviendra vite votre
embout de prédilection pendant vos séances de sport.
