The BUCKMASTERS™ Binocular produces a bright and clear high-contrast image with true
color across the entire eld of view. Included with the binocular comes a custom binocular
harness strap to help keep your binoculars secure and readily available.

OPERATION
SETTING THE DIOPTER ADJUSTMENT
Setting the diopter adjustment of your binocular is very important, as properly adjusted binoculars
will prevent eye strain and provide you with a crisp, sharp image.
To set the diopter adjustment on right eyepiece diopter adjustment models:
1. View an object about 100 yards in the distance.
2. Close your right eye.
3. Adjust the center focus wheel (located between the two
barrels) until the image presented to your left eye is clear
and sharp.

4. Close your left eye.
5. Adjust the diopter ring located around the right barrel,
near the eyepiece, until the image presented to your
right eye is clear and sharp.
Your binocular is now focused for your eyesight. To make
any adjustments in the eld, simply turn the center focus wheel while viewing through both
barrels.
ADJUSTABLE EYECUPS
SIG SAUER binoculars feature adjustable eyecups to
accommodate the eye relief distance required when wearing
eyeglasses.

INTERPUPILLARY DISTANCE OF BINOCULARS
Interpupillary distance is the distance between your right and left eye.
1. Set the distance between the centers of the right and left ocular lens of the binoculars to
your interpupillary distance.
2. Look at a distant object to make an adjustment while folding back the main body of the
binoculars.
3. Your interpupillary distance is correctly set when the eld of view can be seen by both eyes
as a single circle (see below illustration).

CLEANING
IMPROPER CLEANING CAN RESULT IN SCRATCHES TO YOUR BINOCULAR LENSES.
• Clean the fully armored body by simply wiping o󰀨 any accumulated dirt or dust.
• Clean the lenses only when necessary.
• Use a standard lens brush/blower brush rst, to remove dust and debris from the lenses.
• Never wipe the lenses with a cloth.
• Use pure alcohol, high-grade glass cleaner, or pure water on a cotton swab.
• Always apply the alcohol, water, or glass cleaner to the swab and not directly to the lens.

SIG SAUER®ELECTRONIC COMPONENT LIMITED 5-YEAR WARRANTY
SIG SAUER warrants that the electronic and tritium components of the enclosed product
were originally manufactured free of defects in workmanship, material, and mechanical
function. For a period of ve (5) years from the date of manufacture, SIG SAUER agrees
to correct any defect in these components by repair, adjustment, or replacement, at
SIG SAUER’s option, with the same or comparable quality components (or by replacing
the product at SIG SAUER’s option); provided however that a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) is rst obtained by contacting SIG SAUER Customer Service, and that
the product is returned unloaded and freight prepaid.
This limited warranty is null and void if the product has been misused, damaged (by accident or otherwise),
damaged through failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance as described in the user’s manual,
or if unauthorized repair or any alteration, including of a cosmetic nature, has been performed on the product.
This limited warranty does not apply to normal cosmetic wear and tear of any parts.
