fetywiththe manipulation of the appliance,but to

.Donotusethecookingzoneswithemptypansor
withoutpans.This couldcause damage tothe
pansorthe hob.
.Ceramicglassisinsensitivetotemperatureshock
and veryrobust, however,itisnotunbreakable.
Hardandsharpobjects,inparticular,candamage
the cooking surfaceif theyfall on it.
.Donotusecastironpotsorpanswithdamaged
basesthatarerough orburred.Scratching may
occurwhen the pansareslid.
.Donotplaceanypansonthehobframe.Scrat-
ching mayoccurorthe paintdamaged.
.Ensurethatliquidscontainingacids,e.g.vinegar,
lemon limescaleremoving agentsdo notcome
intocontactwiththe hob frame,otherwisematt
spotswill appear.
.Ifsugaroradishcontainingsugarcomesintocon-
tactwith a hotcooking zone and then melts,re-
movethe soiling immediatelywhilststill warm,
using a glass scraper. If itcools,damage tothe
surfacemayoccur.
.Keepallitemsandmaterialsthatmeltawayfrom
the ceramicglass surface,e.g.plastics,alumi-
niumfoil oroven foils. If something of thisnature
shouldmeltontothe ceramicglass surface,it
mustberemovedimmediatelyusingaglassscra-
per.
