Keep this manual for future reference.
• This appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack
of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Unplug from electrical outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before adding on or taking parts o
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or if the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the manufacturer or appointed service agent for examination, repair, or adjustment.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles and knobs.
• To protect against electrical shock,do not immerse cord, plug, or oven in water or any other liquid.
• The use of foreign accessories or attachments are not recommended by the appliance manufacturer as this may cause injuries.

• Do not let the electrical cord hang over the edge of a table or touch hot surfaces.
• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electrical burner, or in a heated oven.
• Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
• To disconnect, rotate the timer dial to“0” position, then remove plug from electrical outlet.
• Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
• Oversize foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the oven toaster as they may create a re or risk electrick shock.
• A re may occur in the functioning oven toaster is covered or touches ammable materials such as curtians, Do not store any item on top
of the appliance when in operation.
• Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break o the pad and come in contact with electrical parts involving a risk of electric
shock.
• Extreme caution should be exercised when using food containers constructed of materials other than metal or heat resistance glass.
• Do not store any cardboard, paper, plastic or other ammable items inside the oven. Store only the accessories provided inside the oven.
• Do not cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating which may result in damage to the oven or
danger to the operator.
• Keep a space of at least 10 cm (4 inches) all around the oven toaster to allow for adequate air circulation.
• Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the oven toaster. The oven toaster should only be repaired and/or serviced by an
authorized Electrolux service centre and only genuine Electrolux spare parts should be used. Failure to do so may render the warranty
void.
• As a safety feature, this product is equipped with a grounded plug, which will ony t into a three-prong outlet. Improper connection of the
grounding conductor may result in the risk of electric shock. Consult a qualied electrician if you are in doubt as to whether the outlet is
properly grounded.
• A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
• Longer extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised during use.
• If an extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating
of the appliance, and the cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by
children or tripped over unintentionally.
• This appliance is equipped with a tamper-resistant screw to prevent removal of the outer cover. To reduce the risk of re or electric shock,
do not attempt to remove the outer cover. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Repair should be done only by authorized Electro-
lux technicians.
• If the power supply cord is damaged, it should be replaced by a qualied technician from Electrolux.
• The appliance cannot run in the way of the external timer or separate remote control system.
• Temperature of door or accessible surfaces may be high while the appliance is in use. Therefore, please take extra precaution to prevent
any injuries.

D. Power indicator:
The power indicator will light up when the oven toaster is switched on.
E. Timer dial:
Use this dial to switch the oven toaster on or o and to set the timer (0 to 60 minutes) by turning the dial clockwise. At the end of the selected
time, a bell will sound and the oven toaster will switch o. At any time the oven toaster can be switched o by turning the timer dial to the “0”
position. Turn the timer dial clockwise to the proper time setting according to the table. If the time is within 5 minutes, please turn it to 10 minutes
position and then turn back to the desired position.
STAY ON function
When at the STAY ON position, note that the oven toaster is ON all the time for continuous heating at the selected temperature setting. To switch
o the appliance, turn the timer dial to“0” position and make sure the power indicator light is o.

Set the dial to the desired position to turn on the desired heating element.

Getting started
Before using the appliance for the rst time:
• Remove packing materials and stickers.
• Remove the food tray from oven.
• Wash in sudsy water, rinse and drywith a cloth or paper towel.
• Replace food tray in oven.
• Select a location for the unit. Do not place unit under cabinets or too close to the wall. Allow heat to ow without damaging counter
space (Allow at least a 10 cm clearance all around the oven toaster).
Note: When the oven toaster is switched on the rst time, there may be a slight smell and some smoke, this is normal and does not last long.
To eliminate the smell please follow this procedure:
1. Ensure that the oven toaster is empty and that the door is open.
2. Set the temperature to Max and setthe timer for 15 minutes.
3. After 15 minutes the timer will automatically switch the oven toaster o.
4. The oven toaster is now ready for use.
Caution: Do not use roasting bags, plastic containers or glassware that is not ovenproof in this oven toaster.
Ensure that the food does not come into contact with the heating elements. Should the food catch alight while cooking, keep the oven door
closed and and unplug from the wall socket
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make sure the timer dial is set to“0”position before plugging in the unit.
2. Connect plug into the appropriate power socket.
3. The oven should be pre-heated before you cook achieve eective cooking performance.
4. Place the food onto the grill rack. Make sure the food tray should be used for juicy and oily food.
Note: Before putting the food on the tray, spread a layer of edible oil onto the food tray to avoid the food sticking to tray after baking.
5. Set the temperature control dial to the desired temperature.
6. Set the timer dial to the desired cooking time.
Note: If the time is within 5 minutes, please turn it to 10 minutes and then turn back to the desired position.
7. Check the condition of food constantly during cooking.You can change baking time to suit your own personal taste.
8. When the cooking time is up, remove the cooked food from the unit with oven mitten.
Caution: Heat resistant mitten must be used when removing the food tray after cooking.
9. Unplug the unit after use. Allow the unit to cool down suciently before moving or cleaning it.
Caution: The surface is HOT. Do not touch the unit during or immediately after cooking.
ACCESSORIES
•Grill rack - supports casserole dishes and general cooking pans.
•Food tray - for baking cookies, cakes etc. and also for collecting excess fats and juices.
•Food tray handle - use this accessory to remove food tray when hot.
FOOD TRAY POSITIONING
This oven can bake breakfast (bread, cake and steam cake), as well as dishes (roast pork, spare ribs, sh, chicken, goose, duck, peanuts, etc)
with the perfection in colour, taste and aroma. While cooking large piece of food, change position of the tray in order to allow the food to
be baked evenly.
•Thefoodtraycanbeadjustedto3dierentpositionsaccordingtothefoodyouwanttocook.
Note: It may be necessary to change the food tray to a lower position if the surface is too brown or change it to a higher position if the base
is browning.

Cleaning and Maintainance
1. After use, set all switches to“0” position. Always unplug the unit and wait until the interior parts of the oven have completely been cooled
down before cleaning.
2. Use a damp cloth to clean the inside and outside parts of the oven. Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaners.
3. Do not immerse the unit, power cord and plug into water or other liquids.
4. Wash all accessories in warm soapy water, or in a dishwasher.
5. Allow all the parts to dry thoroughly before plugging the oven toaster into the wall socket.
6. When food have accumulated at the bottom of the unit, it can impair the performance.
For EOT2805K/EOT2805W: Push and lift to open the crumb release. Release to dispose. Clean it with a damp cloth, dry and lock it properly
before next use.
For EOT3805K/EOT4805K: Remove the crumb tray provided for easy cleaning.
NOTE:
- Do soak the food tray with warm water as it will make cleaning easier.
- To remove any cooking spatters, wipe the interior of the oven toaster with some mild detergent on a damp sponge, cloth or
nylon-scouring pad.
- Sugar and salt based food have a tendency to stick to all surfaces and are very hard to clean. When cooking these types of food, clean the
food tray and grill rack immediately after each use.
Storage:
1. Follow the above cleaning instruction for well maintenance before storage.
2. Tidy up the power cord.
3. The unit and its accessories should be stored at dry and cool place.

Troubleshooting
Symptoms Possible causes Solutions
There is slight smell and/or smoke when
the oven toaster is in operation.
The oven toaster is switched on for the rst
time.
This is normal and does not last long.
Before using the toaster oven for the rst
time, remove all packing materials and
stickers. Ensure that the oven toaster is
empty and the door is open. Set the

The oven toaster is now ready for use.
There are leftover food particles in the oven
toaster, on the grill rack or food tray.
Clean the oven toaster and the accessories.
There is excess food grease. Remove the excess food grease before
toasting.
If the oven toaster ceases operation, it is
malfunction.
Switch o the oven immediately and
contact Electrolux Service Centre or its
agent.
There is food odour in the oven toaster. Food such as garlic and onion may leave odour
in the oven toaster.
Leave the glass door open for a while to
vetilate the air.
Food tray and grill rack cannot be slided
into the oven toaster smoothly.
There are leftover food particles on the wall of
the oven toaster.
Clean the oven toaster wall.
The browning level of the toasted food is
not ideal or the food is unevenly toasted.
The temperature setting is incorrect. Adjust the temperature according to the
cooking instructions on the packaging of
the food.
The food tray or grill rack is in incorrect position. Please refer to the cooking reference chart
for recommended food tray or grill rack
position.
There is condensate on the glass door. Frozen food is being cooked. This is normal if frozen food is being cooked
in the oven toaster. The condensate will
disappear after a while.
Please refer to the cooking instructions on
the packaging of the food.

The packaging materials are environmentally friendly and can be recycled.The plastic components are identied by markings, e.g. >PE<,
>PS<, etc. Please dispose the packaging materials in the appropriate container at the community waste disposal facilities.

入门指南
首次使用本电器之前：
• 去除包装材料和粘附物。
• 取出烤箱中的食物托盘。
• 使用洗涤剂进行清洗，然后冲洗干净并用布或纸巾擦干。
• 将食物托盘放回烤箱。
• 选择合适的位置摆放本电器，勿将其放在橱柜下方或过于靠近墙壁的地方。摆放位置应允许充分散热，同时不挤占台面空间（烤箱
四周应留出至少 10 厘米间隙）。
注意：烤箱首次启动时，可能会散发出轻微的异味和一些烟雾，这属于正常现象，不会持续很长时间。
要消除异味，请按以下步骤操作：
1.确保烤箱为空且箱门打开。
2.将温度设为最高温度并将定时器设为15 分钟。
3.15 分钟后，定时器会自动关闭烤箱。
4.现在，烤箱已准备就绪，可供使用。
小心：烘烤袋、塑料容器或玻璃器皿不耐本烤箱内的高温，切勿使用。
请确保食物不直接与加热元件接触。如果烹饪时食物突然着火，请保持箱门关闭，并立刻关闭烤箱，从墙上拔出插头。
操作说明

7.烹饪过程中应不时查看食物状态，可按个人口味调整烘焙时间。
8.烹饪完毕后，戴上烤箱手套将食物从烤箱中取出。
小心：烹饪完毕取出食物托盘时，必须戴上耐热手套。
9.使用后应拔出电源插头。待烤箱完全冷却后才可进行移动或清洁。
小心：烤箱表面烫热。切勿在烹饪过程中或烹饪刚结束时碰触。
配件
• 烤架–支撑浅锅和一般的平锅。
• 烤盘–用于烘烤饼干 、糕点等，也可用于收集多余油脂和汁液。
•烤盘手柄–用于取出烫热的烤盘。
食物烤盘位置
本烤箱能烹调出色香味俱全的早餐（面包、蛋糕、馒头）与正餐（烤猪肉、排骨、鱼、鸡、鹅、鸭、花生等）。
烘烤大块食物 时，需不时改变托盘的位置，以使食物受热均匀。
•根据所需准备的食物，可将食物烤盘调整至 3 个不同位置。
注意：如果食物表面烤焦，请将位置调低。如果其底层烤焦，则请将位置调高。

清洁和保养
1.使用后，将定时器旋钮设于 “0” 位置。务必拔下烤箱的电源插头，并待烤箱的内部部件完全冷却后再进行清洁。
2.使用湿布清洁烤箱的内部和外部部件。请勿使用研磨或腐蚀性清洁剂。
3.切勿将烤箱、电源线及插头浸入水中或其他液体中。
4.请用温热清洁剂或洗碗机清洗所有配件。
5.待所有部件完全干燥后，再将插头插入插座。
6.食物囤积在底部则会降低效能。
EOT2805K/EOT2805W：按住并向上提起即可打开集渣盘，清理残渣。再次使用前，请使用湿布擦拭，并彻底擦干。
EOT3805K/EOT4805K：将集渣盘取出以清理烤箱内的残渣。
注意：
- 食物托盘浸入温水中更容易清洗。

E. 計時器控制旋鈕：
使用此旋鈕以開啟或關掉烤箱，順時針轉動旋鈕以設定計時器（0 至 60 分鐘）。指定時間結束時，將響起鈴聲，烤箱會關掉。任何時候
均可把計時器調動至「0」位置以關掉烤箱。根據刻度順時針轉動計時器，以設定至適當時間。如時間於 5 分鐘內，請先轉動至 10 分鐘
位置再轉回所需的 5 分鐘位置。
保持開啟功能
請注意，當處於保持開啟狀態，烤箱會持續於指定溫度設定中發熱。要關掉本機，把計時器控制旋鈕轉動至「0」位置並確保電源指示燈

入門指南
第一次使用本機之前：
•拆除包裝材料和封膠。
•取出烤箱內的食物烤盤。
•以洗涤劑清洗、沖洗一下，並用布或紙巾擦乾。
•將食物烤盤放回烤箱內。
•為本機選擇一個放置處。勿將本機放在櫥櫃下或是太靠近牆壁。讓熱氣得以流動而不致破壞臺桌空間 (讓烤箱四周至少保持 10 公
分的空隙)。
備註：第一次開啟烤箱時，可能會有輕微的氣味和一些煙霧，這是正常的現象，而且不會維持很久。
要消除氣味，請遵循此步驟：
1.確定烤箱是空的，而且機門已開啟。
2.將溫度設至最大溫度，並將計時器設為 15 分鐘。
3.15 分鐘過後，計時器會自動將烤箱關閉。
4.現在可以使用烤箱了。
小心：烘烤袋、塑膠容器或玻璃器皿不耐本烤箱內的高溫，切勿使用。
請確保食物不直接與加熱元件接觸。如果烹飪時食物突然著火，請保持箱門關閉，並立刻關閉烤箱，從牆上拔出插頭。
操作说明

7.烹飪過程中應不時查看食物狀態，可按個人口味調整烘焙時間。
8.烹飪完畢後，戴上烤箱手套將食物從烤箱中取出。
小心：烹飪完畢取出食物烤盤時，必須戴上耐熱手套。
9.使用後應拔出電源插頭。待烤箱全冷卻後才可進行移動或清潔。
小心：烤箱表面燙熱。切勿在烹飪過程中或烹飪剛結束時碰觸。
配件
• 燒烤架–支撐淺鍋和一般的平鍋。
• 食物烤盤–用於烘烤餅乾、糕點等， 也可用於收集多餘油脂和汁液。
• 食物烤盤手柄–用於取出燙熱的烤盤。
食物烤盤位置
本烤箱能烹調出色香味俱全的早餐（麵包、蛋糕、饅頭）與正餐（烤豬肉、排骨、魚、雞、鵝、鴨、花生等）。
烘烤大塊食物時，需不時改變烤盤的位置，以使食物受熱均勻。
• 按照所需食物，將食物烤盤調節至 3 個不同位置。
注意：如果食物表面烤焦，請將烤盤位置調低。如果底層烤焦，則請將烤盤位置調高。
注意: 建議將烤箱先進行預熱，再放入需要烘烤的食材，尤其是進行西點烘焙及烘烤肉類時，可減少肉類產品的肉汁流失。

清潔和保養
1.使用後，確認計時器旋鈕設置在“0” 的位置。及務必先拔下本機的插頭，等候烤箱內部已完全冷卻後再進行清潔。
2.使用濕布清潔烤箱的內部與外部。請勿使用磨蝕性或腐蝕性的清潔劑。
3.切勿將烤箱、電源線及插頭浸入水中或其他液體中。
4.請用溫肥皂水或洗碗機清洗所有配件。
5.待所有零件完全乾燥後，再將插頭插入插座。
6.當食物沉積於烤箱底部，將降低烤箱的性能。
EOT2805K/EOT2805W：按下並向上提起，即開啟麵包集屑盤。釋放即可棄置麵包屑。在重複使用前，請用濕布擦拭該棄置裝置，
並讓其乾透。
EOT3805K/EOT4805K：取下可拆式麵包集屑盤，以清除烤箱內的所有麵包屑。
注意：
- 食物烤盤務必浸入溫水中才更容易清洗。
- 為清除烹飪時濺出的食物，請使用濕海綿、濕布或尼龍擦洗墊蘸上性質溫和的清潔劑進行清洗。
- 烤盤內壁塗有一層不沾塗料，請勿使用金屬器皿刮擦烤盤以避免塗層脫落。
