Configuration of GSM Gateway Digital
1. Swit h on the GSM Gateway to the power.
2. Conne t it to your PC using USB able.
3. When you onne t it for the first time the operating system of your PC will ask you for
drivers. Lo ate them (the drivers are in your Software CD, in folder – usbdriver) and
li k OK to allow Windows to install them.
4. Next you have to hange the number of the COM Port. Look in
Control Panel\System\Hardware\Devi e Manager\Ports and remember on whi h
COM port the Gateway is swit hed on. With the right bottom of the mouse edit the file
onfig.bat and in it write the orre t number of the COM port. Save the hanges.
5. Open file onfig. fg and make the adjustments you want. Save the hanges and run the file
onfig.bat. Now your GSM Gateway is onfigured.
6. Turn off the power. Put the SIM Card in the holder, turn on the antenna and swit h on
the power.
De cription of the etting :
1 GWC+LDT='n' – ommand, whi h sets the maximum waiting time in
millise onds between ea h sele ted digit of the phone number before the GSM Gateway dial
that phone number. Re ommended time is between 1000 and 5000 millise onds.
2 GWC+CLIR='n' – this setting allow you to hide the dialed number for the external alls if
your GSM operator support it. When "n"=0 the number is not hide and when "n"=1 it is
hide.
3 GWC+SPVOL='n' – this setting allow you to adjust the volume of the spee h in your phone
handset whi h is onne ted to the GSM Gateway. "n" an be adjust between 1 to 99.
4 GWC+POL='n' - setting allowing reverse the polarity of the line in the beginning of the
onversation. If "n"=0 the polarity won't be reserve. If "n"=1 it will be reversed.
5 GWC+ICPM='n' - setting whi h allow in oming alls to the GSM Gateway for all numbers or only
for a list of numbers. If n=0 all alls are allowed, and if n=1 only numbers in the list below is allowed.
6 GWC+ICPNM=n,xxxxxxxxxx – ommand whi h lists up to 10 allowed numbers for in oming alls
when GWC+ICPM=1.
7 GWC+ACIM=n – setting whi h hange the impedan e of the line of GSM Gateway FollowMe. Set
the orre t impedan e to syn hronize with your line impedan e.

8 GWC+RNUM=xxxxxxxxxx – setting in whi h you have to write the phone number for redire t.
When someone all to the line at whi h GSM Gateway FollowMe is onne ted the ring will be redire t
to that number. This fun tion is only useable with GSM Gateway FollowMe.
