Wi-Fi Security Camera Quick Guide

Product Instructions
Installing a MicroSD Card
The micro SD card slot is located inside the security camera. Please make sure the
camera is turned OFF. To access it, you need to remove two screws (Image 1), then
insert the MicroSD card into the card slot with its contact points facing downward
(Image 2).

Important: Please unplug the security camera before inserting or removing the
MicroSD card. Please use a genuine MicroSD card manufactured by a qualified
supplier, with a reading/writing speed of no less than U1/Class 10. (Maximum
support capacity is 128 GB)

Downloading and Installing Mobile App
Scan the QR code below to download “XMEye” app in App Store or in Google Play
Store. When you install it, please allow all the authorizations if you want full
functions and alarm push notifications.
After installing the app on your smartphone, you can sign up and register for a free
account and start adding your Wi-Fi camera.
Important: Before adding, please ensure that your smartphone is connected to the
same Wi-Fi network that you want to connect your Wi-Fi camera to. This camera
only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi keep the camera and your smart phone nearby the
router.
Turning the Device On
This Wi-Fi Security Camera will automatically activate once the power cable is
inserted into the power input port. Upon start-up, the camera will begin Wi-Fi and
initialization mode.

Adding Camera to XMEye App
Step 1. Open XMEye App then tap on the "+" icon in the top right hand corner.
Step 2. Now select the "Wi-Fi Config" tab to enter the Wi-Fi configuration screen.
Step 3. Fill in your Wi-Fi password then Click on “OK” and the app will start
searching for your camera.

Step 4. The app will start looking for nearby devices like shown below.
Step 5. When the green symbol appears, click on it.
Step 6. Just click “Add”to finish adding your camera.

Important: The cameras serial number, domain name, and device id, all details will
automatically show on the app (No need to enter manually or to scan a code).
The default username is admin and password is null; the default password is blank
and leave the port blank.
