USEFUL TIPS
1. Your knife can easily scratch your kitchen bench tops. Always slice your food on
a wooden or plastic cutting board.

pace, and avoid sawing motions.
3. To keep your blades sharp, avoid cutting through hard substances like bone
and fruit pits.
4. After cooking your meat, let it rest for at least 10 minutes before you cut it. This
gives the juices time to set and makes the meat easier to cut.
5. You can leave trussing string on your meat, but remove any skewers before
cutting.
6. Use a carving fork to steady your meat while cutting.
7. Do not attempt to sharpen your knife’s blades. This is unnecessary and may
damage the appliance.
8. Your knife requires little to no maintenance. Do not attempt to service or repair
this appliance yourself.
