INTRODUZIONE
Grazie per aver scelto di acquistare il nostro
Sanremo Tour Lock, un portabici dotato di
doppia chiusura di sicurezza con chiave
antifurto comprensivo di barra in alluminio,
facile e veloce da montare su barre porta-
tutto a sezione quadra, rettangolare, tonda
ed ellittica (larghezza max 80 mm - altezza
max 50 mm).
Compatibile con la maggior parte delle for-
celle sia per bici da corsa (anche in carbo-
nio) che per mtb (anche con freni a disco)*.
Grazie al sistema di supporto della ruota
posteriore scorrevole sulla barra di allumi-
nio è compatibile con tutti i telai e ruote di
qualsiasi dimensione ed è pertanto consi-
gliato a chi ha un interasse fisso tra le barre
portatutto e deve trasportare bici di diverse
dimensioni.

ATTENZIONE
• Per facilitare le operazioni di utilizzo, pre-
stare attenzione al senso della maniglia.
Esempio: lato guidatore - maniglia esterna
(Fig. 2 e Fig. 3).
Esempio: lato passeggero anteriore - mani-
glia esterna ( Fig. 4 e Fig. 5).
Esempio: supporto anteriore reverse
Nel caso in cui la dimensione X della biciclet-
ta (Fig. 6) è maggiore della dimensione Y del
Sanremo Tour Lock (Fig. 7) è possibile ruota-
re di 180° (Fig. 8 e Fig. 9) il supporto anterio-
re (Rif. A), aumentando la dimensione Y di
circa 150 mm, svitando le viti di collegamento
tra la barra in alluminio ed il supporto stesso
(Fig. 10, Fig.11 e Fig.12 e Fig.13).
Montaggio blocco maniglia
Far scorrere in avanti la slitta del supporto
anteriore (Rif. A) nella massima posizione
(Fig. 14 e Fig. 15), in modo da montare al
supporto anteriore (Rif. A) il blocco maniglia
(Fig. 16 e Fig. 17), nel lato a voi più indicato
per le operazioni di fissaggio della bicicletta.
ATTENZIONE
• Il perno maniglia deve entrare nella
rispettiva sede intagliata sull'alluminio del
supporto anteriore (Rif. A) (Fig. 18 e Fig. 19).
• Il perno maniglia deve entrare completa-
mente all'interno del supporto slitta (Rif. A)
(Fig. 20).

MONTAGGIO SULLE BARRE
DELL’AUTOVETTURA
• Appoggiare il Sanremo Tour Lock sopra
alle barre della Vostra autovettura.
Supporto anteriore:
• Deciso il lato maniglia, dovrete andare
inserire la viteria per il fissaggio dei suppor-
ti alla barra.
Far scorrere in avanti la slitta del supporto
anteriore (Rif. A) di uno scatto (Fig. 21), in
modo da inserire le viti (Rif. H) e le rosette
(Rif. I) all'interno delle rispettive sedi (Fig.
22 e Fig. 23).
• Con la chiave esagonale in dotazione, bloc-
care il supporto anteriore (Rif. A) con il sup-
porto inferiore (Rif. C), interponendo fra i
due componenti la barra portatutto (Fig. 24,
Fig. 25 e Fig. 26). Serrare i bulloni fino a
completo bloccaggio.
• Chiudere la slitta del supporto anteriore
(Rif. A) (Fig. 27) , bloccare la maniglia in sede
(Fig. 28) e tramite la chiave antifurto blocca-
re la maniglia ( Fig. 29).
• Se la maniglia non risultasse come nelle
figure sopraindicate, dovrete solamente
girare la maniglia antifurto verso il lato
opposto da quella prestabilita.
Aiutarsi facendo leva con un cacciavite a
taglio per rimuovere il coperchio antifurto
(Rif. M) dal supporto anteriore (Rif. A) (Fig.
30 e Fig. 31) ed aprire la leva tramite la chia-
ve antifurto.
• Portare la slitta anteriore nella sua massima
posizione (Fig. 32) , sfilare il blocco maniglia
(Fig. 33) ed inserirla nella parte opposta (Fig.
34 e Fig. 35), per far si che rispetti la corretta
posizione tra lato passeggero anteriore - mani-
glia esterna (Fig. 4 e Fig. 5).
ATTENZIONE
• Il perno maniglia deve entrare nella rispet-
tiva sede intagliata sull'alluminio del sup-
porto anteriore (Rif. A) (Fig. 18 e Fig. 19).
• Il perno maniglia deve entrare completa-
mente all'interno del supporto slitta (Rif. A)
(Fig. 20).
• Riporre il coperchio antifurto (Rif. M) nel
supporto anteriore (Rif. A) esercitando una
leggera pressione, in modo che si agganci
correttamente.
Eseguire due scatti alla slitta, in modo che
ritorni in posizione iniziale e serrare il bloc-
co maniglia (Fig. 36).
Supporto posteriore:
Con la chiave esagonale in dotazione, bloc-
care il supporto posteriore (Rif. B) con il
supporto inferiore (Rif. C), interponendo fra
i due componenti la barra portatutto (Fig. 37
e Fig. 38). Serrare i bulloni fino a completo
bloccaggio.
UTILIZZO
• Far passare la cinghia (Rif. F) all'interno
della clips presente nel supporto posteriore
del Sanremo Tour Lock, prestando attenzio-
ne al senso di inserimento della cinghia(Fig.
39 e Fig. 40).
• Inserire la protezione (Rif. G) all'interno
della cinghia (Rig. F) (Fig. 41 e Fig. 42).
• Con la leva completamente aperta inserire
la forcella della bici sul perno del supporto
anteriore (Rif. A) prestando attenzione che le
forcelle vadano in appoggio senza impedi-
menti e con la massima libertà (Fig. 43).

• Se ciò non avvenisse (Fig. 44) , ruotare la
bussola di regolazione (Rif. N) (presente sul
supporto anteriore (Rif. A) ) nel senso della
freccia (Fig. 45) fino a che le estremità della
forcella possano entrare liberamente (Fig. 46).
ATTENZIONE: per facilitare l'inserimento
della forcella della bici sul perno, tirare con
una mano la maniglia fino a che le estremità
della forcella possa entrare liberamente
(Fig. 47).
• Posizionare la leva maniglia a 0-20° (Fig.
48), se la superficie del supporto anteriore e
la forcella sono già in compressione, ruota-
re la bussola di regolazione (Rif. N) (Fig. 49)
fino ad arrivare a 0-20° gradi senza com-
pressione.
Se posizionando la leva maniglia ed il gioco
tra la superficie del supporto anteriore e la
forcella risulta maggiore a 0-20° (Fig. 48),
ruotare la bussola di regolazione (Rif. N)
(Fig. 45) fino ad arrivare a 0-20° gradi senza
compressione.
• Chiudere la leva facendo attenzione del
corretto posizionamento dell'estremità del
perno sulla maniglia (Fig. 50 e Fig. 51) e
ruotare la chiave antifurto (Fig. 29).
• Ricordarsi di togliere sempre la chiave
prima dell'utilizzo ( si consiglia di riporre la
seconda chiave in dotazione separatamente
dalla prima in modo di avere la possibilità di
duplicazione della stessa in caso di smarri-
mento).
• Far scorrere il supporto posteriore (Rif. B)
della barra di alluminio fino a posizionare la
ruota posteriore sopra di esso (Fig. 52).
• Far passare la cinghia (Rif. F) attraverso i
raggi della ruota posteriore ed alloggiare
correttamente la protezione (Rif. G) sopra il
cerchio della bici (Fig. 53).
• Far passare la cinghia (Rif. G) all'interno
della clips presente nel supporto posteriore
(Rif. B) e stringere (Fig. 54 e Fig. 55).
ATTENZIONE: controllare il corretto fissag-
gio della bicicletta.
FINE UTILIZZO
Se si desidera viaggiare senza bicicletta e
con il Sanremo Tour Lock fissato alle barre,
per evitare lo scorrimento della slitta (Rif. B)
sulla barra, bloccarla tramite la cinghia (Rif.
F) (Fig.56 e Fig. 57)
CURA E MANUTENZIONE
• Pulire sempre il Sanremo Tour Lock dopo
l'uso.
• Non usare solventi o detergenti aggressivi.
• Non utilizzare prodotti abrasivi.
ATTENZIONE
• Togliere sempre la chiave prima di avviare
la corsa (Fig. 58).
• Controllare il corretto fissaggio della bici-
cletta e della viteria dopo i primi Km e suc-
cessivamente eseguire periodici controlli
durante la corsa (Fig. 62).
• Verificare che le parti della bici (cavi e
componenti vari) non siano forzati in modo
eccessivo durante il montaggio.

Per bici con perno passante Ø20 mm, ELITE
mette a disposizione un perno d'adattamento, un
blocchetto chiave e la chiave antifurto (Fig. 75).
Per bici con perno passante Ø15 mm, ELITE
mette a disposizione un perno d'adattamento, un
blocchetto chiave e la chiave antifurto (Fig. 76).
UTILIZZO
• Tenendo in posizione di massima apertura
la slitta anteriore, sfilare il blocco maniglia
(Fig. 32 e Fig. 33), inserire il perno (Rif. N)
all'interno del supporto anteriore (Rif. A)
(Fig. 77) facendo attenzione che la parte con
l'intaglio sia rivolta verso il basso (Fig. 78,
Fig. 79 e Fig. 80).
• Per il fissaggio alla barra portatutto segui-
re il capitolo "MONTAGGIO SULLE BARRE
DELL’AUTOVETTURA" pag. 5 .
• Portare la slitta a posizione iniziale ed
inserire il blocchetto chiave (Rif. O) al sup-
porto anteriore (Fig. 81).
ATTENZIONE: inserire i pioli del blocchetto
all'interno delle rispettive sedi (Fig. 82).
• Tramite la chiave antifurto chiudere il
blocchetto maniglia ( Fig. 83).
• Togliere dalla bici la ruota anteriore, acco-
stare e trattenere con una mano la forcella
della bici all’adattatore per perno passante
(Rif. N), inserire ed avvitare il perno passan-
te (Fig. 84).
• Bloccare il perno passante alla forcella (Fig. 85).
ATTENZIONE
• Verificare il corretto serraggio.
• Per il fissaggio della ruota posteriore fare
riferimento al capitolo "UTILIZZO" pag. 5.

INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing the Sanremo Tour
Lock bike carrier with double security lock,
anti-theft key and aluminium tray. The
Sanremo Tour Lock mounts quickly to most
roof crossbars (square, round or elliptical
bars with up to a maximum width of 80 mm
and maximum height of 50 mm).
The Sanremo Tour Lock is compatible with
most Mountain bikes (including disc brakes
models*) and Road bikes (including models
with carbon forks).
The sliding rear wheel support system on
the aluminium tray is compatible with fra-
mes and wheels of all dimensions. It’s per-
fect for those who have a fixed distance
between roof bars and need to accommoda-
te bikes of different wheelbases.
*An accessory kit is available for bikes with
through-axles (OTHER ACCESSORIES page 10).

WARNING
• Mind the direction of the handle in order to
facilitate set up.

I.e.: front reverse support
If the X dimension of the bike (pic. 6) is larger
than the Y dimension of the Sanremo Tour
Lock (pic. 7), it is possible to rotate the front
support 180° (Ref. A) (pics 8 and 9) and incre-
ase the Y dimension by approximately 150
mm. Unscrew the screws connecting the
aluminium tray and the support, rotate the
support and remount (pics 10, 11, 12, 13).
Handle lock set up
Slide the front support slide (Ref. A) all the
way forward (pics 14 and 15) to mount the
handle lock (pics 16 and 17) to the front sup-
port (Ref. A). Choose the side you find the
most comfortable for fixing the bike.
WARNING
• The handle pin has to fit in its seating car-
ved in aluminium on the front support (Ref.
A) (pics 18 and 19).
• The handle pin has to completely fit in the
slide support (Ref. A) (pic 20).
SETUP ON CAR ROOF BARS
Place the Sanremo Tour Lock above the bars
of your car.

Front support:
• Once you selected the handle side, insert
the screws to clamp the supports on the bar.
• Slip forward the front support slide (Ref. A)
by one click (pic. 21), so that you can insert
the screws (Ref. F) and the washers (Ref. H)
in their own seatings (pic 22 e 23).
• Lock the front support (Ref. A) and the
lower support (Ref. C) with the supplied Hex
key, by interjecting them with the bar rack
(pics 24, 25 and 26). Tighten bolts until
they’re completely locked.
• Closet the front support slide (Ref. A) (pics
27 and 28) , lock the handle in its seating (pic
7) with the anti-theft key (pic 29).
• If the handle does not appear as seen in
the previous pictures, just turn the anti-theft
handle towards the opposite side from the
pre-set one.
• Get some leverage with a screwdriver to
remove the anti-theft cover (Ref. M) from the
front support (Ref. A) (pics 30 and 31) and
open the lever with the anti-theft key.
• Bring the front slide to its maximum
extension (pic 32), slip the handle block (pic
33) and insert it in the opposite side (pics 34
and 35) in order to set the correct position
between front passenger side and external
handle (pics 4 and 5).
WARNING!
• The handle pin has to fit in its seating car-
ved in aluminium on the front support (Ref.
A) (pics 18 and 19).
• The handle pin has to completely fit in the
slide support (Ref. A) (pic 20).
• Put back the anti-theft cover (Ref. M) on
the front support (Ref. A) by slightly pressing
on it, so that it hooks on correctly.
The slide shall then clock twice and go back
to its first position. (pic 36).
Rear support:
Lock together the Rear Support (Ref. B)
with the Lower Support (Ref. C) by using
the supplied Hex key, interjecting the bar
rack with the two components (pics 37 and
38). Tighten the bolts until they’re comple-
tely locked.
USE
• Slide the belt (Ref. F) into the clip in the
rear support of the Sanremo Tour Lock,
paying attention to the direction the belt
slides through (Pics 39 and 40).
• Slide the cover (Ref. G) through the belt
(Ref. F) (Pics 41 and 42).
• Open the lever completely and place the
fork of the bike on the front support pin (Ref.
A) – the fork has to lean freely and without
obstructions (pic 43).
• If that doesn’t happen (pic 44), turn the
adjusting bush (Ref. N) on the front support
(Ref. A) facing the direction of the arrow (pic
45) until both edges of the fork can be inser-
ted without obstructions (pic 46).
WARNING: to make it easier to place bike’s
fork on the axle, pull the handle with one
hand until the fork-ends easily rest on the
axle (pic 47).
• Place the handle lever at 0-20° (pic 48) and
turn the adjusting bush (Ref. N) (pic 49) until
it gets to 0-20° without coming into contact
if the surface of the front support and the

fork are already touching.
If the distance between surface of the front
support and fork is more than 0-20° (pic 48)
while positioning the handle lever, turn the
adjusting bush (Ref. N) (pic 45) until it gets to
0-20° without coming into contact.
• Close the lever and place correctly the
edge of the pin on the handle (pic 50 and 51)
and turn the anti-theft key (pic 29).
• Remember to always remove the key befo-
re use (we suggest to store separately the
spare key we supply in order to have it ready
in case you misplace the first one).
• Slide the rear support (Ref. B) of the alu-
minium tray until you can place the rear
wheel above it (pic 52).
• Slide the belt (Ref. F) through the rear
wheel spokes and correctly place the cover
(Ref. G) above the wheel rim (Pic. 53).
• Slide the belt (Ref. G) inside the clip on the
rear support (Ref. B) and tighten it (Pics 54
and 55).
WARNING: after the first few km, make sure
the bicycle remains secure and check perio-
dically.
END OF USE
If you wish to travel without the bicycle and
with the Sanremo Tour Lock fixed to the
bars, secure it with the strap (Ref. F) to pre-
vent the slide (Ref. B) from slipping on the
bar (Fig. 56 and Fig. 57)
MAINTENANCE
• Always clean the Sanremo Tour Lock after use.
• Do not use solvents or strong detergents.
• Do not use products with abrasive substances.
WARNING
• Always remove the key before the race (pic 58).
• After the first few miles check the correct
positioning of the bike and do so periodically
to time while travelling
(pic 62) .
• Check that bike parts (cables and other
components) are not excessively constrai-
ned when assembling.
OTHER ACCESSORIES
(only on demand)
• Pivot Pin adapter (Rif. N);
• Key Block (Rif. O);
• Anti-theft key.
For bikes with Ø20 mm pivot pin, ELITE sup-
plies an adjusting pin, a key block and the
anti-theft key (pic 75).
For bikes with Ø15 mm pivot pin, ELITE sup-
plies an adjusting pin, a key block and the
anti-theft key (pic 76).
USE
• Slide the handle block (pics 32 and 33) by
keeping the front slide as open as possible,
and slide the pin (Ref. N) inside the front
support (Ref. A) (pic 77) making sure that the
carved part is facing down (pics 78, 79 and
80).
• See chapter "SETUP ON CAR ROOF BARS"
for installation on bar rack page 8.
• Move the slide on the initial position and
insert the key block (Ref. O) on the front
support (pic 81).

ATTENTION: insert the pins of the block
inside their proper housings (pics 82).
• Close the handle block with the anti-theft
key (pic 83).
• Remove the front wheel from the bicycle,
hold the bicycle fork with one hand and
bring it near the adapter for through pin
(Ref. N), insert and screw the through pin
(Fig.84).
• Secure the through pin to the fork (Fig. 85).
WARNING
• Verify that the quick release is correctly
closed
• See chapter "USE" page 9 for rear wheel
fastening.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich zum Kauf unseres
Fahrradträgers Sanremo Tour Lock mit doppel-
tem Sicherheitsschloss und Diebstahlschutz
entschlossen haben. Der Fahrradträger mit
Aluminiumstange lässt sich schnell und einfach
auf Dachträgern mit Vierkant-, Rechteck-, Rund-
und Ovalprofil montieren (Breite max. 80 mm,
Höhe max. 50 mm).
Geeignet für die meisten Gabeln von Rennrädern
(auch aus Carbon) und Mountainbikes (auch mit
Scheibenbremse)*.
Der Fahrradträger verfügt über eine Halterung
fürdasRückrad,diesichaufderAluminiumstange
verschieben lässt, und ist deshalb für alle
Fahrradrahmen und für Räder in allen Größen
geeignet und ideal für alle, die einen Dachträger
mit festem Stangenabstand haben und Fahrräder
unterschiedlicher Größe transportieren müssen.
* Erhältlich ist ein Zubehörsatz für Fahrräder
mit Blockierung mit durchgehendem Bolzen
siehe S. 15, Abschnitt ERGÄNZENDES ZUBEHÖR

ACHTUNG
• Zur Erleichterung der Gebrauchsvorgänge

Wenn der Abstand X vom Fahrrad (Abb. 6)
größer ist als der Abstand Y, kann die vorde-
re Halterung (A) vom Sanremo Tour Lock
(Abb. 7) um 180° (Abb. 8 und Abb. 9) gedreht
werden, um den Abstand Y um ca. 150 mm
zu erhöhen. Dazu die Schrauben lösen, mit
denendieHalterunganderAluminiumstange
verschraubt ist (Abb. 10, Abb. 11, Abb. 12
und Abb. 13).
Montage Vom Schnellspanner
Den Schlitten der vorderen Halterung (A)

ACHTUNG
• Der Griffzapfen muss in den entsprechen-
den im Aluminium der vorderen Halterung
(Bez. A) eingekerbten Sitz eintreten (Abb.18
und Abb.19).
• Der Griffzapfen muss vollständig ins
Innere der Gleitschienenhalterung (Bez. A)
eintreten (Abb. 20).

MONTAGE AM DACHTRÄGER
VOM FAHRZEUG
Den Fahrradträger Sanremo Tour Lock auf
den Dachträger vom Fahrzeug aufsetzen.
Vordere Halterung:
• Sobald beschlossen wurde, auf welcher Seite
sich der Griff befinden soll, müssen die
Schrauben zur Befestigung der Halterungen
an der Stange eingeführt werden.
• Die Gleitschiene der vorderen Halterung (Bez.
A) um eine Ruckbewegung nach vorne gleiten
lassen (Abb. 21), um die Schrauben (Bez. H)
und die Unterlegscheiben (Bez. I) in die
entsprechenden Sitze einzuführen (Abb. 22-23).
• Mit Hilfe des in der Lieferung enthaltenen
Sechskantschlüssels die vordere Halterung
(Bez. A) mit der unteren Halterung (Bez. C)
verbinden, wobei die Stange des Dachständers
zwischen die beiden Komponenten eingefügt
wird (Abb. 24, 25 und 26). Die Schraubbolzen
bis zur vollständigen Sperre anziehen.
• Die Gleitschiene der vorderen Halterung
(Bez. A) schließen (Abb. 27), den Griff im Sitz
blockieren (Abb. 28) und den Griff mittels des
Diebstahlsicherungsschlüssels blockieren
(Abb. 29).
• Falls sich der Griff als nicht wie in den obigen
Abbildungen dargestellt erweist, muss der
Diebstahlsicherungsgriff lediglich entgegenge-
setzt zur vorher festgelegten Seite gedreht
werden.
• Einen als Hebel dienenden Schlitzschraubenzieher
zuHilfenehmen,umdieDiebstahlsicherungsabdeckung
(Bez. M) von der vorderen Halterung (Bez. A) zu entfer-
nen (Abb. 30 und Abb. 31), und den Hebel öffnen.
• Die vordere Gleitschiene in ihre maximale
Position bringen (Abb. 32), den Griffblock
herausziehen (Abb. 33) und auf der entgegen-
gesetzten Seite einführen (Abb. 34 und Abb. 35),
damit die korrekte Position zwischen vorderer
Beifahrerseite –Griff außen eingehalten wird
(Abb. 4 und Abb. 5).
ACHTUNG
• Der Griffzapfen muss in den entsprechen-
den im Aluminium der vorderen Halterung
(Bez. A) eingekerbten Sitz eintreten (Abb.18
und Abb.19).
• Der Griffzapfen muss vollständig ins
Innere der Gleitschienenhalterung (Bez. A)
eintreten (Abb. 20).
• Die Diebstahlsicherungsabdeckung (Bez.
M) wieder in der vorderen Halterung (Bez. A)
anbringen, wobei ein leichter Druck ausgeübt
wird, damit sie korrekt einkuppelt.
Zwei Ruckbewegungen an der Gleitschiene
vornehmen, damit sie in Ausgangsposition
zurückkehrt. (Abb. 36).
Hintere Halterung:
Mit Hilfe des in der Lieferung enthaltenen
Sechskantschlüssels die hintere Halterung
(Bez. B) mit der unteren Halterung (Bez. C)
verbinden, wobei die Stange des Dachständers
zwischen die beiden Komponenten eingefügt
wird (Abb. 37 und 38). Die Schraubbolzen bis
zur vollständigen Sperre anziehen.
BENUTZUNG
• Den Riemen (F) durch die Klemmen an der
hinteren Halterung vom Sanremo Tour Lock
stecken und dabei darauf achten, dass der
Riemen richtig herum in die Klemmen gesteckt
wird (Abb. 39 und Abb. 40).
• Die Schutzkappe (G) auf den Riemen (F) ste-

cken (Abb. 41 und Abb. 42).
• Bei vollständig geöffnetem Hebel die Gabel
des Fahrrads auf dem Zapfen der vorderen
Halterung (Bez. A) einführen, wobei darauf
geachtet werden muss, dass die Gabeln ohne
Behinderung und völlig frei aufliegen (Abb. 43).
• Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein (Abb. 44), die
(auf der vorderen Halterung – Bez. A – vorhan-
dene) Einstellbuchse (Bez. N) in Pfeilrichtung
drehen (Abb. 45), bis die Enden der Gabel frei
eintreten können (Abb. 46).
ACHTUNG: Um das Einfügen der Fahrradgabel
am Stift zu erleichtern, den Griff mit einer Hand
ziehen, bis das Ende der Gabel frei eintreten
kann (Abb. 47).
• Den Griffhebel auf 0-20° positionieren (Abb.
48); wenn die Oberfläche der vorderen
Halterung und die Gabel bereits komprimiert
sind, die Einstellbuchse (Bez. N) drehen (Abb.
49), bis sie 0-20° ohne Kompression erreicht.
Wenn der Griffhebel positioniert wird und sich
der Spielraum zwischen der Oberfläche der
vorderen Halterung und der Gabel als größer
als 0-20° erweist (Abb. 48), die Einstellbuchse
(Bez. N) drehen (Abb. 45), bis 0-20° ohne
Kompression erreicht wird.
• Den Hebel schließen, wobei auf die korrekte
Positionierung des Zapfenendes am Griff
geachtet werden muss (Abb. 50 und Abb. 51),
und den Diebstahlsicherungsschlüssel drehen
(Abb. 29).
• Es darf nicht vergessen werden, vor Gebrauch
stets den Schlüssel abzuziehen (es wird
empfohlen, den in der Lieferung enthaltenen
Zweitschlüssel vom ersten Schlüssel getrennt
aufzubewahren, um die Möglichkeit zur
Anfertigung einer Kopie zu haben, falls der
Schlüssel verloren geht).
• Die hintere Halterung ( Bez. B) auf der
Aluminiumstange verschieben, bis sich das
Rückrad in die Halterung einsetzen lässt (Abb. 52).
• Den Riemen (F) durch die Speichen vom
Hinterrad führen und die Schutzkappe (G) kor-
rekt auf der Felge vom Fahrrad positionieren
(Abb. 53).
• Den Riemen (G) durch die Klemme an der
hinteren Halterung (B) führen und festziehen
(Abb. 54 und Abb. 55).
ACHTUNG: Nach den ersten Kilometern und
anschließend in regelmäßigen Abständen kon-
trollieren, ob das Fahrrad sicher befestigt ist.
ENDANWENDUNG
Sofern man ohne Fahrrad mit am Dachständer
befestigtem Sanremo Tour Lock reisen möchte,
muss die Schiene (Bez. B) mittels des Riemens
(Bez. F) blockiert werden, um ihre Gleitbewegung
zu vermeiden (Abb. 56 und Abb. 57).
PFLEGE UND WARTUNG
• Sanremo Tour Lock nach Gebrauch reinigen.
• Keine Lösemittel oder aggressiven Reinigungsmittel
verwenden.
• Keine abrasiven Produkte benutzen.
ACHTUNG
• Vor Beginn der Fahrt stets den Schlüssel
abziehen (Abb. 58).
• Die korrekte Befestigung des Fahrrads
nach den ersten km kontrollieren und
anschließend periodische Kontrollen wäh-
rend der Fahrt vornehme (Abb. 62).
• Überprüfen, dass die Teile des Fahrrads
(Kabel und verschiedene Komponenten)
während der Montage nicht übermäßig for-
ciert werden.

GEBRAUCH
• Während man die vordere Gleitschiene in
der maximalen Öffnungsposition hält, den
Griffblock herausziehen (Abb. 32 und Abb.
33); die Steckachse (Bez. N) in die vordere
Halterung (Bez. A) einführen (Abb. 77),
wobei darauf geachtet werden muss, dass
der Teil mit der Einkerbung nach unten
weist (Abb. 78, Abb. 79 und Abb. 80).
• Zur Befestigung am Dachständer den
Anweisungen im Kapitel "MONTAGE AM
DACHTRÄGER VOM FAHRZEUG" folgen
(Seite 13).
• Die Gleitschiene in die Ausgangsposition
bringen und den Schlüsselblock (Bez. O) an
der vorderen Halterung einfügen (Abb. 81).
ACHTUNG: Die Steckstifte des Blocks in die
entsprechenden Sitze einführen (Abb. 82).
•Den Griffblockmitdem Diebstahlsicherungsschlüssel
schließen (Abb. 83).
• Das Vorderrad vom Fahrrad abmontieren.
Die Fahrradgabel an das Passstück vom
Bolzen (N) halten und mit einer Hand festhal-
ten. Den Bolzen einsetzen und festschrauben
(Abb. 84).
• Dann den Bolzen an der Gabel blockieren
(Abb. 85).
ACHTUNG
• Das korrekte Anzugsmoment der Quick
Release überprüfen.

INTRODUCTION
Merci d’avoir choisi notre Sanremo Tour Lock,
un porte-vélo équipé d’une double fermeture
de sécurité avec clé antivol, il comprend une
barre en aluminium, facile et rapide à monter
sur des barres porte-tout à section carrée,
rectangulaire, ronde et elliptique (largeur
maxi 80 mm – hauteur maxi 50 mm).
Compatible avec la plupart des fourches que
ce soit pour vélos de course (même en carbo-
ne) que pour vtt (même avec freins à disque)*.
Grâce au système de support de la roue
postérieure coulissant sur la barre en alumi-
nium il est compatible avec tous les cadres et
roues de n’importe quelle dimension, il est
par conséquent conseillé à ceux qui ont un
entraxe fixe entre les barres porte-tout et qui
doivent transporter des vélos de différentes
dimensions.

Dans le cas où la dimension X du vélo (Fig. 6)
serait supérieure à la dimension Y de Sanremo
Tour Lock (Fig. 7) on peut faire pivoter de 180°
(Fig. 8 et Fig. 9) le support antérieur (Réf. A),
en augmentant ainsi la dimension Y d’environ
150 mm, en dévissant les vis de liaison entre
la barre en aluminium et le support (Fig. 10,
Fig.11 et Fig.12 et Fig.13).
Montage du bloc poignee
Faire glisser vers l’avant le coulisseau du sup-
port antérieur (Réf. A) dans la position maxi-
mum (Fig. 14 et Fig. 15), de manière à monter
sur le support antérieur (Réf. A) le bloc poi-
gnée (Fig. 16 et Fig. 17), du côté le plus appro-
prié pour vous pour les opérations de fixage
du vélo.
ATTENTION
• L’axe poignée doit entrer dans le logement
respectif gravé sur l’aluminium du support
antérieur (Réf. A) (Fig. 18 et Fig. 19).
• L’axe poignée doit entrer complètement à
l’intérieur du support coulisseau (Réf. A)
(Fig. 20).

MONTAGE SUR LES BARRES
DE LA VOITURE
Poser Sanremo Tour Lock sur les barres de
votre voiture.
Support anterieur:
• Après avoir décidé le côté poignée, vous
devrez insérer la visserie pour le fixage des
supports à la barre.
• Faire glisser le coulisseau du support
antérieur vers l’avant (Réf. A) d’un cran (Fig.
21), de manière à insérer les vis (Réf. F) et
les rondelles (Réf. H) à l'intérieur des loge-
ments respectifs (Fig. 22-23).
• Avec la clé hexagonale fournie, bloquer le
support antérieur (Réf. A) avec le support
inférieur (Réf. C), en interposant entre les
deux éléments la barre porte-tout (Fig. 24,
25 et 26). Serrer les boulons jusqu’au bloca-
ge complet.
• Fermer le coulisseau du support antérieur
(Réf. A) (Fig. 27), bloquer la poignée dans le
logement (Fig. 28) et au moyen de la clé
antivol bloquer la poignée (Fig. 29).
• Si la poignée ne devait pas être comme sur
les dessins indiqués ci-dessus, vous devrez
seulement tourner la poignée antivol vers le
côté opposé de celle qui est préétablie.
• S’aider en faisant levier avec un tournevis
à tête plate pour enlever le couvercle antivol
(Réf. M) du support antérieur (Réf. A) (Fig. 30
et Fig. 31) et ouvrir le levier.
• Mettre le coulisseau antérieur dans sa
position maximum (Fig. 32), enlever le bloc
poignée (Fig. 33) et l’insérer dans la partie
opposée (Fig. 34 et Fig. 35), pour faire en
sorte de respecter la bonne position entre le
côté passager antérieur – poignée extérieu-
re (Fig. 4 et Fig. 5).
ATTENTION
• L’axe poignée doit entrer dans le logement
respectif gravé sur l’aluminium du support
antérieur (Réf. A) (Fig. 18 et Fig. 19).
• L’axe poignée doit entrer complètement à
l’intérieur du support coulisseau (Réf. A)
(Fig. 20).
• Ranger le couvercle antivol (Réf. M) dans le
support antérieur (Réf. A) en exerçant une
légère pression, de manière à ce qu’il s’ac-
croche correctement.
Effectuer deux déclics au coulisseau, de
manière à ce qu’il revienne à la position de
départ (Fig. 36).
Support posterieur:
• Avec la clé hexagonale fournie, bloquer le
support postérieur (Réf. B) avec le support
inférieur (Réf. C), en interposant entre les
deux éléments la barre porte-tout (Fig. 37 et
38). Serrer les boulons jusqu’au blocage
complet.
UTILISATION
• Faire passer la courroie (Réf. F) à l'intérieur
des clips qui se trouvent dans le support
postérieur de Sanremo Tour Lock, en fai-
sant attention au sens d’introduction de la
courroie (Fig. 39 et Fig. 40).
• Introduire la protection (Réf. G) à l'intérieur
de la courroie (Réf. F) (Fig. 41 et Fig. 42).
• Avec le levier complètement ouvert insérer
la fourche du vélo sur l’axe du support
antérieur (Réf. A) en veillant à ce que les
fourches aillent se poser sans obstacle et
avec la plus grande aisance (Fig. 43).

• Si ceci ne devait pas se passer (Fig. 44),
tourner la douille de réglage (Réf. N) (qui se
trouve sur le support antérieur (Réf. A) dans
le sens de la flèche (Fig. 45) jusqu’à ce que
les extrémités de la fourche puissent entrer
librement (Fig. 46).
ATTENTION: pour faciliter l'introduction de la
fourche du vélo sur l'axe, tirez d'une main la
poignée jusqu'à ce que l' extrémité de la
fourche puisse entrer librement (fig. 47).
• Positionner le levier poignée à 0-20° (Fig.
48), si la surface du support antérieur et la
fourche sont déjà en compression, tourner la
douille de réglage (Réf. N) (Fig. 49) jusqu’à
arriver à 0-20° degrés sans compression.
Si en positionnant le levier poignée le jeu entre
la surface du support antérieur et la fourche
est supérieur à 0-20° (Fig. 48), tourner la
douille de réglage (Réf. N) (Fig. 45) jusqu’à
arriver à 0-20° degrés sans compression.
• Fermer le levier en veillant au bon posi-
tionnement de l’extrémité de l’axe sur la
poignée (Fig. 50 et Fig. 51) et tourner la clé
antivol (Fig. 29).
• Ne pas oublier de toujours enlever la clé
avant l’utilisation (nous conseillons de ran-
ger la deuxième clé fournie séparément de
manière à pouvoir en faire un double en cas
d’égarement).
• Faire glisser le support postérieur (Réf. B)
de la barre en aluminium jusqu’à positionner
la roue postérieure sur ce dernier (Fig. 52).
• Faire passer la courroie (Réf. F) à travers
les rayons de la roue postérieure et loger
correctement la protection (Réf. G) sur la
jante du vélo (Fig. 53).
• Faire passer la courroie (Réf. G) à l'intérieur
du clip présent dans le support postérieur
(Réf. B) et serrer (Fig. 54 et Fig. 55).
ATTENTION: contrôler le bon fixage du vélo.

ATTENTION
• Il faut toujours enlever la clé avant de par-
tir (Fig. 58).
• Contrôler le bon fixage du vélo après les
premiers Km en ensuite effectuer des con-
trôles périodiques pendant le trajet (Fig. 62).
• Vérifier que les pièces du vélo (câbles et
éléments divers) ne soient pas forcées de
manière excessive pendant l’assemblage.

UTILISATION
• En gardant le coulisseau antérieur en
position d’ouverture maximum, enlever le
bloc poignée (Fig. 32 et Fig. 33), insérer l’axe
(Réf. N) à l'intérieur du support antérieur
(Réf. A) (Fig. 77) en veillant à ce que la partie
avec le cran soit tournée vers le bas (Fig. 78,
Fig. 79 et Fig. 80).
• Pour le fixage à la barre porte-tout suivre
le chapitre "MONTAGE SUR LES BARRES
DE LA VOITURE page 17".
• Mettre le coulisseau à la position de
départ et insérer le bloc clé (Réf. O) au sup-
port antérieur (Fig. 81).
ATTENTION: insérer les tétons du bloc à
l’intérieur des logements respectifs (Fig. 82).
• Fermer le bloc poignée (Fig. 83) avec la clé
antivol.
• Enlever la roue antérieure du vélo, appro-
cher et retenir d’une main la fourche du vélo
à l’adapteur pour axe passant (Réf. N),
insérer et visser l’axe passant (Fig.84).
• Bloquer l’axe passant à la fourche (Fig. 85).
ATTENTION
• Vérifier le bon serrage du quick-release
• Pour le fixage de la roue postérieure il faut
se référer au chapitre "UTILISATION" page 17.

INTRODUCCIÓN
Gracias por decidir adquirir nuestro Sanremo
Tour Lock, un porta-bici dotado de doble cierre
de seguridad con llave antirrobo que incluye
barra de aluminio, fácil y veloz de montar
sobre barras universales de sección cuadrada,
rectangular, redonda y elíptica (anchura max
80 mm - altura max 50 mm).
Compatible con la mayoría de las horquillas
tanto para bici de carrera (también de carbo-
no) como para mtb (también con frenos de
disco)*.
Gracias al sistema de soporte de la rueda
posterior corredera sobre la barra de aluminio
es compatible con todos los bastidores y rue-
das de cualquier dimensión y por lo tanto es
aconsejado a quien tiene un intereje fijo entre
las barras universales y tiene que transportar
bicicletas de dimensiones diferentes.

En el caso en que la dimensión X de la bicicle-
ta (Fig. 6) es mayor que la dimensión Y del
Sanremo Tour Lock (Fig. 7) es posible girar de
180° (Fig. 8 y Fig. 9) el soporte anterior (Ref. A),
aumentando la dimensión Y de aproximada-
mente 150 mm, destornillando los tornillos de
conexión entre la barra de aluminio y el sopor-
te mismo (Fig. 10, Fig.11 y Fig.12 y Fig.13).
Montaje bloque manija
Hacer que se deslice hacia adelante la guía del
soporte anterior (Ref. A) en la posición máxima
(Fig. 14 y Fig. 15), para así poder montar al
soporte anterior (Ref. A) el bloque manija (Fig.
16 y Fig. 17), en el lado más conveniente para
las operaciones de sujeción de la bicicleta.
ATENCIÓN
• El perno manija tiene que entrar en su
respectivo alojamiento recortado en el alu-
minio del soporte anterior (Ref. A) (Fig. 18 y
Fig. 19).
• El perno manija tiene que entrar comple-
tamente dentro del soporte del dispositivo
de deslizamiento (Ref. A) (Fig. 20).
