–Identificazione dei contenitori –
vista posteriore del macchinario
1) Rimuovere la cupola da ogni
contenitore;
2) Ritaglia la dima di foratura che
troverai alla fine del manuale e
posizionala sul bordo del
contenitore. Le operazioni
seguenti sono da ripetere per
ogni contenitore;
3) Usare un bulino per marcare il
centro del foro;
4) Effettuare due fori da 16,5mm
su ogni contenitore;
5) Inserire i gommini in dotazione
nei fori 16,5mm.
6) Prelevare i raccordi a gomito e
inserirli nei gommini;
7) Prelevare il tubo trasparente
(5cm) ed introdurlo sul raccordo
a gomito fino alla fine;
Nota. La sonda di livello sul
contenitore invia il segnale di
ricarica del contenitore al modulo
elettronico posizionato all’interno
dell’ Elmeco Brix Pump; questo
per avere sempre il contenitore
pieno di prodotto.
8) Se è richiesta la presenza di
circa 12 litri di prodotto,
bisognerà tagliare la sonda di
livello in modo da avere una
misura di 100mm dal bordo
superiore del contenitore;
4” – 100mm
Attenzione! Non tagliare la sonda
di livello ad una misura inferiore
poiché questo causa il
riempimento del contenitore in
modo eccessivo causando anche
la fuoriuscita di prodotto dal
bordo superiore del contenitore.
IMPORTANTE. Accertarsi che le
vasche trasparenti montate sul First
Class siano come da immagine
sottostante. Se così non fosse
ordinare il codice R0006106-001 e
riceverete la vasca completa di
gommini e contatti.

CONNESSIONE TRA
FC MILLENNIUM E
ELMECO BRIX PUMP
1) Prelevare l’impianto, dal corredo
del box refill, (vedi immagine
seguente)
2) Collegare l’impianto tra il First
Class Millennium ed l’Elmeco
Brix Pump. (vedi immagini
seguenti)
IMPOSTAZIONE
ELETTRONICA FC
MILLENNIUM
1) Accendere il macchinario
utilizzando l’interruttore
generale posto sul pannello
laterale;
2) Attendere fino a che su ogni
elettronica sia visualizzata la
schermata iniziale;
3) Tenere premuto il tasto
per alcuni secondi in
modo da entrare nel menu di
selezione;
Nota: Se non viene premuto
alcun tasto per un tempo di 10
secondi, l’elettronica si
posiziona sulla schermata
iniziale.
4) Premere più volte il tasto
fino a che non appare
la finestra “REFILL”;
5) Cambiare il valore “OFF” in
“ON” utilizzando I tasti o
;
6) Premere il tasto fino a
che non si esce dal menu di
selezione;
7) Ripetere i punti da 3.a 5. per
ogni elettronica.
COLLEGAMENTO
TUBI ACQUA E
SCIROPPO
1) Prelevare, dal corredo del box
refill, i tubi da 3/8” (blu oppure
rosso e trasparente) e collegarli
sulla vasca trasparente dove in
precedenza sono stati montati
gli attacchi della John Guest
(vedi immagine seguente);
2) Collegare l’altra estremità dei
tubi direttamente sulla parte
superiore dell’Elmeco Brix
Pump (vedi immagine
seguente);

3) Se occorrenti si possono
utilizzare I raccordi a gomito
della JG forniti come corredo
(vedi immagine seguente).
Attenzione! Collegare seguendo
la corrispondenza tra il numero
riportato su adesivo dell’Elmeco
Brix Pump e la corrispondente
vasca del macchinario FC
Millennium (per il numero della
vasca vedere immagine all’inizio
del manuale).
Attenzione! Utilizzare il tubo blu
oppure rosso per la linea
dell’acqua e il tubo trasparente
per la linea dello sciroppo.
COLLEGAMENTO
LINEE ACQUA E
SCIROPPI
1) Collegare la linea di
alimentazione dell’acqua sul lato
posteriore dell’Elmeco Brix
Pump utilizzando il tubo da 3/8”
(blu oppure rosso).
Nota. Il sistema di alimentazione
d'acqua deve avere una pressione
compresa tra i 3,4bar e gli 8,6bar.
2) Prelevare, dal corredo del box
refill, il tubo di alimentazione
dello sciroppo (vedi immagine
seguente);
3) Collegare un lato del tubo sul
lato posteriore dell’Elmeco Brix
Pump e verificare che il tubo sia
ben collegato (vedi immagini
seguenti);
4) Collegare l’altro lato del tubo al
raccordo rapido del Bag In Box
(BIB) e bloccarlo con la fascetta
metallica in dotazione (vedi
immagine seguente).
Attenzione! Il raccordo rapido è
un componente non fornito dalla
Elmeco
PRIMO UTILIZZO
DELL’ELMECO BRIX
PUMP
Ripetere la procedura seguente in
ogni vasca.
1) Accertarsi che le elettroniche
del macchinario siano in Stand-
by; spegnere il box refill agendo
su interruttore generale;
2) Separare il raccordo rapido BIB
(Bag In Box) dal tubo, svitando
l’apposita fascetta metallica;
3) Immergere il tubo in un
recipiente contenente 15lt di
acqua bollente, 118cc di
detergente liquido e 60cc di
candeggina (soluzione di
ipoclorito di sodio; 5.25%). In
alternativa utilizzare liquido
sanitizzante;
4) Posizionare l’interruttore
generale del box refill su ON;
5) Passare l’elettronica da Stand-
by a “Slush” ed attendere fino a
che i 15lt siano esauriti.
Svuotare vasca quando occorre;
6) Posizionare nuovamente
l’elettronica in Stand-by;

7) Immergere il tubo in un
recipiente contenente 15lt (4
gallons) di sola acqua;
8) Riportare l’elettronica a
“SLUSH” ed attendere fino a
che i 15lt siano esauriti;
9) Posizionare nuovamente
l’elettronica in Stand-by;
10) Collegare il tubo con il raccordo
rapido utilizzando la fascetta
metallica;
11) Collegare il raccordo rapido allo
sciroppo BIB.
RIEMPIMENTO DELLE
VASCHE
1) Posizionare l’interruttore
generale del box refill su ON;.
2) Posizionare le elettroniche in
modalità “SLUSH” (eliche
ruotano)
Attenzione! Rimanere vicino alle
vasche durante il primo
riempimento per assicurarsi che
tutto funzioni correttamente. Se
una delle vasche non ferma il
riempimento del prodotto (anche
se sono coperti 25mm della
sonda di livello massimo)
spegnere il box refill e controllare
la connessione elettrica.
Contattare il proprio distributore
nel caso in cui il problema
persista.
CAMBIO DELLO
SCIROPPO BAGS IN
A BOX (BIB)
1) Posizionare l’elettronica in
Stand-by (eliche ferme);
2) Scollegare il raccordo rapido
BIB dal contenitore vuoto;
Attenzione! Non far entrare aria
nel tubo; diversamente potrebbe
cambiare il rapporto di diluizione
del prodotto.
3) Collegare il raccordo rapido BIB
al nuovo contenitore pieno;
4) Posizionare l’elettronica in
modalità “SLUSH” (eliche
ruotano).
PULIZIA PERIODICA
DELLA BRIX PUMP
Ripetere la procedura seguente in
ogni vasca.
NOTA. La frequenza della pulizia
dipende dalle condizioni
dell’acqua e dal tipo di sciroppo
utilizzato.
1) Posizionare l’elettronica in
Stand-by (eliche ferme);
2) Scollegare i due tubi dalla vasca
trasparente e posizionarli in un
contenitore di circa 60lt;
3) Ruotare la manopola di 180°
verso “NETTOYAGE /
SANITIZE”.
4) Posizionare l’elettronica in
modalità “SLUSH”. Quando il
contenitore è pieno posizionare
nuovamente l’elettronica in
Stand-by;
5) Riportare la manopola su
“SERVICE / DISPENSE”.
6) Posizionare l’elettronica in
modalità “SLUSH”;
7) Attendere fino a che l’acqua e lo
sciroppo escono dai rispettivi
tubi;
8) Posizionare l’elettronica in
Stand-by;
9) Collegare I due tubi alla vasca
trasparente.
Nota. La Brix pump non deve
essere posizionata in luogo dove
ci può essere rischio di
congelamento.

PROBLEMI E SOLUZIONI
La sonda di livello
non è coperta dal
prodotto e il sistema
di refill non ricarica
1) Elettronica impostata a “Motor ON” o “Stand-By”;
2) Cupola rimossa dalla vasca trasparente;
3) Verificare, nel menu di selezione, che la finestra “AUTOFILL” sia impostata su
ON.
La sonda di livello
copre il prodotto e il
sistema di refill
ricarica sempre
1) Il macchinario First Class è in posizione OFF e l’Elmeco Brix Pump è in
posizione ON;
2) Il modulo elettronico refill, all’interno del box refill, potrebbe essere rotto.
Chiamare
servizio
assistenza
Il display del modulo
elettronico del FC
Millennium
lampeggia e il
sistema di refill non
ricarica la vasca
Tenere premuto il tasto “MENU”, fino a che non si entra nel menu di selezione, . e
verificare se i messaggi di allarme attivi. Se presente il messaggio “ALARM
REFILL” controllare il contenitore dello sciroppo se vuoto o se la linea di
alimentazione idrica se presente. Per resettare il messaggio spegnere ed
accendere il macchinario.

4) Remove the top light (lid) from
each tank.
5) Cut out the holes sample sticker
located at the end of the
instructions manual and place it
on the edge of the tanks.
6) Use a pencil to make a mark in
the centre.
9) Bore 2 holes of 21/32” –
16,5mm on each tank
corresponding to the marks.
10) Install the grommets in the holes
of 21/32” – 16,5mm.
11) Take the elbow and pass it
through the grommet.
12) Take the transparent pipe (2” –
5cm) and introduce it at the end
of the elbow.
Note. The probe level inside the
tank will give the signal to refill
board located inside the Elmeco
Pump Brix in order to have
always the tank full.
13) If you always want 12 liters of
product cut the probe level (4” –
100mm from top of the tank).
4” – 100mm
Warning! Don’t cut the probe
level at a measure less because
that can cause the overfill of
product from the tank.
VERY IMPORTANT. Make sure
that the transparent tanks
assembled on First Class are as
picture below. If not ordering code
R0006106-001 “FC
TRANSPARENT TANK AUTOFILL”
and you will receive the tank already
installed with grommets and probes.

CONNECTION
BETWEEN FC
MILLENNIUM AD
ELMECO BRIX PUMP
1) Take the wiring (see picture).
2) Connect this wire between the
First Class Millennium and
Elmeco Pump Brix. (see
pictures below
SETUP MILLENNIUM
ELECTRONIC BOARD
1) Switch On the machine by main
switch;
2) Wait until will appear the main
window;
3) By holding the button
for one second you will enter the
selection menu.
Note: That unless you give any
further instruction to the
electronic board in more 10
seconds time, the display will
automatically go back to the
initial screen.
4) Push more times the
button until appear the windows
“REFILL”;
5) Change the value “OFF” in “ON”
by using the or buttons
Note: For machines with auto
refill set up ON. In this screen
you can activate or deactivate
the auto refill control signal.
6) Push the button until
will go out form selection menu;
7) Repeat the steps 3.to 5. for
each electronic board.
FEEDER PIPES
CONNECTION
1) Take the 3/8” pipes (blue or red
and transparent) and connect
with the elbows of each
transparent tank.
2) Take remaining pipes and
connect them between the
connections under the frame of
slush machine and the
connections on the top of pump
brix.

3) If need can be used the John
Guest equal elbow (see pictures
below).
Warning! Follow the number
corresponding with the sticker on
the top of pump brix and the tank
of slush machine (for number of
tank see the first picture of this
manual).
Warning! Connect the blue or red
pipe on the water exit and the
transparent pipe on the product
exit.
WATER –SYRUP
PIPES CONNECTION
1) Connect the water network to
the back of the pump brix with a
pipe of 3/8 OD (blue or red
pipe).
Note. The feeding system of water
must be higher than 50 psi and
lower than 125 psi.
2) Take the syrup tube (see
picture).
3) Connect one side of the tube
with the connection on the back
of pump brix and check if the
pipe are well linked.
4) Connect the other side of syrup
tube on the quick action
coupling of the Bag In Box (BIB)
with metal collar.
Warning! The quick action
coupling is a component that
Elmeco don’t sell.
SETTING OR START-
UP OF THE PUMP
Repeat the procedure below for
each tank.
1) Put the pump brix in the “OFF”
position, to make sure that the
electronic boards are OFF.
2) Withdraw the end nozzle of the
quick action coupling of the BIB
(Bag In Box) by unscrewing the
metal collar.
3) Place the pipe in 4 gallons
(15.14 liters) of hot water with 4
ounces (118 cc) of detergent
liquid and 2 ounces (60 cc) of
bleach (sodium hypochlorite
solution; 5.25%).
4) Put the main switch of the pump
brix on the “ON” position.
5) Push “ON” the electronic board
of the product corresponding
until the 4 gallons of hot solution
is exhausted. Empty the tank as
needed.
6) Push “OFF” the electronic
board.
7) Place the pipe in 4 gallons
(15.14 liters) of water.

8) Push “ON” the electronic board
again until the 4 gallons of water
is exhausted. Empty the tank as
needed.
9) Push “OFF” the electronic
board.
10) Connect the end nozzle to the
fast connector of BIB with the
metal collar.
11) Connect the fast connection to
the BIB.
FILLING OF THE
TANKS
1) Put the main switch of the pump
brix on the “ON” position.
2) Push “ON” on the electronic
boards of slush machine
(augers turning)
Warning! Stay close to the tank
during the first filling to ensure
that each system functions
correctly. If one of the tanks does
not cease filling (either: 1 inch
exceeded the maximum line)
extinguish the system, to check
electrical connection. Contact
your distributor if the problem
persists.
CHANGE OF THE
BAGS IN A BOX (BIB)
1) Put the augers switch
located on the electronic board
of product to be replaced in
“OFF” position (augers
stopped).
2) Disconnect the quick action
coupling from the empty BIB,
pull delicately on the central part
of the connector.
Warning! Do not insert air in the
tube, that could change the rate
of concentrate of your mixture.
3) Connect the quick action
coupling on a new full BIB.
4) Put the augers switch in
“ON” position (augers turning).
5) If you have bubbles of air in the
pipe of concentrate: to maintain
your mixture constant, you can
withdraw the water for the first
second. Using glass which you
will hold under the water exit in
the tank.
PERIODIC CLEANING
OF THE PUMP
Repeat the procedure below for
each tank.
NOTE. The frequency of cleaning
depends on the conditions of the
water and the types of
concentrates which you use.
1) Put the augers switch ,
located on the electronic board,
of product to be cleaning in
“OFF” position.
2) Disconnect and put the two
pipes of the cooling tank in a
container of approximately 60
liters.
3) Turn the roller for the cleaner of
the tank which you disconnected
to “NETTOYAGE / SANITIZE”.
4) Push “ON” the augers switch
of the product
corresponding. When the
container is full push “OFF” the
switch previous.
5) Turn the roller of cleaning to
“SERVICE / DISPENSE”.
6) Put the augers switch of
product corresponding to the
pipes chosen in “ON” position.
7) Make run concentrate and water
until the concentrate left one of
the pipes.
8) Put the auger switch of
product in “OFF” position.
9) Plug the pipes on the cooling
tank.
Note. The pump should not be
stored in a place where there is
risk of freezing.

PROBLEM SOLVING
The probe level is
uncovered from
product and the
system does not
refill
4) Augers switch in “OFF” position.
5) Top light removed from the tank.
6) Push the menu switch on electronic board until will appear the window
AUTOFILL;
7) The value will be OFF; push the up switch for change it to ON;
8) Repeat the procedure for each board.
The probe level is
covered from
product and the
system refill always.
3) The First Class machine is OFF and the Elmeco Pump Brix is ON.
4) Refill board inside the pump brix it could be broken.
Disconnect the
main switch
and power
electric cable
The display of FC
Millennium blinking
and the system does
not refill the tank
Push the menu key and check the message. If the message is “ALARM REFILL”
check the syrup container if is empty or the water line. For reset the message switch
off and switch on again the FC machine.
