INSTALLATION GUIDE
ØAUTO - In AUTO mode, Motor Start/Stop automatically as per overhead & underground tank
level.
ØMANUAL - In MANUAL mode, Motor Start/Stop by START & STOP button as shown in
FIGURE.
ØPress SET key to enter in programming mode when motor is stop.
ØDisplay “oL” for 2 second and then display overload value.
ØSet overload value by ▲ / ▼ key.
ØPress SET key. Display “dry” for 2 second and then display dryrun value.
ØPress SET key to exit from programming mode.
ØConnect OH, OL, C Probes in overhead tank.
ØConnect UH, UL, C Probes in underground tank.
ØConnect at least 0.5 mm 3 core wire from OH, OL, C and UH, UL, C terminal to appropriate
probes provided along with the unit.
ØConnect 415V 3-Phase AC supply to input terminal(R Y B).
ØConnect motor to output terminal(A B C).
ØTight all terminal connection to avoid any loose connections problem.
ØNow switch on the supply.
ØOH – Overhead Tank High Level
ØOL – Overhead Tank Low Level
ØUH – Underground Tank High Level

EASY-SET FUNCTION

ABBREVIATION
ØUser can set overload & dryrun value by EASY-SET function without enter in programming
mode.
ØFirst START the motor & then press SET key for 3 seconds.
ØDisplay message for 2 seconds & then display overload setting value which is 20% “SET”
more than motor running current.
ØOL – Overload current trip, Press RESET key to clear this fault.
ØDry – Dryrun current trip, Press RESET key to clear this fault.
ØHV – High voltage trip, this is auto reset fault.
ØLV – Low voltage trip, this is auto reset fault.
ØSPP – Reverse Phase, Phase failure, Voltage unbalance trip.
ØCSP – Current unbalance trip, Press RESET key to clear this fault.
