1. Prelevare l’apparecchio dall’imballaggio, assicurarsi della sua integrità e che siano compresi
tutti gli accessori in dotazione;
2. Accertarsi che i dati elettrici dell’apparecchio, riportati sulla targhetta dati corrispondano a
quelli della rete di alimentazione. Se l’apparecchio è sprovvisto di targhetta dati contattare il
rivenditore autorizzato;

1. Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio. In caso di dubbio non
utilizzare l’apparecchio e rivolgersi al centro di assistenza più vicino. Sacchetti in plastica,
polistirolo, ecc. non devono essere lasciati allaportata dei bambini in quanto potenziale fonte
di pericolo.
2. Prima di collegare l’apparecchio, accertarsi che i dati sullatarga siano corrispondenti alla rete
di alimentazione.
3. Collegare l’apparecchio solo a reti di alimentazione provviste di messa a terra.
4. Non toccare l’apparecchio con mani umide o bagnate.
5. Non lasciare l’apparecchio incustodito inutilmente alimentatoperché può diventare fonte di
pericolo.
6. Questo apparecchio è destinato solo ed esclusivamente all’uso per il quale è stato concepito
ed il costruttore nonpuò essere ritenuto responsabile per eventuali danni dovutiad un uso
improprio.
7. Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o manutenzione, assicurarsi di aver
scollegato l’apparecchiatura dalla rete togliendo la spina di alimentazione. Non
lavarel’apparecchiatura con getti di acqua, non immergere in acqua.
8. In caso di guasto o malfunzionamento, spegnere l’apparecchio,staccare la spina e chiamare il
centro assistenza.
9. Ogni riparazione deve essere eseguita esclusivamente da un centro assistenza autorizzato dal
costruttore. Esigeresempre l’impiego di ricambi originali.
10. L’installazione deve essere effettuata secondo le istruzioni del costruttore (spazi per
aerazione, temperatura ambienteetc.).
11. E’ importante fare sostituire il cavo di alimentazione appenapresenta danneggiamenti anche
lievi.
12. Ultimato il lavoro spegnere gli interruttori e staccare laspina dalla presa.
13. Non rimuovere i dispositivi e le protezioni di sicurezza.
14. Non intervenire sull’apparecchio durante il funzionamento,prima disalimentare la macchina.

Il sistema è stato progettato per uso professionale, grazie alle sue elevate
prestazioni è adatto per
alberghi, ristoranti, macellerie ecc. e in tutti gli ambienti in cui è richiesta la massima igiene
(normative di autocontrollo HACCP).
Questa macchina, inoltre, tramite la produzione di ozono è indicata per:
Sterilizzazione per uso alimentare
Depurazione dell’aria attraverso gli impianti di condiziamento

Eliminazione di batteri, spore, virus, microrganismi nascosti in filtri e condotti
Rimozione di muffe, odori sgradevoli in auto derivanti


Servizio di igienizzazione veicoli per autolavaggi, autorimesse, meccanici e carrozzerie.

Cancellazione di odori e sanificazione di interni d'auto usate e d'epoca.

2. Inserire la spina di alimentazione;
3. Collegare la spina della macchina alla presa di rete. ASSICURARSI PRIMA CHE L’IMPIANTO SIA
DOTATO DI MESSA A TERRA.
4. Premere l’interrutore ON/OFFa due posizioni su ON per attivare la fuoriuscita di ozono dalla
parte frontale della macchina.
5. Se la macchina è dotata di timer seguire le istruzioni specifiche allegate.
Il Ministero della Salute consiglia un valore di concentrazione di ozono pari ad almeno 4.1 ppm per sanificazione
6. Al termine delle operazioni per i macchinari non dotati di timer portare l’interruttore ON/OFF
su OFF per interrompere l’erogazione di ozono.
Per la sterilizzazione dell’abitacolo di un autoveicolo si consiglia di inserire il box di erogazione
dell’ozono al’interno dell’auto, con il finestrino tenuto socchiuso per permettere il passaggio del
cavo di alimentazione. Durante la sanificazione dell’auto si consiglia di attivare il sistema dell’aria
condizionata con sistema ricircolo interno per sterilizzare anche le condotte interne del sistema di
aerazione e i filtri.

L’erogazione dell’ozono è immediata all’accensione

MESSA FUORI SERVIZIO
Se il prodotto deve essere conservato per lungo periodo di tempo, riporlo al riparo da agenti
atmosferici, possibilmente al coperto.
Controllare periodicamente lo stato di conservazione dell’imballo.
Prima di essere riutilizzato, pulire adeguatamente la ozonO3 e procedere ad un accurata ispezione
visiva sullo stato di conservazione della stessa.

Gli usi non consentiti possono condurre al pericolo
di folgorazione, esplosione o morte
1. Non lasciare incustodito l’apparecchio funzionante.
2. Non lasciare alla portata di bambini, animali, o persone non coscienti delle proprie azioni.
3. Non poggiare o approssimare il terminale di aspirazione a parti delicate del corpo umano
(occhi, orecchie, bocca, ecc.)
4. Non toccare la spina e/o presa con le mani bagnate
5. Non immergere e non sottoporre a spruzzi l’apparecchio con sostanze liquide
6. Non porre in trazione o sollevare l’apparecchio per mezzo del cavo elettrico.
7. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in ogni situazione di incertezza o anomalie in genere, sia pur non
citate nel presente manuale.

SMALTIMENTO DI APPARATI ELETTRICI ED ELETTRONICI E DEI LORO
COMPONENTI
1. PER I PAESI DELL'UNIONE EUROPEA (EU)
Lo smaltimento di apparati elettrici ed elettronici come rifiuti solidi
urbani è tassativamente proibito: deve essere raccolto separatamente.
Lo scarico di questi apparati in luoghi non attrezzati e non autorizzati
potrebbe produrre effetti negativi sia sulla salute che sull'ambiente. I
trasgressori saranno sanzionati a rigor di Legge.
PER UN CORRETTO SMALTIMENTO DEI RIFIUTI:
a. Contattare le Autorità Locali che vi forniranno con le informazioni pertinenti di cui avete bisogno
e le istruzioni su come disporre dei rifiuti correttamente, per esempio: luoghi ed orari dei centri di
smaltimento autorizzati, ecc.
b. Quando compri un apparato dei nostri, consegna un apparato simile a quello che stai
comprando dal nostro rivenditore per un corretto smaltimento. La pattumiera con una croce
indicata sull'apparato acquistato indica che:
quando è giunto il momento di disfarsi dell'apparato, bisogna portarlo presso un centro
autorizzato per lo smaltimento e tenerlo separato dai rifiuti urbani.
Il fabbricante garantisce l'attivazione delle procedure di trattamento, raccolta, riciclaggio e
smaltimento in conformità con la Direttiva 2011/65/CE (ed emendamenti susseguenti).
2. PER I PAESI EXTRA CEE (FUORI DALL'UNIONE EUROPEA)
Il trattamento, raccolta, riciclaggio e smaltimento di apparati elettrici ed elettronici verrà
effettuato in conformità con le Leggi in vigore dei Paesi in questione.

instructions and preventive maintenance and corrective of ozone generator for commercial use

1. After removing the packaging, make sure the product is intact. If in doubt do not use the
appliance and contact your nearest service. Plastic bags, polystyrene, etc.must not be left
within reach of children as they are potentially dangerous.
2. Before connecting the appliance make sure that the rating plate correspond to the mains.
3. Connect the appliance to power nets which are grounded.
4. Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
5. Do not leave the appliance plugged in as it can be a safety hazard.
6. This appliance is intended solely and exclusively for the purpose for which it was designed and
the manufacturer can not be held responsible for any damage due to improper use.
7. Before doing any cleaning or maintenance, be sure to unplug the device from mains by
removing the power plug. Do not wash the equipment with water jets, do not immerse in
water.
8. In case of breakdown or malfunction switch off the appliance, pull the plug and call the
service center.
9. All service must be performed by an authorized service center by the manufacturer. Always
insist on the use of original spare parts.
10. Installation should be done according to the manufacturer's instructions (for ventilation
spaces, ambient temperature etc.).

4. Press the ON/OFF switch at two positions on ON to activate ozone blowing from the front of
the machine.
5. If the generator is equipped with a timer please follow the provided instruction
6. At the end of the operations press the ON/OFF switch OFF to interrupt ozone delivery.
For the sterilization of the passenger compartment of a vehicle, it is advisable to insert the
ozone supply box inside the car, leave a small space on the window for the power cable.
During the sanitization of the car it is advisable to activate the air conditioning system with an
internal recirculation system to sterilize also the internal ducts of the ventilation system and
the filters

DECOMMISSIONING
If the product must be stored for a long period of time, store it sheltered from the weather, then
possibly covered.
Periodically check the state of preservation of and OZONO3.
Before being reused, properly clean the OZONO3 and carry out a thorough visual inspection of the
state of conservation of the same.

AND DISPOSAL OF ELECTRIC AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND THEIR
COMPONENTS INFORMATION
1. FOR COUNTRIES IN THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
The disposal of electrical and electronic devices as solid urban waste is
strictly prohibited: it must be collected separately. The dumping of these
devices in places not equipped and unauthorized could have negative
effects on both health and environment. Violators will be punished
strictly by law.
FOR PROPER WASTE DISPOSAL:
to. Contact the Local Authorities, who will provide you with the relevant information you need and
instructions on how to dispose of waste correctly, for example: location and times of disposal
facilities authorized, etc.
b. When you buy a tract of our, delivery apparatus similar to what you're buying from our dealer
