• Neverletthepowercablecomeintocontactwithother
cables.Handlethepowercableandallmainsvoltage
connectionswithparticularcaution!

• Donotconnectthisequipmenttoadimmerpack.
• Donotswitchtheequipmentonandoffinshortintervals,
asthiswillreducethesystem’slife.

• Alwaysdisconnectthepowerfromthemainswhen
equipmentisnotinuseorbeforecleaning!Onlyhandle
thepower-cablebytheplug.Neverpullouttheplugby
pullingthepower-cable.
• Makesurethattheavailablemainssupplyvoltageis
240VAC,50Hz.
• Makesurethatthepowercableisnevercrimpedor
damaged.Checktheequipmentandthepowercable
periodically.
• Iftheequipmentisdroppedordamaged,disconnectthe
mainspowersupplyimmediatelyandhaveaqualied
engineerinspecttheequipmentbeforeoperatingagain.
• Iftheequipmenthasbeenexposedtodrastic
temperatureuctuation(e.g.aftertransportation),
donotconnectpowerorswitchitonimmediately.
Thearisingcondensationmightdamagetheequipment.
Leavetheequipmentswitchedoffuntilithasreached
roomtemperature.
• Ifyourproductfailstofunctioncorrectly,stopuse
immediately.Packtheunitsecurely(preferablyinthe
originalpackingmaterial),andreturnittoyourProLight
dealerforservice.
• Onlyusefusesandlampsofthesametypeandrating.
• ThisdevicefallsunderprotectionclassI.Thepowerplug
mustonlybepluggedintoaprotectionclassIoutlet.The
voltageandfrequencymustbeexactlythesameasstated
onthexture.Incorrectvoltagesorpoweroutletscanlead
tothedestructionofthextureandtoelectricshocks.
• Duringtheinitialstart-upsomesmokeorsmellmayarise.
Thisisanormalprocessanddoesnotnecessarilymean
thatthextureisdefective.
• CAUTION!Duringtheoperation,thehousing/lamps
becomeextremelyhot.
• Thisdeviceisdesignedforprofessionaluseonly
e.g.onstages,indiscothequesandtheatresetc.
• Themaximumdutycycleis1minute(fullon).Afterwards,
switchthedeviceoffandletitcooldownfor3minutes.
• Thexturemustneverbeoperatedorstockpiledin
surroundingswheresplashwater,rain,moistureorfog
mayharmthedevice.Moistureorveryhighhumidity
canreducetheinsulationandleadtoelectricshocks.
Whenusingsmokemachines,makesurethextureis
neverexposedtothedirectsmokejetandisinstalledin
adistanceof0.5mbetweenthesmokemachineandthe
xture.Theroommustonlybesaturatedwithanamount
ofsmokewherethevisibilityisstillgreaterthan10m.
• Neverusethisxtureduringthunderstorms.Overvoltage
coulddestroythexture.Alwaysdisconnectthedevice
duringthunderstorms.
• Thesymbol determinestheminimum
distancefromlitobjects.Theminimumdistance
betweenlightxtureandtheilluminatedsurface
mustbemorethan2m.
