1.0 Warranty conditions
The five-year Eminent warranty applies for all Eminent products unless mentioned
otherwise before or during the moment of purchase. When having bought a second-
hand Eminent product the remaining period of warranty is measured from the moment
of purchase by the product’s first owner. The Eminent warranty applies to all Eminent
products and parts indissolubly connected to and/or mounted on the main product.
Power supply adapters, batteries, antennas and all other products not integrated in or
directly connected to the main product and/or products of which, without reasonable
doubt, can be assumed that wear and tear show a different pattern than the main
product are not covered by the Eminent warranty. Products are not covered by the
Eminent warranty when exposed to incorrect/improper use, external influences and/or
when opened by parties other than Eminent.

has undergone extensive testing by Eminent’s technical experts. Should you
experience any problems with this product, you are covered by a five-year Eminent

2.1 Function and features
The Eminent USB Audio Blaster provides your computer with speakers and
microphone connections. The microphone mute button allows you to temporarily mute
sound.
2.2 Packing contents
The following items are present in the package:
•USB Audio Blaster.
•Extension cable.
•CD-rom with drivers and manuals.
•Manual.
3.0 USB Audio Blaster connectors
Your USB Audio Blaster has 2 connectors on the front side.
1. Headset: This is where you connect your headset or amplified speakers
2. Microphone: This is where you connect your microphone
4.0 Installation procedure
If you have Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 you don’t have to install
drivers on your computer to use the USB Audio Blaster. These versions of Windows
have built-in drivers for this product. Installation will occur automatically.
Hint! If your USB Audio Blaster does not fit into the USB port of your computer, you
can use the enclosed extension cable.
Attention! When you install on Windows XP, a ‘Windows logo test’ warning may
appear. Click ‘Continue anyway’ to continue the USB Audio Blaster installation.
4.1 Software installation
1. Insert he supplied CD-rom in your computer’s CD-rom player or DVD player.
2. The wizard will start automatically.
3. Select your language.
4. Click ‘Next’.
5. Select ‘Install Software’.
6. Click ‘Next’.
7. Follow the installation steps as displayed on your screen to finish the installation.

5.0 Volume and balance controls
1. Double click the new icon (the volume controller at the lower-right corner, next to
the clock).
2. The volume control window will appear.
In the volume control window you can adjust several sound settings:
•The balance can be adjusted by dragging the balance bar from left to right.
•The volume can be adjusted by dragging the volume bar up or down.
•To mute the sound you can check ‘Mute’.
•By clicking ‘Options’ and then ‘Properties’ you can select which devices will be
shown in the ‘Volume settings’ window.
6.0 Frequently asked questions
Q: Windows does not recognize the USB Audio Blaster.
A: If you have rebooted your computer and the USB Audio Blaster is not
recognized, there may be a conflict or the USB port is not working. Connect the
USB Audio Blaster to another USB port.
Q: I do not hear any sound, although the USB Audio Blaster is installed correctly.
A: Check whether your headset or speakers are turned on and whether you have
connected your earphones or speakers correctly. Do you still don’t hear any
sound when playing an audio file? Then check the volume controls (chapter 5).
Probably the sound is muted.
