GUARANTEE
This instrument carries a two-year guarantee
against defects in either components or
workmanship. During this period, products that
prove to be defective will, at the discretion of ETI,
be either repaired or replaced without charge.
This guarantee does not apply to probes, where a
six-month period is offered. The product guarantee
does not cover damage caused by fair wear and
tear, abnormal storage conditions, incorrect use,
accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication
or modification. Full details of liability are available
within ETI’s Terms & Conditions of Sale at
etiltd.com/terms. In line with our policy of continuous
development, we reserve the right to amend our
product specification without prior notice.

Install ThermaData Studio which can be
downloaded free from etiltd.com/tdstudio.

Please note: ThermaData 4 Channel Logger is only
compatible WITH ThermaData studio version 6.0.0
and above.
SETTING UP THE LOGGER
• Connect the Instrument to the PC using
a USB C lead.
• Select the ‘ThermaData®’ tab from the
top menu bar.
• Select ‘Instrument settings’ option.
• Select the correct serial number from
the drop down list.
• Set instrument name
• Select the High/Low Alarm Limits for
each sensor, and set each input name.
• Turn off any inputs that are not required
by unticking the appropriate input.
• Select a reading interval rate.
• Choose Instrument Behaviour.
- Untick to disable multiple logs
- Untick to mute audible Alarm
• Select a Start method and fill in the options
associated with it.
• Select a Stop method and fill in the options
associated with it.
• Please note: Start and Stop methods are
only available when the instrument is not in
multiple log mode.
• Click the ‘Send Settings’ button and a
confirmation window will appear.
• If a manual START method was chosen, either
press ‘Start’ within the Instrument Settings
window or press the START button on the
instrument. If START AT TIME was chosen then
the instruments display will show the time it will
automatically start at.
• With the instrument connected via USB,
the status found in the bottom left of the
settings window will display the current
amount of logs and readings as well as the
current condition of the instrument.
BATTERY CHANGE
This instrument is fitted with 3 x AAA Alkaline
1.5V non-rechargeable batteries. Failure to use
the same type of battery could result in errors
with the instrument.
READING THE LOGGER
• Connect the Instrument to the PC using the
USB C lead.
• Open ThermaData Studio.
• Select the ‘Home’ tab from the top menu bar.
• Select the ‘Download’ option.
• Select the correct serial number from the
drop down list.
• A download bar will load across the screen.
• Chose a save file location, rename the file
(if required) and Select Save.
• A graph and Data Summary will appear
within ThermaData Studio.
• To view individual readings, select the ‘Data’
option found in the ‘Home’ tab.

please go to ThermaData Studio and select the
‘Help’ icon in the top right corner.
BUTTON FUNCTIONALITY
START STOP
• Single Press when LCD
display “PrE5 to Strt”
• With multiple log enabled,
press for 5 seconds to stop a log.
DISPLAY LOCK
• Single Press to switch
LCD display from sensor
1 & 2 to sensor 3 & 4
• Press for 5 seconds to
lock current display.
MUTE
• Single Press to silence
audible alarm.
