INTRODUZIONE Istruzioni d’uso originali
Gentile Cliente, la ringraziamo per la ducia accordata al nostro prodotto, le auguriamo un piacevole e
sicuro utilizzo di questa macchina. Questo libretto contiene tutte le informazioni per un uso corretto e
senza problemi, perciò si consiglia di leggere attentamente le NORME DI SICUREZZA e le ISTRUZIONI
D’USO qui di seguito riportate, per avere un funzionamento senza inconvenienti e una durata sicura,
della macchina, nel tempo. Per garantire questo, è necessario utilizzare esclusivamente ricambi
originali. L’utilizzatore perde ogni diritto di garanzia qualora vengano utilizzati ricambi non originali.
Con riserva di variazioni tecnico-costruttive.
CONDIZIONI DI UTILIZZAZIONE – LIMITI D’USO
L’ECO SPRAYER è progettata e costruita per operazioni di irrorazione; per l’utilizzo della macchina
è prevista la presenza di un solo operatore, che ha la responsabilità di tenere a distanza di sicurezza
(maggiore di 10 metri) ogni possibile persona esposta. Ogni utilizzo diverso da quello sopra descritto
(ad esempio verniciare) è illegale e comporta il decadimento della garanzia e possibili pericoli per
l’operatore e le persone esposte.
NORME DI SICUREZZA
Prima di utilizzare questo accessorio è necessario leggere le presenti istruzioni ed integrarle con
quanto previsto dal manuale della macchina. Inoltre seguire scrupolosamente le avvertenze contenute
nell’allegato libretto della pompa.
AVVERTENZE D’USO
ATTENZIONE: La mancata osservanza di queste istruzioni sulla sicurezza potrebbe essere
causa di incendio, scosse elettriche o altri danni e lesioni alla macchina o ad altre proprietà.
Leggere tutte le istruzioni relative alla sicurezza prima di utilizzare l’ECO SPRAYER.
1. L’ uso della macchina è vietato ai minori di 16 anni e alle persone che hanno assunto alcol,
medicine o droghe.
2. La macchina è stata progettata per essere utilizzata da un solo operatore. L’utilizzatore
dell’apparecchio è responsabile di danni arrecati ad altre persone ed alle loro proprietà;
controllare che altre persone, soprattutto i bambini stiano lontani dalla zona di lavoro.
3. Avviare la pompa rimanendo dietro il timone di guida.
4. Durante il trasporto della macchina e tutte le operazioni di manutenzione, pulitura, cambio
degli attrezzi, staccare i connettori della batteria (Fig. A, Part. 1).
5. Allontanarsi dalla macchina solo dopo averla spenta. Non lasciare la macchina incustodita.
6. Non lavare con acqua corrente le parti elettriche della macchina (circuito elettrico e batterie).
E’ elevato il rischio di cortocircuito e danneggiamento dell’impianto elettrico.
7. Non sabotare né manomettere o usare in modo improprio il circuito elettrico e le batterie.
8. Non usare la macchina su pendenze superiori al 10%.
9. Non utilizzare la pompa per impieghi diversi da quelli previsti (es. con solventi, carburanti,
inammabili ecc.)
10. Prima di iniziare il lavoro con l’ECO SPRAYER procedere ad un controllo visivo del
serraggio di tutti i componenti e dell’integrità della macchina, quindi vericare che tutti i sistemi
antinfortunistici, di cui essa è dotata, siano perfettamente funzionanti. E’ severamente vietato
escluderli o manometterli.
11. La pompa è dimensionata per funzionare ad una pressione max di 4,1bar. Un dispositivo
di sicurezza la disattiva automaticamente se supera questo valore. Al calare della pressione
riprende a funzionare automaticamente.
12. Spegnere sempre la pompa subito dopo ogni utilizzo/pausa anche se è in stand-by, per
ottimizzare la durata delle batterie.
13. Al termine dell’irrorazione è opportuno lavare l’impianto inserendo acqua pulita nel serbatoio
e svuotandolo, mettendo in funzione la pompa con i rubinetti aperti. (Fig. B) Per pulire il ltro (2)
svitare il coperchio trasparente (3) e risciacquare accuratamente.
14. Non scaricare MAI i residui di prodotto nell’ambiente, possono essere fonte di inquinamento.

Raccoglieteli in un contenitore e smaltiteli secondo la normativa in vigore o seguendo le
istruzioni del produttore.
15. Ogni utilizzo improprio, le riparazioni effettuate da personale non specializzato o l’impiego di
ricambi non originali, comportano il decadimento della garanzia e il declino di ogni responsabilità
della ditta costruttrice.
PRIMA RICARICA BATTERIE:
ATTENZIONE: (Fig. C) per effettuare la ricarica NON è necessario estrarre le batterie dai contenitori (4).
(Fig. D) Connettere il terminale (5) del cavo batteria al terminale (6) del carica batteria e successivamente
il caricabatteria alla presa di corrente elettrica 230V. Lasciare in carica no allo spegnimento del LED
presente sul carica batteria. Il LED spento sta ad indicare che le batterie sono completamente caricate.
Il ciclo di ricarica può durare anche 10 ore.
ATTENZIONE: è possibile lasciare collegato il caricabatteria tampone anche dopo l’avvenuto
spegnimento della luce LED a ne ricarica. Il caricabatteria automaticamente si spegnerà e accenderà
in modo tale da mantenere un livello di carica ottimale e costante nelle batterie. Per poter utilizzare la
macchina scollegare il caricabatteria dalla presa di corrente 230V. Disconnettere il connettore (5) del
cavo dal connettore (6) del carica batteria esercitando (Fig. E) una spinta dal basso verso l’alto con il
pollice sulla linguetta di bloccaggio.
MONTAGGIO:
L’ECO SPRAYER viene consegnato a destinazione, salvo accordi diversi, parzialmente smontato e
sistemato nel suo imballo. Per rendere la macchina funzionante bisogna completare il montaggio delle
parti smontate, osservando la seguente procedura: togliere i componenti dall’imballo.
(Fig. F-G) Togliere il dado e la rondella dal supporto ruota (7), slarlo e reinserirlo dal basso, nelle
bronzine (8) del telaio. Inlare la rondella (9) e stringere il dado (10) con chiave 24, senza bloccare la
rotazione del supporto. Eseguire la stessa procedura anche per l’altra ruota.
(Fig. H) Fissare il supporto tubo (15) alla piastra (16) con n°4 viti (17) e n°4 dadi (18).
(Fig. I) Agganciare la lancia (19) al tubo in gomma (20) avvolto al supporto.
MONTAGGIO CAVI ELETTRICI POMPA:
(Fig. K) Inlare dal basso il cavo elettrico pompa (21) nel tubo (22) no a farlo uscire dal foro per
interruttore (Fig. L - part. 23). Collegare i due faston del cavo (24) alle linguette dell’interruttore (25).
(Fig. M) Inserire l’interruttore nella sede (23) sul tubo no a bloccarlo. (Fig. A - Part. 1) Collegare il
connettore maschio del cavo pompa al connettore femmina del cavo batterie. Vericare il corretto
collegamento dei cavi “accendendo” la pompa con l’interruttore in pos. “1”: si deve sentire il “ronzìo”
della pompa. Spegnere riportando l’interruttore in pos. ”0”.
ATTENZIONE: per un corretto mantenimento delle batterie non prolungare il funzionamento
della pompa con le batterie scariche.
ASSEMBLAGGIO ACCESSORIO SULLA MACCHINA:
(Fig. N-O) Con la macchina a motore spento ed in posizione orizzontale, innestare il perno (26) nella
sede dell’attacco rapido (27). Quindi inserire il distanziale (28) e bloccare il perno con la spilla di
sicurezza (29).
IRRORAZIONE:
Introdurre il liquido nel serbatoio e prima di mettere in funzione la pompa, scegliere il tipo di applicazione
più idonea:
A. Con ugello anteriore : per distribuire liquido scioglineve o diserbante sul terreno.
B. Con lancia : per innafare od irrorare in zone difcili da raggiungere, oppure per eseguire trattamenti
biologici o tosanitari a piante, frutteti, siepi, uliveti ecc.
Se si sceglie “A” regolare l’inclinazione del portagetto snodato (Fig. P - Part. 30); ruotandolo verso
il basso per ottenere uno spruzzo più stretto e concentrato o ruotandolo in avanti per ottenere uno
spruzzo più ampio e meno concentrato.
Scegliere l’ugello più idoneo: verde = 0.6 l/min, viola = 1 l/min.

Aprire il rubinetto (Fig. Q - Part. 31) e premere l’interruttore (Fig. R - part. 32) in pos. “1” per accendere
la pompa. Portarsi sulla zona da trattare per sciogliere il ghiaccio o diserbare. Premere l’interruttore (32)
in pos. “0” per spegnere la pompa. Chiudere il rubinetto (31).
(Fig. R-S) Se si sceglie “B” svolgere il tubo in gomma (33) per la lunghezza necessaria (max. 10mt),
premere l’interruttore (32) in pos. “1” per accendere la pompa. A questo punto è possibile cominciare
ad irrorare, impugnando la lancia (34) e premendone la leva (35); una leggera pressione provocherà
l’emissione di liquido allo stato nebulizzato, mentre premendo a fondo si otterrà un getto più potente.
Innafare l’orto, arbusti, ori ecc. solo con acqua pulita. Utilizzare liquido scioglineve per sciogliere il
ghiaccio su scale, terrazzi ecc; oppure tosanitari per irrorare alberi, siepi, arbusti ecc; o diserbanti
per trattare terreni difcili da raggiungere ecc. Al termine del lavoro rilasciare la leva (35), spegnere la
pompa, riavvolgere il tubo in gomma e riporre la lancia. Pulire sempre come descritto al punto 13 delle
“AVVERTENZE D’USO”.
IMPORTANTE: Nel caso si decida di cambiare la tipologia di prodotto da irrorare è assolutamente
necessario provvedere ad una scrupolosa e completa pulizia del serbatoio e dell’impianto di irrorazione.
Riteniamo comunque sconsigliabile innafare od utilizzare prodotti per la cura delle piante, dopo
l’utilizzo di liquidi diserbanti. In quanto anche in presenza di una accurata pulizia, le molecole del
prodotto potrebbero rimanere all’interno dell’impianto di irrorazione.
DATI IDENTIFICAZIONE PRODOTTO IN USO:
Sulla macchina è previsto un porta etichetta con relativa etichetta, dove l’utilizzatore ha l’obbligo di
indicare il nome del prodotto in uso; tale porta etichette (Fig. T - Part. 36) è sulla tanica lavamani (37).
SISTEMA LAVAMANI: La macchina è dotata di un serbatoio autonomo (37) della capacità di 10 Litri, che
serve per risciacquare mani od altre parti del corpo che accidentalmente siano venute a contatto con il
prodotto in uso. Per poter far uscire l’acqua dal serbatoio è necessario ruotare in senso orario di 180° la
leva (Fig. U - Part. 38) posta sul rubinetto (39). Per far cessare l’uscita dell’acqua è necessario effettuare
l’operazione appena descritta al contrario.
IMPORTANTE: NEL SERBATOIO (37) E’ CONSENTITO INTRODURRE SOLAMENTE ACQUA.
MANUTENZIONE E RIMESSAGGIO DELLE BATTERIE:
Proteggere i contatti dalla sporcizia e da ristagni di umidità.
Per mantenere le batterie in buone condizioni occorre ricaricarle, come descritto in precedenza, almeno
una volta ogni 4 mesi. Le batterie invecchiano anche durante il rimessaggio. Proteggere le batterie da
surriscaldamento e amme : pericolo di esplosione.
ATTENZIONE: NON SPRUZZARE CON ACQUA LE BATTERIE!
Durante il rimessaggio disconnettere la batteria dalla pompa, separando i connettori (Fig. A - Part. 1)
dei rispettivi cavi. Dal momento che l’autoscarica cresce con la temperatura, si consiglia di effettuare il
rimessaggio della batteria ad una temperatura compresa tra +10°C e + 30°C.
Prima di effettuare il rimessaggio della batteria separarla da ogni circuito elettrico e porla preferibilmente
in un luogo fresco e asciutto.
AVVERTENZE SMALTIMENTO:
Apparecchi, accessori ed imballaggio dovrebbero essere inviati ad una riutilizzazione ecologica. Le
batterie esaurite devono essere riciclate secondo la direttiva 91/157/CEE. Non gettare la batteria
consumata tra i riuti domestici, nel fuoco o nell’acqua. Non aprire la batteria e restituirla usando le
apposite strutture di raccolta. Non smaltire insieme ai riuti solidi urbani, ma raccogliere separatamente.
Le sostanze ed i componenti elettrici contenuti nel presente apparecchio, se abbandonati od utilizzati
in modo improprio, potrebbero rivelarsi dannose per l’ambiente. Il simbolo del “bidone della spazzatura
su ruote barrato e con una barra nera rafgurata sotto il bidone”, indica che il presente apparecchio è
stato immesso in commercio dopo il 13/08/05 ed è soggetto a raccolta differenziata. Ogni abuso verrà
perseguito a norma di legge.

Introduction
Dear Customer:
Thank you for your condence in purchasing our products. We wish you to enjoy using our machines.
The following working instructions have been issued to ensure you a reliable running from the beginning.
If you carefully follow such information the machine will operate with complete satisfaction have a long
service life.
Our machines are tested under the most severe conditions before being put into production and are
subjected to strict continuous tests during manufacturing stages.
The present unit has been tested in the country of origin by independent testing authorities in accordance
with strict work norms and safety standards.
When required, only original spare parts must be used to maintain guaranteed function and safety
levels.
The operator forfeits any claims which may arise, if the machine shows to be tted with components
other than original spare parts. Subject to changes in design and construction without notice.
For any questions or further information and spare part orders, we need to be informed of the unit serial
number printed on the right side of the machine (Fig. A).
TERMS OF USE - LIMITS OF USE ECO SPRAYER is designed and built for spraying
operations; for the use of the machine it is requested the presence of a single operator, who has the
responsibility of keeping at a safe distance (greater than 10 meters) any each person exposed. Any use
other than that described above (expl, to paint) is illegal and will involve the decay of the warranty and
possible dangers to the operator and to the exposed persons.
SAFETY Before using the present attachment, it is mandatory to read the present instructions
and integrate them with the provisions of the manual of the machine. In addition carefully follow the
instructions in Annex booklet of the pump.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE :
Attention !: Failure to follow these safety instructions could result in re, electric shocks, or other
injury or damage to the machine or to other property. Read all safety instructions before using
the ECO SPRAYER.
1. The use of the machine is prohibited to anyone under the age of 16 and people who have
assumed alcohol, medicines or drugs.
2. The machine is designed to be used by a single operator. The user of the device is responsible
for damage caused to other people and their property; make sure that other people, especially
children stay away from the work area.
3. Switch the pump on stayng behind the steering handlebar.
4. During the transportation of the machine and all the maintenance, cleaning, change of tools,
disconnect the battery connectors (Fig. A, Part. 1).
5. Stay away from the machine after turning it off. Do not leave the machine unattended.
6 Do not wash the electrical parts under running water of the machine (the electric circuit and
batteries). The risk of short circuit and damage the electrical system is high.
7. Do not sabotage or interfere with or improperly use the electrical circuit and the batteries.
8. Do not operate machine on slopes greater than 10%.
9. Do not use the pump for purposes other than those provided (expl : solvents, fuels, ammable,
etc.).
10. Before you start working with the ECO SPRAYER carry out a visual check of the tightening
of all the components and the integrity of the machine and check that all safety systems, of
which it is tted, are properly working. It is strictly prohibited to exclude them or tamper with
them.
11. The pump has the capacity to operate at a maximum pressure of 4,1 bar. A safety device
switches off automatically if it exceeds this value. At the drop of the pressure it re-starts to work
automatically.

12. Always turn off the pump immediately after each use / pause even though it is in stand-by
mode to optimize battery life.
13. At the end of spraying is necessary to ush the system by inserting clean water in the tank
and emptied by operating the pump with the taps open. (Fig. B) To clean the lter (2) unscrew
the transparent cover (3) and rinse it thoroughly.
14. NEVER discharge any product residues into the environment cas it can be a source of
pollution. Collect them in a box and dispose them in accordance with the legislation in force or
by following the manufacturer’s instructions.
15. Any improper use, repairs carried out by unskilled/unspecialized personnel or the use of
non-original parts, leads to the decay of the warranty and decline all responsibilities from the
Manufacturer.
FIRST BATTERIES RE-CHARGE
ATTENTION : (Fig. C) in order to make the recharge it is NOT necessary to take the batteries out from
the containers (4). (Fig. D) Connect terminal (5) of the battery cable (6) to the terminal of the battery
charger and then connect the battery charger to the electric power 230 V socket. Leave it on charge until
the LED present on the battery switch off. The switched off LED is showing the batteries are completely
charged. The recharge cycle can last up to 10 hours.
Attention : it is possible to leave the battery charger pad connected even after the LED light switch off
at the end of the recharge. The battery charger will automatically switch off and switch on in order to
maintain the best and more constant batteries charging level. In order to use the machine disconnect
the battery charger out from the power outlet 230V. Disconnect the connector (5) of the cable from the
connector (6) of the battery charger by exerting a push (Fig. E) from the bottom upwards with the thumb
on the locking tab.
MOUNTING: The ECO SPRAYER is delivered to destination, unless otherwise agreed, partially
disassembled and placed into its packaging. To make the machine operating, user should complete the
assembly of the disassembled parts, with the following procedure: remove the components from the
packaging.
Fig. F-G) Remove the nut and washer from the support wheel (7), slide it and reinsert it from below, in
bushings (8) of the frame. Insert the washer (9) and tighten the nut (10) with the key 24, without blocking
rotation of the support. Perform the same procedure for the other wheel.
(Fig. H) Tighten the support tube (15) to the plate (16) with 4 screws (17) and No. 4 nuts (18).
(Fig. I) Attach the nozzle (19) to the rubber tube (20) wound around the support.
ELECTRICAL CABLES ASSEMBLY FOR PUMP:
(Fig. K) Insert the power cord from the bottom pump (21) into the tube (22) until it comes out of the hole
to switch (Fig. L - part. 23). Connect the two Faston cables (24) to switch tabs (25).
(Fig. M) Place the switch into the seat (23) on the tube until it locks. (Fig. A - Part. 1) Connect the male
connector of the pump cable to the female connector of the batteries cable.
Check the correct connecting the cables , “turning on” the pump with the switch in position. “1”: you
should feel the “buzz” of the pump. Turn off bringing the switch to pos. “0”.
Attention ! For a correct use of the batteries do not extend the pump working when the batteries
are discharged.
ASSEMBLY ATTACHMENT MACHINE:
(Fig. N-O) With the machine with the engine off and in horizontal position, engage the pin (26) in the seat
of the quick connector (27). Then insert the spacer (28) and lock the pin with the safety pin (29).
SPRAYING OPERATION :
Place the liquid in the tank and before putting the pump into operation, choose the most suitable type
of application:
A. With front nozzle: to distribute liquid for snow –melting or herbicide on the ground.
B. With spear: for watering or spraying in hard to reach areas, or to perform biological treatment plants
or plant protection to orchards, hedges and olive groves areas, etc.

If you choose “A” : adjust the angle of the jointed nozzle holder (Fig. P - Part. 30); rotating downwards
to get a more narrow concentrated spray or rotating forward to get a wider, less concentrated spray
action. Choose the nozzle more suitable: green = 0.6 l / min, purple = 1 l / min.
Turn on the tap (Fig. Q - Part. 31) and press the switch (Fig. R - Part. 32) in pos. “1” to turn the pump
on. Portarsi sulla zona da trattare per sciogliere il ghiaccio o diserbare. Press the switch (32) in pos. “0”
to turn off the pump. Turn off the tap (31).
(Fig. R-S) If you choose “B” unroll the rubber hose (33) to the required length (max. 10m), press the
switch (32) in pos. “1” to turn on the pump. At this point you can start to spray, holding the spear (34) and
by pressing the lever (35); a slight pressure will cause the emission of the sprayed liquid, while pressing
down you will get a more powerful jet. Water the garden, shrubs, owers and so on with clean water
ONLY. Use the melt-the-ice liquid on stairs, balconies, etc.; plant health or for spraying trees, hedges,
shrubs, etc.; or herbicides to treat soils which are difcult to reach etc. At the end of the job release the
lever (35), turn off the pump, wind the hose back and put the hose pipe. Please always clean as per par.
13 “INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE”.
IMPORTANT: If you decide to change the type of product to be sprayed it is absolutely necessary to
provide a careful and complete cleaning of the tank and of the sprinkler system.
We believe, however, not recommended water or use products for the care of the plants, after the use of
liquid herbicides. Since even in the presence of a thorough cleaning, the molecules of the product could
remain inside the spraying set.
DATA IDENTIFICATION PRODUCT USE: The machine is provided with a label-holder,
where the user is obliged to indicate the name of the product in use; such label holder (Fig. T - Part. 36)
is on the tank (37).
HAND WASHING SYSTEM: The machine is equipped with an autonomous tank (37) of the capacity of
10 liters, which serves to rinse hands or other parts of the body that accidentally come into contact with
the product in use. To make the water to come out from the tank it is necessary to rotate clockwise 180°
the lever (Fig. U - Part. 38) on the tap (39). To stop the release of water it is necessary to carry out the
above operation in reverse. IMPORTANT! IN TANK (37) YOU ARE ALLOWED TO PUT WATER ONLY.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE of the BATTERIES:
Protect your contacts from dirt and build-up of moisture. To keep the batteries in good conditions they
must be charged , as described previously, at least once every 4 months. The batteries age, even during
storage. Protect the batteries from overheating and ames : risk of explosion.
ATTENTION: DO NOT SPRAY WITH WATER!
During the storage disconnect the battery from the motor unit, separating the connectors (Fig. A - Part.
1) of the respective cables. Since the self-discharge increases with temperature, it is recommended that
the storage batteries at a temperature between +10 ° C and + 30 ° C.
Before storing the battery separate from each electrical circuit and place preferably in a cool and dry
place.
DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Equipment, accessories and packaging should be disposed of in an environmentally friendly facility.

vous permettre d’utiliser correctement et facilement votre machine ; nous vous conseillons donc de
lire attentivement les NORMES DE SECURITE et le MODE D’EMPLOI ci-dessous contenus pour un
fonctionnement sans inconvénients et durable.
Pour que ces conditions soient garanties, il est nécessaire d’utiliser seulement des pièces de rechange
originales. L’utilisateur perd tous ses droits à la garantie en cas d’utilisation de pièces de rechange
n’étant pas originales. Sous réserve de modications techniques et de fabrication. Pour toutes questions
ou commandes concernant les pièces de rechange, nous vous prions de bien vouloir indiquer le numéro
de l’article correspondant ; pour toute demande d’Assistance Technique ou commande de pièces de
rechange, nous vous prions de toujours indiquer le numéro de matricule de la machine concernée, en

CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION – LIMITES D’EMPLOI La machine Eco sprayer a été
projetée et construite pour des opérations de pulvérisation, pour l’utilisation de la machine il est
nécessaire la présence d’un seul operateur qui a la responsabilité de tenir à distance de sécurité (plus
de 10 mts) chaque possible personne qui peut être exposé aux dangers provoqués par la machine.
Chaque utilisation différent que celui-ci-dessus décrit (par exemple : vernisser) est considéré illégale et
entraine la déchéance de la garantie et des dangers pour l’utilisateur et pour les personnes exposés.
REGLES DE SECURITE Avant d’utiliser l’accessoire il est nécessaire que vous lisez les
instructions d’utilisation et les notices contenus dans le manuel de la machine; et suivre scrupuleusement
les notices contenus dans le manuel de la pompe ci-joint.
NOTICE D’UTILISATION
ATTENTION : Le non-respect des règles de sécurité peut causer des incendies, décharges
électriques, ou dommages à la machine ou à des autres propriétés. Lire les règles de sécurité
avant d’utiliser l’Eco sprayer.
1. L’utilisation de la machine est interdit aux moins de 16 ans, et aux personnes sous l’inuence
de l’alcool, des drogues ou de médicaments.
2. La machine a été projetée pour être utilisée par 1 seul operateur. L’utilisateur de l’appareil
répond entièrement des dommages causes à des tiers ou à leurs biens. Veiller à ce qu’aucun
enfant ne se trouve à proximité.
3. Démarrer la pompe en restant derrière le guidon.
4. Pendant le transport de la machin et toutes les opérations d’entretien, de nettoyage ou de
changement d’outils, débrancher les connecteurs de la batterie. (Fig. A part. 1).
5. Ne jamais s’éloigner de la machine avant de l’avoir éteinte. Ne laisser pas la machine sans
surveillance.
6. Ne pas laver à l’eau courante les parties électriques de la machine (circuit électrique et
batterie). Il y a un haut danger de court-circuit ou d’endommagement du circuit électrique.
7. Ne pas saboter, ni utiliser d’une façon impropre le circuit électrique et les batteries.
8. Ne pas utiliser la machines sur des pentes de plus du 10%.
9. Ne pas utiliser la pompe pour des utilisations différents des ces qui sont prévus ( par exemple
avec solvants, carburants, matières inammables, etc…).
10. Avant de commencer le travail avec l’Eco sprayer, effectuer un contrôle visuel de la
machine pour vérier si tous les systèmes contre les accidents du travail dont elle est équipée
fonctionnent parfaitement. Il est formellement interdit de les ôter ou de les altérer.
11. La pompe est dimensionnée pour fonctionner avec une pression maximum de 4,1bar. Un
dispositif de sécurité arrête automatiquement la pompe si on dépasse cette valeur. Quand la
pression baisse la pompe recommence automatiquement à fonctionner.
12. Arrêter la pompe âpres chaque utilisation, même si elle est en « stand-by », pour optimiser
la durée des batteries.

13. A la n des opérations de pulvérisation il est indiqué de laver le système, introduire de l’eau
propre dans le réservoir et le vider, mettre en marche la pompe avec les robinets ouverts. (Fig.
B) Pour nettoyer le ltre (2) dévisser le couvercle transparent (3) et rincer soigneusement.
14. Ne jamais décharger les résidus des produits dans l’environnement, car ils peuvent être
source de pollution. Ramasser les dans un récipient et disposer les selon la réglementation en
vigueur ou suivant les instructions du producteur.
15. Une utilisation impropre, des réparations défectueuses effectuées par un personnel non
spécialisé, ou l’emploi de pièces de rechanges n’étant pas originales, entrainent l’expiration de
la garantie et exonèrent le constructeur de toute responsabilité.
PREMIERE RECHARGE BATTERIE :
ATTENTION : (Fig. C) pour effectuer le recharge ce n’est pas nécessaire d’enlever les batteries de
boitiers (4). (Fig. D) Connecter la borne (5) du câble de la batterie à la borne (6) du charge-batterie
et ensuite le charge-batterie à la prise de courante électrique 230 V. Laisser en charge jusqu’à quand
le Led qui se trouve sur le charge-batterie s’éteindra. Le Led éteint indique que les batteries sont
complètement chargées. Le cycle de recharge peut durer jusqu’à 10 heures.
ATTENTION : on peut laisser le charge-batterie tampon branché même âpres que le Led c’est éteint à
la n de recharge. Le charge-batterie s’éteindra et allumera automatiquement pour maintenir un niveau
optimal et constant dans les batteries.
Pour pouvoir utiliser la machine, il faut débrancher le charge-batterie de la prise de courante 230 V.
Déconnecter le connecteur (5) de câble du connecteur (6) de charge batterie, avec un coup de pouce
(Fig. E) du bas en haut sur la languette de blocage.
MONTAGE :
Sauf accord contraire, l’Eco sprayer est livré a destination partiellement démonté et emballé. An que
la machine puisse fonctionner, il est nécessaire de compléter le montage des parties désassemblées
en respectant la procédure suivante: enlever les pièces de l’emballage. Pour optimiser l’espace dans
l’emballage le support de la roue est montée en sens contraire, c’est-à-dire avec la roue vers le haut.
(Fig. F-G) Enlever l’écrou et la rondelle du support de la roue (7). Déler le support de la roue, et le
réinsérer du bas dans les coussinets (8) du châssis. Introduire la rondelle (9) et serrer l’écrou (10) avec
la clé sans bloquer la rotation du support. Suivre la même procédure pour l’autre roue.
(Fig. H).Fixer le support du tuyau (15) à la plaque (16) avec 4 vis (17) et 4 écrous (18).
(Fig I). Accrocher la lance (19) au tuyau en caoutchouc (20) enroulé au support.
MONTAGE CABLES ELECTRIQUES DE LA POMPE : (Fig. K) Insérer le câble électrique
de la pompe (21) dans le tuyau (22), du fond jusqu’à ce qu’il sort du trou ou il y aura l’interrupteur (Fig.
L - part. 23). Relier les deux boites d’extrémité des câbles (24) aux languettes de l’interrupteur (25).
(Fig. M) Introduire l’interrupteur dans son logement (23) sur le tuyau jusqu’au blocage. (Fig. A - Part. 1)
Brancher le connecteur mâle du câble de la pompe au connecteur femelle du câble batteries. Vérier
le correct assemblage des câbles « démarrant » la pompe avec l’interrupteur en position « 1 », vous
devez entendre le « ronement » de la pompe. Eteindre en remettant l’interrupteur en position « 0 ».
ATTENTION : pour un correct fonctionnement des batteries ne pas prolonger l’utilisation de la
pompe avec les batteries déchargées.
ASSEMBLAGE DE L’ACCESSOIRE SUR LA MACHINE
(Fig. N-O). Avec moteur arrêté et la machine en position horizontale introduire le pivot (26) dans la siège
de l’attelage rapide (27). Ensuite introduire l’entretoise (28) et bloquer le pivot avec l’épingle de sûreté
(29).
PULVERISATION : Introduire le liquide dans le réservoir et avant de démarrer la pompe, il faut
choisir l’application plus indiqué :
A. avec buse frontale : pour distribuer liquide fond-neige ou désherbant sur le terrain.
B. Avec lance : pour arroser ou pulvériser dans des coins difciles à joindre, ou pour effectuer des
traitements biologiques ou phytosanitaires aux plantes, vergers, haies, oliveraies, etc…
Si on choisit « A » régler l’inclination du porte-injecteur articulé (Fig. P - Part. 30), tournant le vers le
haut pour avoir un arrosage plus étroit et concentré, ou tournant en avant pour un arrosage plus large
et moins concentré. Choisir la buse plus adapte : vert = 0.6 L/min, violet= 1 l/min.

Ouvrir le robinet (Fig. Q - Part. 31) et appuyer l’interrupteur (Fig. R - Part. 32) en position « 1 » pour
démarrer la pompe. Arriver sur la zone à traiter pour fondre la glace ou désherber. Presser l’interrupteur
(32) en position « 0 » pour éteindre la pompe, fermer le robinet (31).
Si on choisit « B » (Fig. R-S) dérouler le tuyau en caoutchouc (33) pour le longueur nécessaire (10 mt
max), appuyer l’interrupteur (32) en position « 1 » pour démarrer la pompe. A ce point il est possible de
commencer à pulvériser, empoigner la lance de traitement (34) et presser le levier (35). Avec une légère
pression on obtient l’émission du liquide nébulisé, alors que appuyant à fond on va obtenir un jet plus
puissant. Arroser le jardin potager, les arbustes, eurs etc… seulement avec de l’eau propre. Utiliser
le liquide fond-neige pour fondre la glace sur les escaliers, les terrasses etc.. ; ou phytosanitaires pour
pulvériser les arbres, haies, arbustes etc… ; ou désherbants pour traiter des terrains difciles à joindre
etc… A la n du travail relâcher le levier (35), éteindre la pompe, réenrouler le tuyau en caoutchouc
et ranger la lance. Nettoyer toujours comme indiqué au point 13 des « NOTICES D’UTILISATION ».
Important : si vous décidez de changer le type de produit à pulvériser il faut absolument faire un
nettoyage complet et scrupuleux du réservoir et du système d’irroration.
C’est déconseillé d’arroser ou d’utiliser des produits pour le traitement des plantes, âpres l’utilisation
de désherbantes liquides, parce que même âpres un nettoyage minutieux des molécules de produit
pourrait rester à l’intérieur du système de pulvérisation.
DONNEES D’IDENTIFICATION DU PRODUIT EN USAGE : Sur la machine il y a un
onglet à fenêtre avec sa propre étiquette, ou l’utilisateur est obligé d’écrire le nom du produit qu’il est
entrain d’utiliser ; l’onglet à fenêtre (Fig. T - Part. 36) se trouve sur le bidon lave-mains (37).
SYSTEME LAVE-MAINS : la machine est équipée d’un réservoir autonome (37) avec une capacité de
10 litres, qui sert pour rincer les mains ou des autres parties du corps qui ont été accidentellement en
contact avec le produit en cours d’utilisation. Pour faire sortir l’eau du réservoir il faut tourner en sens
horaire de 180° le levier (Fig. U - Part. 38) situé au-dessus du robinet (39). Pour arrêter la sortie de l’eau
il faut effecteur la même opération en sens contraire.
IMPORTANT : DANS LE RESERVOIR (37) ON PEUT METTRE SEULEMENT DE L’EAU.
ENTREPOSAGE ET ENTRETIEN DES BATTERIES : Protéger les contacts contre les
saletés et l’humidité. Pour maintenir les batteries en bon état il faut les recharger -comme déjà expliqué-
au moins une fois tous les 4 mois de travail. Les batteries viellent aussi pendant l’entreposage.
Protéger les batteries contre le surchauffement et les ammes : danger d’explosion.
ATTENTION : NE PAS PULVERISER AVEC DE L’EAU LES BATTERIES.
Pendant l’entreposage déconnecter la batterie de la pompe, en séparant les connecteurs (Fig. A - Part.
1) des respective câbles. Puisque l’autodécharge augment avec la température, il est recommandé
d’effectuer l’entreposage de la batterie à une température entre +10° et + 30°C.
Avant d’effectuer l’entreposage de la batterie, il faut la séparer de chaque circuit électrique, et la mettre
dans un endroit frais et sec.
RECOMMANDATION POUR LA PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONEMENT : Les
appareils, accessoires et emballages devraient être destinés à une réutilisation écologique. Les
batteries épuisées doivent être recyclées conformément à la directive 91/157/CEE. Ne pas jeter la
batterie usée parmi les déchets domestiques, dans le feu ou dans l’eau. Ne pas ouvrir la batterie et
la mettre à la décharge en utilisant les centre de récolte spéciques. Ne pas traiter avec les ordures
ménagères habituelles. Il faut les amener en centres de récolte spéciques. Les substances et les
composants électriques abandonnés ou utilisés d’une façon impropre pourraient se relever nocifs
pour l’environnement. Le symbole de « poubelle sur roues barré avec une croix noir marquée sous
la poubelle indique que cette machine à été mise dans le commerce âpres le 13-8-2005 et qu’elle fait
l’objet d’une collecte sélective des ordures. Tous les abus seront poursuivis selon la loi en vigueur.

boste pri njegovi uporabi uživali.
Ta navodila za uporabo so izdana za zagotavljanje pravilne in ustrezne uporabe izdelka: iz tega razloga
vas prosimo, da pazljivo sledite delovnim in varnostnim navodilom, za nemoteno delovanje in dolgo
življenjsko dobo vaše naprave.
Naše naprave so še pred začetkom množične proizvodnje temeljito testirane v najtežjih pogojih, stroga
in stalna testiranja pa izvajamo tudi med samim procesom proizvodnje.
Ta naprava je bila testirana v državi izvora s strani neodvisnih ustanov za testiranje, skladno z najvišjimi
varnostnimi standardi in delovnimi pogoji.
Po potrebi je potrebno napravo opremiti z izvirnimi nadomestnimi deli, za zagotavljanje ustreznih funkcij
in varnostnih nivojev.
Uporabnik se odreka uveljavljanju garancije, če je naprava opremljena z neizvirnimi nadomestnimi deli.
Pridržujemo si pravico do sprememb v zasnovi in izdelavi naprave.
Za vprašanja in nadaljnje informacije ter za naročila nadomestnih delov vas prosimo, da nam vedno
sporočite tudi serijsko številko naprave, ki se nahaja na desni strani naprave (Slika A).
POGOJI IN OMEJITVE UPORABE: EKOLOŠKI RAZPRŠILEC je bil zasnovan in izdelan zgolj
za uporabo pri škropljenju. Naprava je bila zasnovana za uporabo s strani zgolj enega usposobljenega
uporabnika. Oseba, ki uporablja napravo, je odgovorna za morebitne nesreče, ki vključujejo osebe ali
njihovo lastnino, med uporabo naprave pa v bližini (10 m) ne smejo biti prisotne druge osebe. Motorna
črpalka se lahko uporablja zgolj z izvirno opremo in nadomestnimi deli. Vsaka drugačna uporaba, kot
tista, ki je tukaj opisana (npr. razprševanje barve), je prepovedana in pomeni, poleg ukinitve garancije,
resno nevarnost za uporabnika in vse navzoče.
VARNOSTNI UKREPI: Pred uporabo tega dodatka je potrebno prebrati pričujoča navodila za
uporabo ter obenem upoštevati tudi napotke, ki se nahajajo v priročniku. Posebno pozornost je potrebno
posvetiti opozorilom v priloženi knjižici o škropilniku.
NAVODILA ZA UPORABO:
Pozor!: Neupoštevanje teh navodil za uporabo lahko privede do požara, električnega udara ali
drugih poškodb oz. škode na napravi ali imetju. Pred pričetkom delovanja ekološkega razpršilca,
pazljivo preberite navodila.
1. - Osebe ki ne poznajo navodil za uporabo ter otroci, mladostniki, mlajši od 16 in osebe, ki so
pod vplivom alkohola, drog ali zdravil, ne smejo uporabljati naprave.
2. - Oseba, ki uporablja napravo, je odgovorna za morebitne nesreče, ki vključujejo osebe ali
njihovo lastnino. Med uporabo naprave v bližini ne smejo biti prisotne druge osebe, še posebej
otroci.
3 - Ob zagonu naprave se morate nahajati za krmilom.
4 - Med transportom ter pri vzdrževalnih in čistilnih delih ali ob zamenjavi delov na napravi
izključite priključke baterije (Slika A, 1. del).
5 – Na zapuščajte naprave, če je motor vključen. Ne pustite naprave brez nadzora.
6 – Električnih delov naprave ne čistite pod tekočo vodo (električni tokokrog in baterije). Obstaja
velika nevarnost kratkega stika in poškodb električnega sistema.
7 – Prepovedano je odstranjevanje, poseganje v in nepravilna uporaba električnega tokokroga
in baterij.
8 - Naprave ne uporabljajte na strmih pobočjih, z naklonom večjim od 10%.
9 – Motorno črpalko uporabljajte le za tiste dejavnosti, ki so tu opisane in za katere je naprava
namenjena, predvsem pa ne uporabljajte drugih tekočin, kot vodo (npr. raztopin, bencina,
vnetljivih snovi, itd…) .
10 – Pred uporabo napravo vedno preglejte, če so vsi sestavni deli ustrezno pritrjeni in varnostni
ukrepi upoštevani. Prepovedana je nestrokovna raba ali neustrezno vzdrževanje.

11 – Motorno črpalko je potrebno uporabljati pri najvišjem pritisku 4,1 bara. Varnostna naprava
samodejno izključi napravo, če je ta vrednost presežena. Ob zmanjšanju pritiska ponovno
samodejno prične z obratovanjem.
12 – Črpalko vedno izključite po končani uporabi / premoru, čeprav se nahaja v stanju
pripravljenosti oz. mirovanja, s čimer zagotovite optimizacijo življenjske dobe baterije.
13 – Po končanem škropljenju je potrebno oprati opremo tako, da jo napolnite s čisto vodo
in izpraznite, pri čemer naj bodo pipe na črpalki odprte (Slika B). Ob čiščenju ltra (2) odvijte
prozorni pokrov (3) in ga temeljito izperite.
14 – Odpadnih snovi NIKOLI ne odlagajte v okolje, saj lahko pride do onesnaženja. Odložite
jih v posebni zbiralnik in se jih znebite v skladu z zakonskimi predpisi ali navodili proizvajalca.
15 – V primeru nepravilne uporabe naprave, ali ob popravilih ki so jih izvedle nepooblaščene
osebe, ali pri uporabi neizvirnih nadomestnih delov: vsaka uporaba, ki se razlikuje od zgoraj
navedene, je prepovedana in pomeni ukinitev garancije ter prenehanje odgovornosti s strani
proizvajalca.
PRVO POLNJENJE BATERIJ
POZOR: (Slika C) Za napolnitev baterij le-teh ni potrebno vzeti iz nosilca (4). (Slika D) Povežite
priključek (5) kabla baterije (6) v nastavek polnilca baterije, nato pa povežite polnilec baterije z vtičnico
električnega tokokroga z napetostjo 230 V. Polnjenje naj poteka dokler se ne izključi lučka LED (ki se
nahaja na bateriji). Izključena lučka LED pomeni, da so baterije dovolj napolnjene. Ponovno polnjenje
lahko traja do 10 ur. Pozor: nastavek polnilca baterije lahko ostane priključen potem, ko se lučka LED
izključi, po koncu polnjenja. Polnilec baterije se bo samodejno vključil in izključil ter s tem zagotovil
optimalno in enakomerno polnjenje baterij. Za uporabo naprave je potrebno izključiti polnilec baterije iz
vtičnice. Odklopite konektor (5) kabla iz konektorja (6) polnilca baterije (Slika E), tako da s palcem od
spodaj navzgor pritisnete na nastavek za zaklepanje.
MONTAŽA: Če ni drugače določeno, se motorna črpalka dostavi delno sestavljena, zavita v posebno
embalažo. Za uspešno dokončanje montaže naprave je postopek glede na posamezne stopnje
naslednji: odstranite sestavne dele iz embalaže. (Sl. F-G) Odstranite matico in podložko nosilca kolesa
(7) ter ponovno vstavite od spodaj, v pušo (8) na ogrodju. Vstavite podložko (9) in privijte matico (10)
s ključem 24, pri tem pa pazite, da ne blokirate vrtenja nosilca. Enak postopek ponovite še pri drugem
kolesu. (Sl. H) Pritrdite nosilno cev (15) na ploščo (16) s štirimi vijaki (17) in štirimi maticami (18).
(Sl. I) Pritrdite nastavek (19) na gumijasto cev (20) privito na nosilec.
MONTAŽA ELEKTRIČNIH KABLOV ZA ČRPALKO: (Slika K) Vstavite napajalni kabel
spodnje črpalke (24) v cev (25) dokler ne pogleda iz odprtine za stikalo (Slika L – 26. del). Povežite dva
faston kabla (27) s stikalom (28). (Slika M) Vstavite stikalo v ležišče (26) na cevi, da se zaklene. (Slika
A – 1. del) Povežite moški konektor kabla črpalke z ženskim konektorjem kabla baterij. Preverite, če so
kabli ustrezno povezani oz. „prižgite“ črpalko, tako da stikalo postavite v pol. 1: zaslišati se mora brnenje
črpalke. Ugasnite napravo, tako da stikalo postavite v pol. 0. Pozor! Zaradi zagotavljanja pravilne
uporabe baterij delovanje črpalke, ko so baterije že izpraznjene, ni dovoljeno.
NAMESTITEV DODATKA NA NAPRAVO: (Sl. N-O) Motor naj bo ugasnjen, naprava naj bo
postavljena v vodoravni položaj, nato pa vstavite drog (26) v ustrezno ležišče (27) na napravi. Sedaj
vstavite distančnik (28) in blokirajte drog z varnostnim zatičem (29).
ŠKROPLJENJE: Napolnite zbiralnik s tekočino, nato pa pred pričetkom obratovanja izberite
najustreznejšo obliko uporabe:
A. S sprednjim nastavkom/šobo: za razdeljevanje tekočine za potrebe topljenja snega ali razprševanje
herbicida po tleh.
B. Z ožjim in daljšim nastavkom: za zalivanje in razprševanje v težko dostopnih območjih, ali za potrebe
biološke čistilne naprave ali zaščite rastlin v sadovnjakih, živih mejah in nasadih oljk, itd.
Če izberete „A“: Prilagodite nagib spojenega nosilca nastavka/šobe (Slika P – 30. del); z vrtenjem
navzdol za ožji in močnejši curek ali vrtenjem naprej za širši, šibkejši curek.
Izberite bolj ustrezen nastavek/šobo: zeleni = 0.6 l / min, vijoličasti = 1 l / min.

Odprite pipo (Slika Q – 31. del) in potisnite stikalo (Slika R – 32. del) v pol. „1“, s čimer se črpalka vključi.
Postavite napravo na delovno območje za taljenje ledu ali pletje. Potisnite stikalo (32) v pol. „0“, s čimer
se črpalka izključi. Zaprite pipo (31).
Če izberete „B“: (Slika R-S) Odvijte gumijasto cev (33) do ustrezne dolžine (najv. 10 m), potisnite
stikalo (32) v pol. „1“, da vključite črpalko. Sedaj lahko pričnete z razprševanjem, tako da držite dolgi,
ozki nastavek (34) in pritisnete na vzvod (35); rahel pritisk bo povzročil rahlo razpršitev tekočine, z
močnejšim pritiskom navzdol pa boste dobili močnejši curek. Zalivajte vrt, grmovje, rože itd. ZGOLJ s
čisto vodo. Tekočino za taljenje ledu uporabljajte na stopnicah, balkonih, itd.; sredstva za varstvo rastlin
lahko razpršujete po drevesih, živih mejah, grmovju, itd.; herbicide uporabljajte za območja, ki so težje
dostopna, itd. Po koncu delovanja sprostite vzvod (35), izključite vzvod, navijte cev nazaj in namestite
nastavek. Vedno čistite tako, kot je opisano v točki 13 „NAVODIL ZA UPORABO“.
Takoj po uporabi herbicidov odsvetujemo uporabo tekočin za zalivanje ali pripravkov za nego rastlin.
Tudi po temeljitem čiščenju so namreč lahko v napravi za škropljenje še vedno prisotne molekule
škodljivih snovi.
IDENTIFIKACIJSKI PODATKI NAPRAVE: Nalepka z oznakami (Slika T – 36. del), kjer mora
uporabnik označiti naziv izdelka, ki ga uporablja, se nahaja na zbiralniku za vodo (37).
SISTEM ZA UMIVANJE ROK: Naprava je opremljena s posebnim zbiralnikom (37) s prostornino 10 l,
ki se uporablja za umivanje rok in drugih delov telesa, ki pridejo v stik z vsebino zbiralnika. Za dovod
vode iz zbiralnika je potrebno za 180° zavrteti vzvod (Slika U – 38. del) na pipi (39). Za zaprtje pipe
je potrebno postopek izvesti v nasprotni smeri. POMEMBNO! ZBIRALNIK (37) JE DOVOLJENO
NAPOLNITI ZGOLJ Z VODO.
VZDRŽEVANJE IN SHRANJEVANJE BATERIJ: Zaščitite kontakte oz. stike pred umazanijo
in povečano vlago. Za pravilno vzdrževanje baterij jih je potrebno napolkniti tako, kot je bilo predtem
opisano, vsaj enkrat vsake 4 mesece. Baterije se izrabljajo tudi, ko so shranjene. Zaščitite jih pred
pregrevanjem in plameni: nevarnost eksplozije.
POZOR: NE POLIVAJTE Z VODO!
Ob shranjevanju baterij jih odklopite z motorja ter odstranite konektorje (Slika A – 1. del) ustreznih
kablov. Samopraznjenje se poveča z višanjem temperature, zato je priporočljivo baterije shraniti pri
temperaturi med +10 ° C in + 30 ° C.
Baterije shranite stran od električnih omrežij, po možnosti na hladnem in suhem mestu.
NAVODILA ZA ODSTRANJEVANJE: Napravo in njene sestavne dele, dodatno opremo in
embalažo je potrebno odstraniti na okolju prijazen način. Izrabljene baterije je potrebno reciklirati v
skladu z direktivo 91/157 / EEC, prepovedano jih je odvreči med gospodinjske odpadke, jih sežigati
ali odmetavati v vodo. Baterije ni dovoljeno odpirati, odvrzite jih v ustreznih zbiralnih obratih. Baterij ni
dovoljeno odvreči med skupne trdne odpadke, ampak jih je potrebno zbrati posebej.
Snovi in električni deli, ki se nahajajo v izdelku, so lahko ob neustrezni uporabi ali odstranitvi nevarni
za okolje. Znak za „smetnjak“ na kolescih, prečrtan s črno črto pod smetnjakom, pomeni, da je naprava
prišla v prodajo po 13. 8. 2005 in jih je potrebno zbirati. Vsaka kršitev bo preganjana v skladu z zakonom.

Dieses Handbuch enthält alle Informationen für eine sichere und störungsfreie Handhabung. Wir
empfehlen Ihnen daher, die auf den folgenden Seiten stehenden SICHERHEITSBESTIMMUNGEN und
GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNGEN aufmerksam zu lesen und zu beachten.
Um einen störungsfreien und sicheren Betrieb zu gewährleisten, ist es erforderlich ausschließlich
Originalersatzteile zu verwenden. Der Anwender verliert jeden Anspruch auf Gewährleistung, wenn er
Ersatzteile verwendet, die keine Originalteile sind. Konstruktionsänderungen sind vorbehalten.
ANWENDUNGSBEDINGUNGEN - EINSATZGRENZEN
Der ECO-SPRAYER wurde für Sprüh- und Spritzarbeiten entwickelt und hergestellt. Es ist vorgesehen,
dass die Maschine von einer einzelnen Person bedient wird. Diese ist außerdem dafür verantwortlich,
dass weitere Personen, die sich im Anwendungsbereich aufhalten einen Sicherheitsabstand von
mind. 10 m zur Maschine einhalten. Die Verwendung für andere Zwecke als die hier beschriebenen
(z.B. zum Lackieren) ist illegal, führt zu Garantieverlust und kann für den Bediener und weitere im
Anwendungsbereich bendliche Personen gefährlich werden.
SICHERHEITSBESTIMMUNGEN
Diese Bedienungsanleitung versteht sich als Zusatz zu den in der Bedienungs- und Wartungsanleitung
der Grundmaschine enthaltenen Anweisungen, die vor Gebrauch beachtet und gelesen werden
müssen. Außerdem sind auch die Anwendungshinweise im Handbuch zur Pumpe genau zu befolgen.
ACHTUNG: Bei Nichtbeachtung dieser Sicherheitsbestimmungen können Brände,
Stromschläge und Schäden an der Maschine oder deren Inhalt verursacht werden. Lesen Sie
alle Sicherheitsbestimmungen aufmerksam durch, bevor Sie den ECO-SPRAYER in Gebrauch
nehmen.
1. Personen, die mit der Bedienungsanleitung nicht vertraut sind, Kinder, Jugendliche unter 16
Jahren, sowie Personen unter Alkohol-, Drogen- oder Medikamenteneinuss dürfen das Gerät
nicht bedienen.
2. Die Maschine ist so konzipiert worden, dass sie von einem einzelnen Benutzer verwendet
werden kann. Der Benutzer des Geräts isat verantwortlich für eventuelle Schäden an Personen
oder deren Eigentum. Vor Benutzung sicherstellen, dass sich keine Personen, vor allem keine
Kinder im Anwendungsbereich aufhalten.
3. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie beim Starten der Pumpe hinter dem Gerät bzw. dem
Führungsholm stehen.
4. Während des Transports der Maschine und aller Wartungsarbeiten, dem Reinigen und dem
Wechsel der Anbaugeräte müssen die Steckverbindungen der Batterie getrennt sein (Abb. A -
Pos. 1).
5. Entfernen Sie sich erst dann von der Maschine, wenn der Motor ausgeschaltet ist. Die
Maschine nie unbeaufsichtigt lassen.
6. Die elektrischen Teile der Maschine (Schalter, Kabelverbindungen, Pumpe und Batterie) nicht
mit Wasser in Verbindung bringen. Es besteht das hohe Risiko eines Kurzschlusses oder von
Schäden an der elektrischen Anlage.
7. Die elektrischen Komponenten und die Batterien nicht missbräuchlich verwenden.
8. Die Maschine sollte an Steigungen oder Gefällen, die mehr als 10 % betragen nicht verwendet
werden.
9. Die Pumpe darf nicht für andere Zwecke als die hier beschriebenen verwendet werden (z.B.
zum Pumpen von lösungsmittelhaltigen Substanzen, Treibstoffen, feuergefährlichen Stoffen,
usw.).
10. Vor Beginn der Arbeiten mit dem ECO-SPRAYER, eine Sichtprüfung vornehmen und
sicherstellen, dass alle Unfallschutzvorkehrungen, mit denen das Grundgerät und das
Anbaugerät versehen ist, vollkommen funktionstüchtig sind. Es ist streng verboten, diese zu
umgehen oder zu manipulieren.
11. Die Pumpe ist so konzipiert, dass sie einem maximalen Druck von 4,1 bar standhalten kann.

Sie wird automatisch ausgeschaltet, wenn dieser Wert überschritten wird. Wenn der Druck
wieder unter diesen Wert abgefallen ist, funktioniert die Pumpe automatisch wieder.
12. Die Pumpe nach jedem Gebrauch und in jeder Arbeitspause ausschalten, um die
Betriebsdauer nicht zu verkürzen.
13. Nach Beendigung des Sprüh-/ Spritzvorganges müssen alle daran beteiligten Komponenten
gründlich gereinigt werden. Dazu sauberes Wasser in den Tank einfüllen und zum
Durchspülen der gesamten Sprühanlage zwei Sprühvorgange starten: a) Zum Durchspülen
der Bodensprühdüse und der zugehörigen Schläuche den Hahn (Abb. Q – Pos. 31) öffnen
und die Pumpe einschalten. B) Zum Durchspülen der Düse an der Hand-Spritzpistole und der
zugehörigen Schläuche die Pumpe bei geschlossenem Hahn (31) einschalten und den Hebel
der Handspritzpistole drücken. Zum Reinigen des Filters (2), den durchsichtigen Deckel (Abb. B
- Pos.3) abschrauben, den Filter (Abb. B – Pos. 2) entnehmen und beides sorgfältig ausspülen.
Ebenso den Filter unter dem Tankdeckel und den Deckel selbst gründlich ausspülen.
14. NIE Reste der verwendeten Flüssigkeiten in die Umwelt entsorgen. Diese können
umweltschädlich sein! Flüssigkeitsreste in einem Behälter sammeln und nach den geltenden
Vorschriften oder nach den Anweisungen des Herstellers fachgerecht entsorgen.
15. Falsche Anwendung des Gerätes, Reparaturen, die nicht von Fachpersonal durchgeführt
werden, oder die Verwendung von nicht originalen Ersatzteilen führen zum Garantieverfall und
zur Ablehnung jeglicher Verantwortung seitens des Herstellers.
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG
ERSTE AUFLADUNG DER BATTERIEN
ACHTUNG: (Abb. C) Die Batterien zum Auaden nicht aus den Batteriegehäusen (4) nehmen!
(Abb. D) Den Stecker (5) des Batteriekabels mit dem Stecker (6) des Ladegerätes verbinden. Das
Ladegerät in eine 230 V – Steckdose einstecken.
Der Ladevorgang kann bis zu 10 Stunden dauern. Er ist beendet, wenn die LED-Leuchte am Ladegerät
erlischt.
ACHTUNG: Das Ladegerät kann auch nach Beendigung des Ladevorgangs angeschlossen bleiben.
Das Gerät regelt dann automatisch die Erhaltungsladung. Vor Benutzung der Maschine, das Ladegerät
aus der 230 V – Steckdose ausstecken. Die Steckverbindung (5) und (6) durch Anheben des Clips am
Stecker (5) (Abb. E) und Auseinanderziehen der Stecker trennen.
MONTAGE: Der ECO-SPRAYER wird teilweise vormontiert und verpackt geliefert. Vor Inbetriebnahme
die Endmontage wie folgt durchführen:
Die Bestandteile aus der Verpackung herausnehmen. Zu Verpackungszwecken wird die Radhalterung
(Abb. F- Pos. 7) umgekehrt, d.h. mit dem Rad nach oben, montiert. Abb. F: Die Mutter (10) und die
Unterlegscheibe (9) von der Radhalterung (7) entfernen. Abb. G: Die Radhalterung (7) herausziehen
und von unten nach oben wieder in die entsprechende Buchse (8) des Grundrahmens einführen. Die
Unterlegscheibe (9) einsetzen und die Mutter (10) mit einem 24-er Schlüssel anziehen, so dass das
Rad sich noch frei drehen kann. Den Vorgang beim anderen Rad wiederholen. Abb. H: Das Griffrohr mit
der Halteplatte (15) an die Halteplatte (16) am Rohrrahmen anlegen und mit 4 St. Schrauben (17) und
4 St. Muttern (18) befestigen. Abb. I: Die Hand-Spritzpistole mit dem am Schlauchhalter aufgehängten
Schlauch (20) mittels Überwurfmutter verbinden.
MONTAGE DES STROMKABELS ZUR PUMPE: Abb. K: Das Stromkabel der Pumpe (21)
von unten durch das Griffrohr (22) führen. Abb. L: Am Ende des Griffrohres angekommen (Pos. 23), die
beiden Kabelenden (24) mit dem Schalter (25) verbinden. Abb. M: Den Schalter (25) in die Rohröffnung
(23) eindrücken. Abb A: Den Stecker des Batteriekabels mit dem Stecker des Kabels zur Pumpe (Pos.
1) verbinden. Zur Prüfung der Funktion den Schalter (25) einschalten. Wenn die Pumpe arbeitet ist ein
Brummton zu hören. Den Schalter nun wieder ausschalten..
ACHTUNG: Für eine lange Lebensdauer der Batterien, die Pumpe nicht mit entleerten Batterien
betreiben.

des Grundgerätes (27) einführen. Abb. O: Die Distanzscheibe (28) einsetzen und den Tragzapfen mit
dem Federstecker (29) sichern.
SPRÜHEN/ SPRITZEN: Die Flüssigkeit in den Tank einfüllen. Vor Inbetriebnahme die geeignete
Betriebsart wählen:
A. Mit Bodensprühdüse zum Ausbringen von Auftauüssigkeit oder Unkrautbekämpfungsmittel
B. Mit Hand-Spritzpistole zum Gießen oder Spritzen/ Sprühen in schwer zugänglichen Bereichen, z.
B. Panzenschutzmittel auf biologischer oder chemischer Basis für Gartenanlagen, Hecken, usw.;
Auftauüssigkeiten zum Enteisen von Treppen, usw.
Sollten Sie “A” wählen: den Sprühwinkel der Düse einstellen (Abb. P - Pos. 30); Neigung der Düse
nach unten für einen schmalen und konzentrierten Strahl oder nach vorne für einen breiteren und
weniger konzentrierten Strahl.
Die geeignetere Düse auswählen: grün = 0.6 L/min, violett = 1 L/min.
Den Hahn öffnen (Abb. Q - Pos. 31) und den Schalter für die Pumpe (Abb. R - Pos. 32) einschalten.
Die Arbeiten wie vorgesehen ausführen und nach Beendigung den Schalter (32) wieder ausschalten
und den Hahn (31) schließen.
Sollten Sie “B” wählen: Abb. R - S: Den Schlauch (33) in der benötigten Länge vom Schlauchhalter
nehmen. Den Hahn (Abb. Q - Pos. 31) schließen, so dass die Flüssigkeit zur Hand-Spritzpistole geleitet
wird. Den Schalter für die Pumpe (Abb. R - Pos. 32) einschalten. Die Hand-Spritzpistole (34) in
die Hand nehmen und den Hebel (35) drücken. Durch leichtes Drücken wird ein feiner Sprühstrahl
erzeugt, durch festes Drücken ein kräftiger Sprühstrahl. Zum Gießen verwenden Sie ausschließlich
sauberes Wasser. Verwenden Sie Auftauüssigkeiten zum Enteisen von Treppen, Terassen, usw.,
Panzenschutzmittel zur Behandlung von Hecken, Sträuchern, usw. und Unkrautbekämpfungsmittel
gegen Moos, Algen, usw. Zum Beenden der Arbeiten den Hebel (35) loslassen, die Pumpe ausschalten
(Schalter 32), den Schlauch aufhängen und die Hand-Spritzpistole (34) einhängen.
Nach jedem Gebrauch den Tank und alle zugehörigen Komponenten wie unter Punkt 13 der
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG beschrieben, reinigen.
WICHTIG: Bei Anwendung des Gerätes mit unterschiedlichen Tankinhalten, muss der Tank und alle
zugehörigen Komponenten nach Beendigung eines jeden Arbeitsganges äußerst gründlich gereinigt
werden, so dass z. B. beim Gießen keine Reste von Unkrautbekämpfungsmitteln versehentlich auf die
Panzen gelangen können.
SCHÄDLINGSBEKÄMPFUNGSMITTEL IM GEBRAUCH - KENNZEICHNUNG:
An der Maschine bendet sich auf dem Handwaschtank (37) eine Einschubtasche (Abb. T - Pos. 36),
in die das Etikett des Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittels, das gerade im Gebrauch ist, eingesteckt werden
muss.
HANDWASCHTANK: Die Maschine ist mit einem separaten Handwaschtank (37) ausgestattet. Das
Fassungsvermögen beträgt 10 Liter. Der Handwaschtank wird benötigt, um Hände oder andere Körperteile
waschen zu können, die unabsichtlich mit dem gerade benutzten Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel in
Berührung gekommen sind. Zum Waschen den Hahn (39) öffnen (Abb. U) und anschließend wieder
schließen. WICHTIG: DEN TANK (37) NUR MIT WASSER FÜLLEN
WARTUNG UND LAGERUNG DER BATTERIE
Die Batteriekontakte vor Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit schützen.
Für eine längere Lebenszeit der Batterie wird empfohlen, diese mindestens 1 Mal in 4 Monaten zu
laden. Die Batterieleistung nimmt auch während der Lagerung ab.
Die Batterie vor Überhitzung und Feuer schützen. EXPLOSIONSGEFAHR!
ACHTUNG: SPRITZWASSER IM BEREICH DER BATTERIE, DER STECKVERBINDUNGEN, DES
ZÜNDSCHLOSSES UND DES MOTORS, VERMEIDEN!
Für das Lagern der Maschine, die Steckverbindungen (Abb. A - Pos. 1) wie bereits beschrieben
trennen, um eine erhöhte Selbstentladung zu vermeiden. Aus diesem Grund wird auch empfohlen die
Lagertemperatur von 10° und 30° nicht zu unter- bzw. zu überschreiten. Die Batterien vor Lagerung vom
Verbraucher trennen und kühl und trocken lagern.
