Explanation of the symbols showing the condition of the oven
• Horizontal :The number lines represents the number of levels of the oven. A line shows the condition of the corresponding level.
• Vertical : Each column shows the condition of the following parameters (from left to right on the picture).
 Level real temperatures (crown/deck): Displaying (no action possible). A level is ready for baking when both real temperatures (crown and deck) become green.
 Lighting : Push the icon to switch on/switch off the level light
 When baking starts, the icon becomes blue during the automatic steam injection programmed in the recipe and reverts to grey as soon as steam injection stops
. During cycle, press to obtain steam . Release to stop steam injection.
 Level with baking in progress or out of baking.
 Baking in progress. Press to stop the baking.
 No baking in progress. Press to start the baking.
Selection of the recipes : Access to the recipes list
 Level status :
 Level off.
 Level energized + Displaying of the name and T° of the last recipe used.
Baking time countdown : Access to the fast modification of the cycle in progress

ACCESS LEVEL
The ability to modify the settings is governed by the authorization level :
Authorization « 0 » : No single setting can be modified. The only active keys are :
 Control board starting-up
 Regulator stop .
 Baking starting
 Stop of the baking .
 Selection of the recipes
Authorization « 1 » = The MODIFICATION of a recipe during the baking is POSSIBLE, but SAVING of the modified recipe is NOT POSSIBLE.
 Manual steam injection .

The «Hood runs permanently during baking» function is not
activated. In that case, an operating time of the hood at the
beginning of baking and a delay for starting of the hood before
the end of baking can be set. The adjustment range of these
both durations is from 0 to 5 minutes.
