• Place one Leg (1) to the Frame End (3a)
• Line up holes on Leg to holes on Frame End
• Use allen wrench provided to insert and tighten four Pan Head
Screws (M6X10mm) (10)
• Repeat for other side (Frame End 3b)

2STEP TWO:
Center Rail & Frame
STEP ONE:
• Slide Frame Ends (3) apart to reveal Center Rail (4) • Slide the Side Bracket (5) into Frame End (3a)
• Insert and tighten two Pan Head Screws (M6X14mm) (11) on both
sides of the Side Bracket
• Repeat for other side (Frame End 3b)

3STEP THREE:
• Place Foot (2) on top of Leg (1)
• Insert four Pan Head Screws (M6x14mm) (11) and tighten in a cross
pattern
• Repeat for the other side

• Connect cable exiting Leg (1) (attached to Frame End 3b) to Control
Box (6) via Cable Extender (9)
• Connect other Leg cable directly to the other side of Control Box
• Connect Power Cord (8) to Control Box

6STEP SIX:

For installation of Health Coach Controller, refer to step 7b and skip this step.
• Secure Memory Controller (7) to worktop with Screws provided
• Connect Memory Controller cable to Cable Box (6)

STEP SEVEN(a):
For installation of Memory Controller Only
• Place frame on table top
• Adjust frame to align with pre-drilled holes on table top
• Repeat for other side
• Insert and tighten two Pan Head Screws (M6x12mm) (14) to
attach frame to table top
• Repeat for the other side

• Double-check the frame is
properly positioned on the
underside of the table top
• Attach frame to underside of
table top using seven Wood
Screws (M5x20mm) (12) provided

For installation of Memory Controller, refer to step 7a and skip this step.
• Turn Health Coach Controller (7) upside down and place it onto
the underside of the table top
• Align Health Coach Controller to desired position and secure
with screws provided
• Plug in cable to Health Coach Controller, and connect
the other end of the cable to the Control Box (6).

STEP SEVEN(b):
For installation of Health Coach Controller Only
• Attach Cable Clips (13) to underside of table top and secure loose
cables neatly via clips.

STEP EIGHT:

• Make sure all cables are plugged in securely to Control Box (6)
• Organise loose cables and tuck them into Center Rail (4)
• Place Cable Tray (15) on top of Center Rail
• Adjust Cable Tray and align it to holes in Center Rail, then insert
and tighten four Pan Head Screws (M6x10mm) (10) to fasten and
secure Cable Tray. Repeat for the other end.

9STEP NINE:

10 STEP TEN:
Make sure to turn the table on the side with the Notch - do not
turn the table on the side with the controller installed
• Grab desk base and flip assembled table right side up
• Plug Power Cord (8) into 230v outlet to power the table

Technical Information
• Enter Reset Mode: Turn the controller anti-clockwise
(DOWN position) and hold until the display reads
“RESET”, then release the controller.
• Finish Reset: Turn and hold the DOWN position again
until the desk lowers itself to the minimum height,
slightly rises and stops.
• The desk is now reset.

Make sure no obstacles are in the desk’s path.
Make sure the desktop is not touching any walls.
Make sure all cords are an appropriate length to
accommodate the changes in height.
This height adjustable desk has electric motors and is designed for
use in dry work areas only. The desk height is adjustable so that it can
be positioned at the most ergonomically suitable height. Any other
use is at the user’s risk. Under no circumstances does EverDesk+
accept warranty claims or liability claims for damages caused from
improper use or handling of the desk frame.
Keep Children away from electric height-adjustable
desks, control units and handsets. There is a risk of
injury and electric shock.
Do not sit or stand on the desk frame.
Do not crawl or lie under the desk frame.
Do not place any objects taller than 20”
underneath the desk.
Do not open or dismantle any of the components -
the Legs, Control Box, or Switch. There is a danger of
electric shock.
This product is designed with a duty cycle of 10%.
(2 minutes on, 18 minutes off.

In the event of a power outage or if the power cords
is unplugged, a manual reset may be necessary.

Ensure that the desk it at its lowest height before
attempting any reset functions.

Technical Information
• Turn the controller anti-clockwise (DOWN position) and hold
until the display reads “RESET”, then release the controller.
• Press and hold the “1” button while the display flashes
“RESET” and then switches to either:
10.1 ( = One Touch)
10.2 ( = Constant touch)
• Press the “1” button again until desired setting is reached.
Once the chosen setting is displayed, release the button and
wait about 5 seconds for the display to return to “RESET”.
• Finish the reset process by turning the controller
anti-clockwise and holding it until the desk lowers further,
slightly rises and stops.
The new touch settings are saved and the desk is ready to use.
Touch Settings
• Turn the controller anti-clockwise (DOWN position) and hold
until the display reads “RESET”, then release the controller.
• Press and hold the EverDesk+ Logo for about 5 seconds until
the minimum height is displayed.
• Turn the controller anti-clockwise or clockwise to decrease or
increase the height value respectively.
• Finish the reset process by turning the controller
anti-clockwise and holding it until the desk lowers further,
slightly rises and stops.
The new height value is saved and the desk is ready to use.
Manually Change Height Value

10.3 ( = CM)
10.4 ( = Inches)
• Press the “2” button again until desired setting is reached.
Once the chosen setting is displayed, release the button and
wait about 5 seconds for the display to return to “RESET”.
• Finish the reset process by turning the controller
anti-clockwise and holding it until the desk lowers further,
slightly rises and stops.
The new unit settings are saved and the desk is ready to use.
