rispondenza delle caratteristiche funzionali è conseguita solo nel caso di un suo utilizzo esclusivamente limitato alla funzione per la quale è stato realizzato, e cioè:

Qualunque utilizzo al di fuori di questo ambito non è previsto e quindi non è possibile garantire la sua corretta operatività e pertanto è fatto espresso divieto al detentore
del presente manuale di utilizzarlo per ragioni diverse da quelle per le quali é stato redatto ovvero esplicative delle caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto e delle modalità di uso.
I processi produttivi sono sorvegliati attentamente per prevenire difettosità e malfunzionamenti; purtuttavia la componentistica adottata è soggetta a guasti in percentuali
estremamente modeste, come d’altra parte avviene per ogni manufatto elettronico o meccanico. Vista la destinazione di questo articolo (protezione di beni e persone)
invitiamo l’utilizzatore a commisurare il livello di protezione offerto dal sistema all’effettiva situazione di rischio (valutando la possibilità che detto sistema si trovi ad

Richiamiamo l’attenzione dell’utilizzatore (conduttore dell’impianto) sulla necessità di provvedere regolarmente ad una manutenzione periodica del sistema
almeno secondo quanto previsto dalle norme in vigore oltre che ad effettuare, con frequenza adeguata alla condizione di rischio, verifiche sulla corretta funzionalità
del sistema stesso segnatamente alla centrale, sensori, avvisatori acustici, combinatore/i telefonico/i ed ogni altro dispositivo collegato. Al termine del periodico
controllo l’utilizzatore deve informare tempestivamente l’installatore sulla funzionalità riscontrata.
La progettazione, l’installazione e la manutenzione di sistemi incorporanti questo prodotto sono riservate a personale in possesso dei requisiti e delle conoscenze
necessarie ad operare in condizioni sicure ai fini della prevenzione infortunistica. E’ indispensabile che la loro installazione sia effettuata in ottemperanza alle norme
vigenti. Le parti interne di alcune apparecchiature sono collegate alla rete elettrica e quindi sussiste il rischio di folgorazione nel caso in cui si effettuino operazioni di
manutenzione al loro interno prima di aver disconnesso l’alimentazione primaria e di emergenza. Alcuni prodotti incorporano batterie ricaricabili o meno per l’alimentazione
di emergenza. Errori nel loro collegamento possono causare danni al prodotto, danni a cose e pericolo per l’incolumità dell’operatore (scoppio ed incendio).

FOR THE INSTALLER: Comply strictly with current standards governing the installation of electrical systems and security systems, and with the manufacturer’s direc-
tions given in the manuals supplied with the products. Provide the user with full information on using the system installed and on its limitations, pointing out that there
are different levels of security performance that will need to suit the user’s requirements within the constraints of the specific applicable standards. See that the user
looks through the warnings given herein.
FOR THE USER: Check the system’s operation thoroughly at regular intervals, making sure the equipment can be armed and disarmed properly. Make sure the system
receives proper routine maintenance, employing the services of specialist personnel who meet the requirements prescribed by current regulations. Ask your installer
to check that the system suits changing operating conditions (e.g. changes in the extent of the areas to be protected, change in access methods, etc...).
This device has been designed, built and tested with the utmost care and attention, adopting test and inspection procedures in accordance with current legislation. Full
compliance of the working specifications is only achieved in the event the device is used solely for its intended purpose, namely:

The device is not intended for any use other than the above and hence its correct functioning in such cases cannot be assured.
Consequently, any use of the manual in your possession for any purpose other than those for which it was compiled - namely for the purpose of explaining the product’s
technical features and operating procedures - is strictly prohibited.
Production processes are closely monitored in order to prevent faults and malfunctions. However, the componentry adopted is subject to an extremely modest per-
centage of faults, which is nonetheless the case with any electronic or mechanical product.
Given the intended use of this item (protection of property and people), we invite you to adapt the level of protection offered by the system to suit the actual situation
of risk (allowing for the possibility of impaired system operation due to faults or other problems), while reminding you that there are specific standards for the design
and production of systems intended for this kind of application.
We hereby advise you (the system’s operator) to see that the system receives regular routine maintenance, at least in accordance with the provisions of current
legislation, and also check on as regular a basis as the risk involved requires that the system in question is operating properly, with particular reference to the
control unit, sensors, sounders, dialler(s) and any other device connected. You must let the installer know how well the system seems to be operating, based
on the results of periodic checks, without delay.
Work involved in the design, installation and maintenance of systems incorporating this product should be performed only by personnel with suitable skills and knowl-
edge required to work safely so as to prevent any accidents. It is vital that systems be installed in accordance with current legislation. The internal parts of certain
equipment are connected to the mains and therefore there is a risk of electrocution when maintenance work is performed inside without first disconnecting the primary
and emergency power supplies. Certain products include batteries, rechargeable or otherwise, as an emergency backup power supply. If connected incorrectly, they
may cause damage to the product or property, and may endanger the operator (explosion and fire).

Ai sensi della Direttiva 2012/19/UE, relativa allo smaltimento dei rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche (RA-

NOTE IMPORTANTI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE
1. L'installazione consigliata prevede l'utilizzo dell'alimentatore TLC/ALVS2 (ALI38002) o TLC/AL4
(ALI38001) connesso alla telecamera con il suo jack di uscita.
2. La telecamera deve essere alimentata con 12 Vcc ±10%. L'alimentatore stabilizzato deve erogare più di
1 A. Non utilizzare un alimentatore per antifurto: potrebbe danneggiare irreparabilmente la telecamera.
3. Il grado di protezione IP viene garantito solo se la telecamera viene installata seguendo scrupolosamente
le indicazioni contenute in questo manuale.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR CAMERAS INSTALLATION
1. The use of TLC/ALVS2 (ALI38002) or TLC/AL4 (ALI38001) power unit is recommended: it shall be con-
nected to the camera through its output jack.
2. Cameras shall be supplied DC 12 V ±10% power. The stabilized power unit shall supply more than 1 A.
DO NOT USE a power unit for burglar systems: it may cause irreparable damage to the camera.
3. The IP protection class is granted only if the camera is installed according to the indications provided in
this manual.

1. GENERALITÀ
Le Telecamere AHD Full HD offrono la soluzione che permette di realizzare un impianto Megapixel basato su un’infra-
struttura analogica. Grazie alla tecnologia AHD è possibile realizzare un impianto TVCC ad alta risoluzione con standard
1080p utilizzando i cavi coassiali RG59, gli stessi utilizzati per la videosorveglianza di tipo analogico, senza necessaria-
mente creare una nuova e complessa struttura dati IP. La versatilità delle telecamere AHD è tale da consentire una veloce
commutazione nello standard analogico PAL 960H nel caso in cui non si disponga di un sistema di registrazione AHD.
2. INSTALLAZIONE E REGOLAZIONI DELLE TELECAMERE
Per l’installazione, seguire attentamente le istruzioni illustrate negli schemi riportati di seguito.
2.1 Installazione telecamere dome senza cupolino
•STEP 1
Dopo aver allentato i grani a brugola con la chiave a brugola in dotazione (A), rimuovere l’anello di fissaggio (B).
•STEP 2
Separare il corpo telecamera dalla base (A) e fissare la base alla parete (o al soffitto) usando la base come dima (B).
Praticare i fori per i tasselli, inserirli e fissare la base sui tasselli con le viti (viti e tasselli in dotazione).

•STEP 3
Nel caso si installi una telecamera dome con ottica varifocal, procedere con la regolazione dell’obiettivo in questo modo:
utilizzare un cacciavite appropriato per la regolazione di zoom e fuoco e agire sulle viti come nell’immagine seguente:
NOTA: Avvitare e svitare con cura le viti di regolazione senza forzare il fine corsa per non danneggiare la telecamera.
Le telecamere motorizzate si regolano invece tramite il menu del videoregistratore (consultare il capitolo 2.6 a pag. 12).
•STEP 4
In caso di utilizzo dell’accessorio opzionale BACKBOX, procedere all’installazione come da immagini seguenti (A) e (B).
2.2 Installazione telecamere dome con cupolino
•STEP 1
A : Eseguire i fori in base alla dima di foratura fornita con il prodotto.
B : Rimuovere la cupola trasparente della telecamera svitando le viti di fissaggio con la chiave a brugola in dotazione.

•STEP 2
Regolare zoom e fuoco della telecamera agendo sulle viti di regolazione.
Se le viti di regolazione sono difficilmente accessibili, allentare le viti di fissaggio indicate dalle frecce tratteggiate e fissare
la telecamera in una posizione più comoda
-- AGIRE CON ESTREMA DELICATEZZA PER LA REGOLAZIONE DELLO ZOOM --
Utilizzare un cacciavite appropriato per le viti di regolazione di zoom e focus.
•STEP 3
Allentare le viti di bloccaggio indicate dalle frecce tratteggiate.
Effettuare le regolazioni dei tre assi della telecamera agendo sul corpo della stessa come indicato dalla frecce curve.
Fissare nuovamente le viti di bloccaggio.

•STEP 4
A : fissare la telecamera e rimontare il cupolino sulla telecamera, rimuovendo le pellicole protettive e avendo cura di inserire
la bustina in Silica Gel (consultare il capitolo 2.4 a pag. 11).
Se si desidera far uscire il cavo dal foro laterale, allentare il grano laterale con la chiave a brugola in dotazione e procedere
con il punto B
B : rimuovere il fondo ruotandolo in senso orario. Far passare il cavo nell’apposito canale, poi richiudere il fondo ruotandolo
in senso antiorario e fissare nuovamente il grano laterale.
2.3 Installazione telecamere bullet
•STEP 1
Praticare i fori per i tasselli, inserirli e fissare la base della telecamera sui tasselli con le viti in dotazione (viti e tasselli in
dotazione).

•STEP 2
Allentare le viti indicate con la chiave a brugola in dotazione per agire sulle regolazioni a 3 assi di telecamera e snodo.
•STEP 3
Effettuare le regolazioni della telecamera agendo sul corpo della stessa come indicato dalla frecce. Per abilitare il movimen-
to verticale, allentare le due viti indicate dalle frecce (STEP 2) ai lati del corpo telecamera.
•STEP 4a (telecamere bullet con regolazione esterna)
Nel caso si installi una telecamera bullet con ottica varifocal
procedere con la regolazione dell’obiettivo in questo modo:
utilizzare un cacciavite appropriato per la regolazione di zoom
e fuoco e agire sulle viti come nell’immagine seguente:
NOTA
Avvitare e svitare con cura le viti di regolazione senza
forzare il fine corsa per non danneggiare la telecamera.
•STEP 4b (telecamere bullet motorizzate)
Nel caso si installi una telecamera con ottica motorizzata,
regolare l’obiettivo tramite i menu del DVR (consultare il
capitolo 2.6 a pag. 12).

NON aprire lo sportello presente sul retro del corpo della
telecamera.

Aprire lo sportellino (A) e procedere con la regolazione dell’ottica, del fuoco e dello zoom. Usare un cacciavite appropriato
per le viti di regolazione di zoom e focus. Utilizzare il trimmer indicato con la freccia (C) per regolare la potenza dell’IR
:

Inserire la bustina in Silica Gel (consultare il capitolo 2.4 a pag. 11).

In caso di utilizzo dell’accessorio opzionale BACKBOX e della flangia (A) per il montaggio della telecamera bullet, assem-

2.4 Nota importante - telecamere che necessitano di essere aperte per la taratura
NELLE TELECAMERE CHE NECESSITANO DI ESSERE APERTE PER LA TARATURA E' OBBLIGATORIO
INSERIRE DEI SALI ESSICCANTI IN BUSTINA
La bustina di sali essiccanti usata per il trasporto dell’apparecchio NON DEVE ESSERE INSERITA ALL’INTERNO DELLA
TELECAMERA. Per l’inserimento nell’apparecchio deve essere utilizzata una nuova bustina di sali opportunamente
conservata per evitare il ristagno dell’umidità. La conseguenza visibile del mancato utilizzo è l’appannamento del ve-
tro interno con deterioramento della ripresa video. Nel lungo periodo si possono verificare anche danneggiamenti alle
parti elettroniche della stessa telecamera.
ISTRUZIONI D’USO
Dopo aver aperto la telecamera ed aver eseguito le operazioni di taratura inserire la nuova bustina di sali opportunamente
conservata (vedi sotto) e richiudere immediatamente la telecamera stessa. Si consiglia di inserire più di una bustina nel
cosa di taratura in giornate di forte umidità o eventualmente di sostituire la bustina non appena si formano i primi appan-
namenti. Ad ogni nuova apertura della telecamera, la bustina di Silica Gel al suo interno va eliminata e sostituita con
una bustina nuova di Silica Gel.
CONSERVAZIONE DELLA BUSTINA DI SILICA GEL
Le bustine devono essere prelevate dalla confezione integra e sigillata, e posizionate nel dispositivo che deve essere pro-
tetto dall’umidità. Le bustine essiccanti non devono essere lasciate all’aria per più di qualche minuto prima dell’utilizzo.
Esposizioni all’aria superiori a mezzora possono limitare o impedire del tutto l’azione protettiva contro la condensa. Gli im-
balli primari contenenti le bustine devono essere richiusi dopo il prelievo dei pezzi necessari alla lavorazione. La chiusura
degli imballi dovrebbe essere effettuata per termo-saldatura del politene, quando questo non è possibile, si consiglia almeno
la chiusura con cordino. Gli imballi aperti devono essere utilizzati nel minor tempo possibile. Il prodotto è stabile nel tempo
se conservato in un ambiente secco e protetto dall’umidità. Il materiale stoccato per un periodo superiore ai 12 mesi può
presentare minore efficienza e capacità disidratante, pertanto si consiglia l’impiego del materiale entro 12 mesi e la con-
servazione del prodotto in imballi integri.
2.5 Nota importante - installazione di telecamere da esterno
Per l’installazione della telecamera da esterno seguire attentamente le istruzioni illustrate negli schemi riportati di
seguito.

2.6 Commutazione dello standard delle telecamere
Di default, la telecamera si trova in modalità AHD.
Per commutare lo standard delle telecamere e per regolare lo zoom e il fuoco di quelle motorizzate, è necessario entrare
nel menu telecamera del videoregistratore, selezionare il sotto-menu dedicato alla commutazione dello standard (vedere
manuale del videoregistratore) e selezionare AHD o CVBS.

3. GENERALS
Full HD AHD Cameras offer the possibility to realise a Megapixel system based on analogue infrastructures. The AHD
technology allows to assemble a 1080p high-resolution CCTV system using RG59 coax cables, the same cables used for
analogue video surveillance, without having to set a new complicated IP-based data structure. The versatility of Full HD
AHD Cameras allows a quick switching to PAL 960H analogue standard when an AHD-based recording system is not
available.
4. CAMERAS INSTALLATION AND SETUP
4.1 “Eyeball” dome camera installation
To install dome cameras, please follow the instructions given below carefully.
•STEP 1
Unscrew the camera base screws using the provided hex key (A), then remove the fixing ring (B).
•STEP 2
Separate the camera body from the base (A) and fix the base to the wall or ceiling using the very base as template (B).
Drill the holes for the dowels, insert the dowels into the holes, and screw the base to the dowels with the screws (both
dowels and screws provided).

•STEP 3
When installing a dome camera with varifocal lens: to adjust the lens use a proper screwdriver to adjust zoom and focus,
and use the tool as illustrated in the image below:
NOTE
Pay attention when screwing and unscrewing the adjusting screws: do not screw beyond the closing point to avoid
damage to the camera.
Motorized camera lenses have to be adjusted from the video-recorder menu (See chapter 4.6 on page 20).
•STEP 4
When using BACKBOX optional accessory: install the accessory as illustrated in the images below (A) and (B).
4.2 Dome cameras installation
•STEP 1
A : Drill holes according to the drilling template supplied with the camera.
B : Remove the camera’s transparent dome: unscrew fixing screws with the provided hex key.

•STEP 2 (varifocal cameras only)
Set the zoom and focus of the camera thanks to the adjusting screws.
If the adjusting screws are hard to access, loosen the locking screws indicated by dotted arrows in the picture below and
fix the camera on a more comfortable position.
-- BE EXTREMELY GENTLE AND CAREFUL WHEN ADJUSTING CAMERA ZOOM --
Use a proper screwdriver for zoom and focus adjusting screws.
•STEP 3
Loosen the locking screws indicated by dotted arrows in the image below.
Adjust the three-axis motion of the camera by rotating the camera body as indicated by the curved arrows.
Tighten the locking screws to fix the camera in place.

•STEP 4
A : fix the camera in place and screw the dome again, removing any protective film and placing a Silica Gel packet inside
(See chapter 4.4 on page 19).
If you need to have the cable go out through the side hole, loosen the grub screw on the side with the provided hex key and
proceed with item B
B : remove the base by rotating it clockwise. Place the cable in its special path, then set the base in place again by rotating
it anticlockwise and by tightening the grub screw again.
4.3 Bullet cameras installation
•STEP 1
Drill the holes for the dowels, insert the dowels into the holes, and screw the base to the dowels with the screws (both
dowels and screws provided).

•STEP 2
Loosen the screws indicated by the arrows with the hex key provided to adjust the 3-axis setting of camera and joint.
•STEP 3
To adjust camera positions: move and rotate the camera body, joint and bracket as shown by arrows in the images below
(A) and (B). To enable tilt movement, loosen the two screws on both sides of the camera indicated by the arrows at STEP 2.
•STEP 4a (bullet cameras with external screws)
When installing a bullet camera with varifocal lens: to adjust
the lens use a proper screwdriver to adjust zoom and focus,
and use the tool as illustrated in the image below:
NOTE
Pay attention when screwing and uncrewing the adjusting
screws: do not screw beyond the closing point to avoid
damage to the camera.

When installing a bullet camera with motorized lens, adjust

To access camera controls, open camera door (A) and adjust lens, focus and zoom. Use a suitable screwdriver to adjust
focus and zoom screws. Use the trimmer indicated by the arrow to adjust camera IR level (C).

4.4 Important note - cameras that need to be opened for calibration
INSERT SILICA GEL PACKETS INSIDE CAMERAS THAT NEED TO BE OPENED FOR CALIBRATION
The Silica Gel packet used for device transport must not be POSITIONED INSIDE THE CAMERA BODY. A NEW Silica
Gel packet shall be used instead and inserted inside the camera; the packet has to be stored properly to avoid
humidity problems. If Silica Gel packets are not used, the visible consequences are the internal glass fogginess and
the video live images or recording damage. In the long term, damages to the electronic parts of the camera may
occur. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
After camera opening and calibration, insert the new Silica Gel packet properly stored (see note below) inside the camera
body and reassemble the camera immediately. It is recommended (1) to position more than one Silica Gel packets in
case of installation in days with high humidity rate or (2) to replace the Silica Gel packet as soon as fogginess appears.
The Silica Gel packet inside the camera must be eliminated and replaced with a new packet each time the camera
is opened. SILICA GEL PACKETS STORAGE
The packets must be taken from an intact and sealed box and positioned inside the device to be protected against
humidity. The desiccant packets must not be left in the open air longer than a few minutes before usage. Periods longer
than a few minutes in the open air may damage the packet irreparably.
Packaging with Silica Gel packets inside must be closed immediately after the necessary elements have been taken out.
The packaging shall be closed with polythene heat-sealing or, alternatively, tied with proper wires. Open packaging shall be
used in the shortest time possible; the product is stable in the long term only if stored in a dry, humidity-protected place.
Materials stored for periods longer than 12 months may result less effective and feature less desiccant capacity; for these
reasons it is recommended to store the material inside intact and sealed boxes and use the material within 12 month time.
4.5 Important note - outdoor cameras
Always install outdoor cameras following the instructions below.

4.6 Cameras standard switching
By default, cameras are in AHD mode.
To switch cameras standard or to set the focus and zoom of motorized cameras, access the camera menu of the video
recorder, select the sub-menu intended for switching standards (see the control manual of the recorder) and select AHD
or CVBS.
