FCC Compliance Statement
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including

This Exxentric Flywheel Device is equipped with a built-
in kMeter that connects with your Android or iOS device
to provide real time feedback. Two AA batteries are pre-
installed and the kMeter is ready to connect via the app
directly.
The kMeter turns on and off automatically and has no
manual switch.
To distinguish between your different device and kMeter
units, a sticker with a unique ID number on it is included.
Place this sticker on your device for future reference.
This unique number corresponds to the kMeter unit
installed on the device.
If multiple kMeters are in range, a drop down list with
kMeter IDs will be visible when the ‘connect’ option in the
app is chosen. From here, select the device you wish to
be connected to.
