本表为指针式运动表,除计时功能外,带
有指南针、高度计和温度计等功能。

本表有3个功能模式:时间模式、指南针
模式、高度计模式,用户需根据所使用的功能
选择相应的功能模式。
在不同模式,各指针的功能有所不同,详
见各模式说明。
如果操作过程指针不能按照要求转向12点

4.时间和温度计
4.1.时间模式
本表常 规 为 时 间 模式。当秒针顺时针跳
转,说明手表处于时间模式, 此 时 各 指针 功
能如下图。
4.2.时间设置
1)进入时间设置状态:
在时间模式,按住[B]键直到秒针停止转
动;
2)秒针校零:
按[A]键或[C]键顺时针或逆时针调整,或按
住[A]键或[C]键快速调整,直到秒针正对12点
位(如果秒针已指向12点位,可以跳过此步骤);
3)设置分针和时针:
先按一下[B]键,再按[A]键或[C]键顺时针
或逆时针调整,按住[A]键或[C]键快速调整,
直到分针和时针指向当前时间;
4)退出时间设置状态:
按[B]键,手表返回时间模式。

在时间模式,可查看时间和温度。
位或零刻度,说明指针需要校正,校正方法参
见第7章。

在指南针模式,可查看方位、时间和温度。
在指南针模式按[B]键 ,手表返回时 间模
式(秒针先转向12点位,然后指向当前时间,
开始走时)。
在时间设置状态,若无按键操作, 分钟后
手表自动返回到时间模式。

5.指南针
5.1.指南针模式
在时间模式或高度计模式
向12点位再指向磁北,表示手表进入指南针模
式,此时各指针功能如下图。
按[A]键 秒针转,

5.2.指南针校正
况要进行指南针校正:
为了确保测量方位的准确性,出现下列情

校正指南针
指南针模式
指南针校正过程中,按[B]键可取消校正,
手表返回指南针模式。
在指南针校正状态,若无按键操作,30秒
后手表自动返回指南针模式。
在指南针模式,若无按键操作,30秒后手
表自动回到时间模式。
建议在户外远离磁场的空旷场所校正。
指南针校正方法:在指南针模式,按住[A]
键直到指北针停止在12点位,表示进入指南针
校正状态;保持手表水平慢速旋转至少2圈(每圈
约15秒),直到指北针重新指向磁北位置,表示
校正完成,手表自动返回指南针模式。

6.高度计
6.1.高度计模式
温度指针分别转向12点位和零刻度,然后指向
高度,表示手表进入高度计模式,此时各指针功
能如下图。
在时间模式或指南针模式,按[C]键秒针和
1)更换电池后;
2)到新的地区;
3)指南针被磁化;
4)指南针测量不准确。

6.2.高度读数
在高度计模式,高度尾数指针指示1000米
内的 读 数 , 高 度 千 位 指 针 指 示 千 位 读 数( 读
数X1000米)。

在高度计模式,可查看高度和时间。
在高度计模式按[B]键,手表返回时间模式
(秒针先转向12点位,然后指向当前时间,开始
走时)。
6.3.高度校正
使用本表测量海拔高度前,需先设置当前
高度以校正高度计,方法如下:
1)进入高度校正状态:
在高度计模式,按住[C]键直到高度尾数指
针和高度千位指针分别指向12点位和零刻度;

5,表示当前高度

在高度校正状态,若无按键操作,30秒后
手表自动返回高度计模式;
在高度计模式,若无按键操作,3分钟后手
表自动返回时间模式。

7.指针校正
1)进入指针校正状态:
在时间模式同时按住[A][B][C]3个按键,
直到秒针、时针和分针、温度指针均停止不
动;
2)调整秒针:
按[A]键或[C]键顺时针或逆时针调整秒针,
按住[A]键或按[C]键快速调整,直到秒针指向
12点位;
3)调整分针和时针:
先按一下[B]键,再按[A]键或[C]键可顺时
针或逆时针调整分针和时针,按住[A]键或[C]
键快速调整,直到分针和时针一起指向12点
位;

2)设置当前高度:
按[A]键或[C]键增减高度,按住[A]键或[C]
键快速增减高度(高度尾数指针每转动一圈,高
度千位指针会自动跳转一格,表示高度增或减
1000米);
3)退出高度校正状态:
按[B]键,手表返回高度计模式。

8.更换电池

更换电池后,手表自动进入指针校正状态。
指针校正后需重新设置时间。

4)调整温度指针:
先按一下[B]键,再按[A]键或[C]键顺时针
或逆时针调整温度指针,按住[A]键或[C]键快
速调整,直到温度指针指向零刻度。
5)退出指针校正状态:
按住[B]键,手表返回时间模式。

9.防水性
本表具有50米防水性,可佩戴洗手、凉水
淋浴、游泳,但不可佩戴潜水和桑拿等。
为保持防水性:
1)要定 期 更 换防水 圈 ,一般 是1-2年 , 如不更
换可能会因胶圈老化而受潮;
2)不能在水中操作按键。
警告 - 请勿挤压或刺穿废旧电池,更不能
将其投入火中或水中,以免引起或灾。请正确
回收或丢弃废旧电池。

1.Introduction
Thank you for purchasing EZON sport watch.
Please read this operation instruction to know the fun-
ctions, the way of operation and the safety information
before using the watch.
This is a multi-functional watch which combines
time, compass, altimeter and thermometer together.

There are three functions mode i :
time mode, compass mode, altimeter mode. You must
select corresponding mode before using the function.
In different modes, the watch hands have diff-
erent functions. They will be introduced behind.
If the hands can not rotate to 12 o'clock position
or zero graduation as required during the operation,
you need to calibrate watch hands referring to
chapter 7.

4.Time and Thermometer
4.1.Time Mode
The watch is in the time mode usually.
second hand is running clockwise, it means the
watch is in the time mode, and the functions of watch
hands are as the following picture.

minute hand and hour hand quickly, to make the minute
hand and hour hand point to current time.
4)Exiting from the setting status:
Press button [B] to return the watch to the time
mode.

In the setting time status, the watch will to

5.Compass
5.1.Compass Mode
n the time mode or altimeter mode,
the second hand rotate to 12 o`clock position, then
point to the magnetic north.It means the watch is in
the compass mode, and the functions of watch hands
are as the following picture.

to 12 o`clock position, then points to the current
time and begins running).

To ensure the accuracy of measurement, the com-
pass need to be calibrated if there is one of the foll-

6.Altimeter
6.1.Altimeter Mode
Press button [C] in the time mode or compass
mode, the second hand and temperature hand will
rotate to 12 o`clock position and zero graduation
respectively, then point to altitude, it means the
watch is in the altimeter mode, and the functions of
watch hands are as the following picture.
1)After replacing battery;
2)In a new area;
3)The compass has been magnetized;
4)The measurement error is too large.
The way of calibrating compass is as following:
In the compass mode, press down button [A] until
the north hand points to 12 o`clock position. It means
the watch is in the compass setting status. Keep the
watch level and rotate the watch at least 2 circles
slowly (more than 15 seconds for each circle).
When the calibration finishes, the north hand
points to the magnetic north, and the watch returns to
the compass mode automatically.
In the process of compass calibration, press but-
ton [B] to cancel calibration and return the watch to
the compass mode.
The watch will return to the compass mode auto-
matically if no button is operated within 30 seconds
in the compass calibration status.
The watch will return to the time mode automa-
tically if no button is operated within 30 seconds in
the compass mode.
Please calibrate compass in outdoor spacious
area where is far from magnetic field.

6.2.Getting Altitude Readings
In the alti mode, the altitude mantissa hand
indicates the altitude within 1000 meters, and the alti-
tude multiple hand indicates the altitude in thousands
digit (reading x1000 meters).

For example, in the
altitude mode, altitude

to 400, and altitude
multiple hand points
to 5, it means the
current altitude is:
5x1000+400=5,400m.
While the watch is in the altimeter mode, you
can view altitude and time.
In the altimeter mode, press button [B] to return the
watch to the time mode(the second hand rotates to 12
o`clock position, then points to the current time and
begins running).

6.3.Calibrating Altitude
Before measuring altitude with this watch, please
set the current altitude to calibrating altitude. The way
is as following:
1)Enter into altitude calibration status:
In the altimeter mode, press down button [C] until
the altitude mantissa hand and altitude multiple hand
rotate to 12 o`clock position and zero graduation
respectively;

Altitude CalibrationAltitude Mode
The watch will return to the altitude mode auto-
matically if no button is operated within 30 seconds
in the altitude calibration status.
The watch will return to the time mode automa-
tically if no button is operated within 3 minutes in the
altitude mode .
7. Calibrating Hands
2)Setting current altitude:
Press button [A] or [C] to rotate the altitude man-
tissa hand clockwise or anticlockwise, or press down
button [A] or [C] to rotate the hand quickly (when
altitude mantissa hand rotates a circle, the altitude
multiple hand will rotate a cell in the same direction
which indicates altitude plus or minus 1000 meters),
to make the hands point to the current altitude;
3)Exiting from the altitude calibration status:
Press button [B] to return the watch to the
altitude mode.
1)Entering into the watch hand calibration status:
In the time mode, press down button [A] & [B] &
[C] together until the second hand, hour hand, minute
hand and temperature hand stop;
2)Calibrating the second hand:
Press button [A] or [C] to rotate second hand clo-
ckwise or anticlockwise, press down button [A] or [C]
to rotate quickly, to make the second hand point to 12
o`clock position;
3)Calibrating the minute hand and hour hand:
Press button [B], then press button [A] or [C] to

The watch will enter into the watch hand calibra-
tion status automatically after the battery is replaced.
You should reset time after calibrating hands.

5)Exiting from the watch hand calibration status:
Press down button [B] to return the watch to the
time mode.
