makethisdisclaimer.

•SOFTWARETRANSFERALLOWEDBUTWITHRESTRICTIONS. Youmaypermanently
transferrightsunderthisEULAonlyaspartofapermanentsale ortransferofthe
Device,andonlyiftherecipient agreestothisEULA. IftheSOFTWAREisanupgrade,
anytransfermustalsoinclude all priorversionsoftheSOFTWARE.
•EXPORTRESTRICTIONS.Youacknowledgethat SOFTWAREisofUS-origin.You
agreetocomplywithallapplicable internationalandnationallawsthat applytothe
SOFTWARE,includingtheU.S.ExportAdministrationRegulations,aswell asend-user,
end-use andcountrydestinationrestrictionsissuedbyU.S.andothergovernments.
