Using
the
appliance
The
appliance
uses
magnetism
to
transferenergy
into
the
induction
base
of
cookware.Thismeans
the
surface
of the
appliancedoes
not get as hot as
regular
cooktops.Once
you
lower
the
temperaturesetting,
the
appliancecools
down
immediately.
Residual
heatfromcookware
may
still
be
affecting
the
surface
of
the
appliance,therefore
always
exercisecautionwhileusing
the
appliance.
The
appliance
is
easy
to
clean,
easy
to
use,energyefficient
and
helps
to
control
the
cooking temperaturemoreaccurately
than
conventionalcooktops.
