Congratulations on purchasing your FastTT PDA Adapter Kit to fit
your Profile Design Aeria Evo base bar!
The following instructions will guide you through the installation process.
There is one left side and one right side adapter stack in each pack. Each adapter stack includes
the following components:
FITTING THE ADAPTER
The supplied M6 bolts are inserted into the base bar from below. If you are
using the 10mm spacer supplied with the kit, then the 40mm bolts are used.
If you are NOT using the spacer then the 30mm bolts are used.
NOTE: Using the incorrect length bolts will prevent the adjustable angled
riser from tightening up correctly and may cause slippage.
Insert the nuts into the riser block and attach the base bar bolts through the
base bar. The nuts will sit snugly in the riser block when tightening and don’t
require a wrench to hold them in place. Tighten the base bar bolts to 6Nm.

INCREASING STACK HEIGHT WITH SPACERS
The kit is supplied with a pair of 10mm spacers. It is not essential to use these but they provide
an option for a higher stack. The approximate stack height with the spacer is 57mm and
without the spacer is 47mm.
If you are adding extra FastTT spacers than these should be placed between the adjustable
angled riser and the adapter spacer. Only Type B spacers should be used with this adapter kit.
You will need to source the correct length M6 cap head bolts if you add spacers.
ADJUSTING BAR ANGLE
The FastTT adjustable angled risers provide a wide range of bar angle adjustment from 10° to
25°. To adjust bar angle, remove the bars and loosen the M6 locking bolt in the top block of
the riser so that it is snug but still allows for angle adjustment. Bolt your bars onto the top
block and adjust the angle to suit your setup by referencing the angle markings on the side of
the bottom block.
Once you have decided on the correct angle for your setup, unbolt the bars. Tighten the M6
locking bolts to 12-13Nm torque. (NOTE: Before final tightening ensure that the top and
bottom blocks are properly aligned and fitting snugly. This can be checked by slightly twisting
the blocks side to side. Any play indicates that the blocks are not properly aligned). The M6
locking bolts MUST ALWAYS be installed with the supplied washer.
Reinstall the bar brackets to your preferred angle and tighten to 5Nm. Refit the bars and
tighten the bar bolts to 5Nm.

IMPORTANT: Due to the corrosive nature corrosive nature of perspiration and moisture on
the cockpit area of the bike, we recommend that you apply anti-seize thread compound to
all bolt threads before installation. Check the condition of bolts regularly and replace if there
are any signs of corrosion. Failure to follow this recommendation may result in seized and
damaged bolts.
When working with the M5 button head bar bolts, please take extra care when tightening
and loosening. Button head bolts don’t have as much depth in the hex section as cap bolts,
and can deform or be damaged under the following conditions, leading to difficulty removing
them:
• Allen wrench tip is worn
• Bolts have been overtightened
• No anti-seize thread compound has been used
• Bolts have corroded

The manufacturer (Bold Horizon Ltd t/a FastTT) assumes no responsibility or liability for any
injury, loss or damage caused as a result of using this product under any conditions. FastTT
adjustable angled risers are supplied with a 24-month manufacturers defect warranty. Any
damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, accident, or any other cause is
not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
In the event of a warranty claim the manufacturer reserves the right to replace, repair or credit
the full purchase price excluding shipping (where applicable). In the event of a replacement or
repair, the cost of returning the unit to the manufacturer will be paid by the customer. The
manufacturer will pay for shipping of the repaired or replacement unit to the customer.
