Introduction
Electric stair climbing hand trucks are mostly used in homes and multi-story buildings without
elevators to pull goods.
It is safe to use, simple, fast, and easy to fold.
Product usage: This product is designed to be operated by trained caregivers

Important Safety Tips

1. Before installing or using this product, the user must follow the operating instructions of the
sales technician and carefully read the "Operation Manual for this product" Carry out actual

5. The use limit of this product is below 160 kg, please do not overload it to avoid danger.
6. Do not let infants, children, and pets approach this product to avoid danger.
7.Please use the original battery, please charge in a dry environment.
8.The battery of this product can be reused. If you need to replace it, please contact the factory
personnel for replacement. Do not open or replace it yourself to avoid danger. The replaced
battery should be disposed of in accordance with the waste disposal laws of each country.

Precautions Before Use
1. As far as possible, the operator should be men under the age of 50, the elderly or the infirm
are prohibited to operate!
2. The operator must not let go of the armrest with both hands from beginning to end!
3. During the operation, press down the armrest forcefully to keep the overall balance of the
car body!
4. If the operator cannot fully control the equipment alone, there must be an assistant in front
of the car body to keep the car body balanced!
5. When starting up the stairs, the car body will tilt up, please be sure to press the handrails!
6. If you need to stop halfway, you must ensure that the crawler presses the three steps at the
same time!
7. The first two steps downstairs should be stopped, so that the crawler tracks on the steps to
ensure the balance of the car body!
8. If you need an emergency stop when you go up and down, you can turn off the emergency
power supply in the middle!

9. In the process of going downstairs, the front wheels of the car body should be as far away as
possible from the edge of the steps. At this time, tilt the front wheels to allow the crawler to
take the ground. Hold the armrests with both hands to ensure the car body is balanced. Press the
downstairs button to adjust the car body to balance at any time. status!
10. When going upstairs, when you reach the last step, keep pressing the upstairs button with
your right hand, and hold the handrail with your left hand to let the car body slowly stand up.
When the 4 wheels of the car body touch the ground, immediately move the car body away
from the step surface. Avoid sliding the stairs chair due to the operator's inability to control the
car body!
11.If it is not a mechanical failure of the product itself, the customer believes that the operation
does not follow the instructions and prompts and the personnel injury caused by the operation is
at your own risk!
12.This machine can only be used by personnel who have been trained in the operation and read
the instruction manual carefully before starting operation!
13.When climbing up and down the stairs, in order to prevent the occupant from overturning
left and right, please be sure to open the front handles on both sides to support the occupant.
When lifting, please secure the occupant with a seat belt.

14.Operation on ladders: Please do not use this machine for ladders above 50 ° or with large
arcs or ladders with oil, icing, moisture and slippery. Driving diagonally on the stairs is a cause
of accidents, which is very dangerous! When ascending, you must pay attention to the rear!
When lowering, you must pay attention to the front.
15. During operation, please do not leave the machine unless it is necessary for emergency.
Passengers weighing less than 80 kg can be controlled by one operator up and down the stairs,
and passengers weighing less than 80 kg can be controlled by one operator up and down the
stairs. For passengers weighing more than 80 kg to 100 kg, it is recommended to add an
assistant to assist the operator in controlling the up and down stairs for safety.

Operating the Hand Truck
Deploying the hand truck
1. Remove the screws from
the hand truck and unbuckle
the strap while holding the
hand truck in a folded position.
2. Fix the screws to the stair
climbing hand truck
3. Releasing the safety belt,

down towards the floor and list

Extending the operating handle
Press the hand lever and lift the
handle and allow it to lock in
position. Depending on the height
of the operator three heights can
be selected.
Extending the tracks
1.Push the lower bar with the red
arrow forward in the direction of the
arrow. This will release the
locking mechanism for the tracks.
2.Pull the upper bar of the tracks
back until the tracks engage on the
second locking position, then again
on the third locking position.

Applying the brakes
Depress the red flap of braking
mechanism firmly with the foot to
engage brake.
Releasing the brakes
Firmly press the grey tab above
the red tab to release the brake.
Folding the hand truck
Wrap the seat belt around the seat
and tighten. The hand truck can
now be moved back to its storage .

Using for transport
Put the goods on the platform after
extending it.
Fixing the goods by belt, press the
red button to release the belt.
Motor control
1.Turn the key fully clockwise to turn
on. A red light will illuminate on the
front of the battery.
2.Turn on the red button when the red
light is red, the motor can work.
3.Press the up button, move the stair
climbing hand truck backward.
4.Press the down button, move the
stair climbing hand truck forward.

Use Method and Precautions
Safety inspection: detailed safety inspection should be done before use.
1) Power check: This product has three green lights (please press and hold the button of the
voltage indicator to check the battery level). If only one light is on, please do not use it. Please
charge it before using it.
2) Panel check: Check whether the function of the upstairs and downstairs buttons on the panel
is normal.
3) Check the parking brake: whether the brake is active and can it stop completely.
4) Safety inspection: Whether the seat belt is tightly closed and whether the screws are
tightened.
5) Track inspection: Whether the track is cracked, worn or loose, if there is any abnormality,
please follow the troubleshooting manual.

Technical Essentials of Climbing
a. Unfold the ladder chair to the state shown in the figure, make sure that the battery power is
on, and adjust the pull rod to a suitable height.
b. Adjust the posture of the ladder chair, adjust the track to the vertical center alignment with
the edge of the stairs, when the edge of the rear wheel is 30cm-40cm from the stairs; stand on
the second step with your left foot, and step on the crossbar of the ladder device with your right
foot at the same time Pull the tie rod inward until the track touches the footsteps of the stairs.
c. Press the power button of the ladder chair to start, and apply a little force downward in the
vertical direction of the angle of the stairs. Press and hold the button of the stairs to move
upward at the speed of the ladder chair.

d. If you need to stop going upstairs halfway, just release the upstairs button. Note: When the
crawler tracks are in contact with less than 3 steps at the same time, a little force must be
applied downward in the vertical direction of the angle of the stairs to prevent the ladder chair
from tilting forward.
e. When reaching the last second step, pull the lever with both hands to the position not lower
than the operator's chest, press and hold the button of upstairs, and slowly pull the ladder chair
to the ground.
f. When the front wheel of the ladder chair enters the flat ground, release the upstairs button,
step on the crossbar of the stairs climbing device with your right foot, and slowly lift up the
lever to gently lay it on the flat ground.

Battery Charging Use
Checking the battery charge
1.Either on the stair climbing hand truck or when it
has been removed turns the battery key fully
clockwise.
2.Depress the red button and the green lights will
illuminate if there is charge within the battery
.1 light=25% charge
.2 light=50% charge
.3 light=75%charge
.4 light=100%charge

3.Unscrew counterclockwise the battery
connection cable.
4.Plug in the charger cable and charge the
battery.
5.When battery is charged remove the charge
cable and plug back in the connection cable
and screw finger tight clockwise.

8) When charging, please make sure that the
charger is not in a humid environment.
9) Please do not touch the charger socket with wet hands.
10) The car cannot be operated while charging to ensure safety.
Tips:
1. After charging, please unplug the 220V AC power plug at the input end of the charger, and
then unplug the output end plug. Keep your hands dry when plugging or unplugging the power
source. If you find an abnormally high temperature or peculiar smell during charging, please
stop charging immediately and contact your dealer for repair.
2.Please fully charge the battery before using it for the first time, which will increase battery
life and performance.
3.For battery maintenance, please charge the battery once a month.

Maintenance
Adjust the Tightness of the Track and Replace it
Note: The original manufacturer or dealer has adjusted the tightness of the track before leaving
the factory.
When the track is loose or too tight, it is necessary to adjust the tightness of the track.
1) Tighten: Use the Allen wrench in the tool as shown in the figure to insert the adjustment hole.
(As shown in the picture on the right) Turn the wrench clockwise to adjust the track until it is
tight (each track has two adjusters, please adjust them separately to keep the track balance.
2)Relaxation: Use the Allen wrench in the required tool as shown in the figure to insert the
