This product is a child protection device to reduce the impact at the time of traffic accident.
However, this product cannot protect the child 100% from accident of any case. Safe driving is
absolutely required to prevent accident.

For safe use of the product, essential points to be kept are marked with the following symbols.
These are safety precautions which should be strictly kept.

2. Conditions of child for application
This safety device is designed to be used for child weighing between 9kg ~36kg.
Child that does not meet the following conditions should not use the product.

3. Conditions of vehicle seat and belt for installation
It is recommended to install on the back seat in consideration of child safety.
Below pictures are examples of installation. Install securely by using vehicle safety belt.
Back seat (vehicle proceeds to the arrow direction) Front seat (vehicle proceeds to the arrow direction)
Danger
Do not use the child restraint on the front passenger seat equipped with an airbag.
Blow-up of airbag may cause death or fatal injury to child.
Install the car seat in forwarding facing only using 3-point car safety belt.

Do not install the product in the following vehicle safety belts and seats.
Vehicle seat without safety belt (unable to fit the child restraint)
Seat equipped with airbag (Blast of airbag may cause death or serious injury to child)
Side seat or seat in reverse direction from the vehicle direction (Shock absorption is difficult in
case of collision)
Seat with depth of less than 45cm (Child restraint installed becomes unstable.)
Seats that hinders safe driving by fitting child harness or front-center seat (for safety of passengers
in case of emergency)
Seat with safety belt fitted in the middle of the seat (unable to firmly fix the child restraint) / picture ①
Vehicle safety belt buckle is positioned too high. (Unable to fix child restraint)/ picture②

1. Guideline for safe use
Warning
This product is a regular child restraint which is suitable for designated standard form of vehicle seat.
However, there are some vehicle belts with which child car seat is unable to be securely fastened, in
which case the product should not be used. Unstable fitting may cause life-threatening injury as a
result of unstable child restraint and insufficient effect in case of collision or sharp braking. For further
questions for clarification, please ask the shop where you purchased the product or our customer
service hotline.
4. Cautions
Warning
Make sure that the child is with the protector when child is in the vehicle. Do not leave the vehicle
with the child placed on the child seat. Temperature gets very high inside the vehicle in the summer
or by hot weather, which may cause death to the child left in the vehicle.
Do not use the child restraint that has been subject to violent stress in an accident. This may be
ineffective and risky in case of emergency. Make sure of using the new product.
Child restraint should be firmly fastened at all times for safety purpose even when the child is not
placed, otherwise the child seat may be moved by collision or sharp braking that may cause
unexpected accident. Also, do not stack objects on the child car seat.
Do not install the product on the front seat of vehicle with two or three doors or on the seat that may
hinder entranc to the rear seat of the vehicle, if rear seat is used for passenger(s) Installation of these
cases may obstruct emergency evacuation and cause danger.
Vehicle safety belt and the harness belt should be kept undamaged in order to be fully effective in case
of an accident. Any damaged belt should not be used and should be replaced with new belt.
Do not unfasten the buckle when a infant is placed on the restraint, otherwise the infant may be put to
danger of having life-threatening injury in case of an accident.
Care needs to be taken in order for the child not to unfasten the belt or come out of the belt by mistakenly
pressing the buckle button of the vehicle safety belt or harness, otherwise life-threatening injury may
occur in case of an accident.
Direct sunlight to the product may cause a burn by touching the metal or plastic part of the product.
Check and make sure that the metal or plastic part of the product is not hot before using.
Do not adjust the child restraint while driving, otherwise it hinders safe driving and could cause unexpected
accident.
Installation of the product on the passenger seat may hinder operating speed gear or hand brake.
In this case, install the product in the rear seat.
Do not let the child standing, bending back or sitting on its knees in the child seat while driving or stopping,
otherwise child will be xposed to danger of getting injured by falling from child seat.
When the product is fastened by the vehicle safety belt, child seat may become unstable because of the
loosened vehicle safety belt while in use. Therefore, routine check is required and install again in case the
vehicle safety belt is loosened. Using the child seat with loosened vehicle belt may be ineffective and cause
danger in case of an accident.

Caution
Do not release the child from child seat while driving in order to avoid life-threatening fatal injury
to child.
Do not allow the child to lean onto the front door in case the vehicle is equipped with SRS side
airbag in the front seat. Inflation of side airbag may case life-threatening fatal injury.
Do not give any hard or sharp object to infant while placed on the seat, otherwise life-threatening
fatal injury may be caused by small impact to the vehicle.
Do not use the child seat with the cushion or mat laid on the vehicle seat. Do not use the cushion
for the purpose of adjusting child seat.
In case the buckle is not securely fastened because of jammed inlet, please contact the shop where
the product was purchased or customer service hotline for repair.
Do not install the product in other manner than instructed in the manual. Incorrect installation may
cause insufficient effect followed by fatal injury at the time of collision.
Do not take out outer fabric or cover for other purpose of use.
Do not replace the outer fabric or cover with other material than designated.
Do not leave the objects liable to cause injury unsecured in the vehicle, otherwise infant may be hit
or get injured.
Do not disassemble the product in the manner other than instructed in the manual, use with
component(s) missing, or replace/modify with parts other than designated, otherwise it may cause
insufficient effect followed by fatal injury in case of collision.
This child seat is customized for vehicle, and not for home use.
Do not leave the child seat outside for a long time in order to prevent the seat from weakening of
its functions.
Do not spill food or drink on the child seat in order to prevent malfunction..
Do not get any part of the child seat jammed by vehicle seat or door in order to prevent the risk of
breakage or damage of child car seat.

Operation
Warning
Each function should be operated while the vehicle is stopped. Operating while driving may hinder
safe driving and cause accident.
1. Buckles
For locking the child seat harness, put the two buckles as shown in the picture ①.
Put the combined buckles into the buckle inlet as shown in the picture②, slot in firmly until there is a
clicking sound as shown in the picture ③.
For unfastening the child seat harness, press A button in the center.

Using the child seat with the buckles unfastened is dangerous.
Make sure the buckles are securely fastened before using.

2. Adjusting the backrest angle
1. Backrest angle can be adjusted by turning the backrest angle adjusting lever as in the picture ①.
Backrest should be tightly adjusted with the vehicle seat.

Headrest can be adjusted by pulling it
upward or pushing it downward.
Adjust according to height of child.

Headrest should be adjusted according to the child’s body.
Otherwise it may become ineffective and cause danger in case of an emergency.

4. Harness belt
Warning
Child harness belts should be adjusted according to the child’s body size.
Incorrect adjustment may cause insufficient effect of child seat followed by fatal injury
at the time of collision.
(1) Adjusting the length of the belt
As a guideline for adjustment, it is ideal to leave the gap that can allow an adult’s palm in between
the child’s body and the shoulder belt
To extend the length of child belt (after placing child): Press the belt length adjustment
lever as shown in the picture ① and pull the shoulder belt forward as shown in the picture ②.
To shorten the length of child belt (after placing the child): Pull the adjusting belt as shown
in the picture ③.

Release the shoulder belt from the harness yoke on the back of backrest as shown in the picture ①.
Release the connection of shoulder pad yoke on the back of the backrest as shown in the picture ②.
Push in the shoulder belt and shoulder pad yoke through the belt inlet hole as shown in the picture ③.
Position the belt at the desired height as shown in the picture ④ and fix the shoulder straps and
shoulder pad straps to corresponding yokes.
Place the shoulder belts at the same height level as shown in the picture ⑤.

Following points should be checked in order to make sure of proper functioning
of child seat.
Both shoulder belts are firmly hanged to harness yoke.
Child shoulder pad straps are securely hanged to yoke.
Child belts are inserted through the same height of holes.
Child belts are not twisted or loosened.
Warning
Position of belt inlet hole and the length of child belts are adequate.
Child belts are correctly fastened to the baby’s shoulders.
Without proper adjustment in accordance with the above checkpoints, child may be bounced
out of the seat at the time of car crash.
Do not use the product over one hour consecutively.

6. Separation for use in Junior Mode
Release the harness strap combining device on the back of child seat as shown in the picture ①,
and separate the right and left straps from the connecting metal yoke at the lower side.
Pull out the separated harness straps through the front side of the child seat and pull the shoulder pad
as shown in the picture ②.
Completely separate the crotch strap cover from the front of the car seat as shown in the picture ③.

3. Operation
1. Separate using screwdriver as shown in the picture ①.
2. Separate the fixed bolts from both parts of the base as shown in the picture ②.
3. Separate the bolts at both sides inside the car seat as in the picture ③.
4. Remove the backrest and separate as booster, as shown in the picture ④.
5. Push in the plastic base on the back into the booster using the backrest angle adjusting lever as
shown in the picture ⑤.

This car seat can be used in several mode as below.
Child mode
Weight : 9kg~18kg (w2)
Age for reference: 12months~4 years
When the baby is seated,
back of its head should be within the backrest.
Junior Mode Junior Mode (Booster)

Warning
You should use the car seat in forward facing only.

4. Installation in the vehicle
1. Child Mode
Insert the vehicle shoulder belt through the belt slot as in the picture 1.
Belt should not be twisted or folded on the back of car seat while the belt is pulled out through the
belt guide slot in the opposite side and fastened to the vehicle safety belt buckle. At this point,
shoulder belt part of vehicle safety belt should be inserted through the vehicle belt guide slot on the
upper side of the armrest and the lap belt should pass below the armrest.

4. Installation in the vehicle
Pull the harness adjuster strap in the center slowly as in the picture ① for snug fitting so that the baby
feels comfortable in it.
Constant check is required as in the picture ② in order to avoid possible danger while baby is placed
on the seat..

Check the following points in order to secure maximum effect of car seat.
Both shoulder straps are firmly fastened with harness yoke.
Harness pad straps are firmly fastened with harness yoke.
Shoulder straps have passed through the slots of the same height.
Shoulder belt should not be twisted or loosened.
Warning
Check whether the position of the belt guide slot and the length of harness are adequate.
Check whether the harness is correctly fastened to the shoulder.
Failing to adjust in accordance with the above checkpoints may cause the baby bounced out of
the seat in a car crash.
Do not use the product more than one hour consecutively.

4. Installation in the vehicle
2. Junior Mode
Stretch the vehicle safety belt sufficiently as shown in the picture ①.
Pass the shoulder belt through the car seat head rest and the arm rest, and pull it to the diagonal
direction. Then fasten it to the vehicle safety belt in the opposite side as shown in the picture ②.

Check the following points in order to secure maximum effect of car seat.
Lap belt passes through under the arm rest in the right and left.
Vehicle shoulder belt is inserted to the vehicle belt guide located above
the head protector
Head protector is correctly positioned.

3. Junior (Booster) Mode
Position the booster seat facing forward on the vehicle seat where 3-point safety belt is equipped
as shown in the picture ①.
Stretch the vehicle safety belt sufficiently and pull it so as it passes through the shoulder part of the
child and insert to the safety belt in the opposite side as shown in the picture ②.

Check the following points in order to secure maximum effect of car seat.
Lap belt passes through under the arm rest in the right and left.
Shoulder belt is not twisted
