* Über ARC wird der Ton des angeschlossenen Fernsehers (z.B. vom internen TV-Empfangsteil oder App) via HDMI-Kabel in den
Switch geführt und steht an dem ausgewählten HDMI-Gerät zur Verfügung.
**Über EDID signalisiert ein angeschlossener Fernseher oder AV-Receiver automatisch seine Wiedergabe-Fähigkeiten. Mit dieser
Taste können Sie das Tonformat manuell festlegen und eine Einstellung auf 2.0 oder 5.1 Ton erzwingen. Die HDMI-Quelle kann
dadurch z.B. Dolby Digital Ton für eine Soundbar liefern, auch wenn der Fernseher nur stereo unterstützt.Wenn die LEDs für 2.0
oder 5.1 Ton nicht leuchten, ist die Stellung Auto aktiv und die EDID wird nicht verändert.

INSTALLATION UND BETRIEB
1. Schließen Sie die HDMI-Signalquellen (z.B. Bluray-Player, Spielkonsole, Satellitenreceiver) an die HDMI-Eingänge.
2. Eine Audioquelle wie ein Tablet oder Radio können Sie am analogen oder digitalen Audio-Eingang anschließen.
3. Verbinden Sie das HDMI Display (z.B. Fernseher oder Projektor) mit dem HDMI Ausgang.
4. Verbinden Sie bei Bedarf einen Audio-Ausgang (digital oder analog) mit einem Audioverstärker oder Aktivboxen.
5. Verbinden Sie das Netzteil mit dem HDMI-Switch und stecken Sie es in eine Steckdose. Schalten Sie dann den
Switch ein. Über LEDs wird der Betrieb, Tonformat und der ausgewählte HDMI-Eingang angezeigt.
ANSCHLUSS-SCHEMA
Achtung: Beachten Sie vorsichtig beim Ein- und Ausstecken der HDMI Kabel, dass die Steckerkontakte nicht verschmutzen oder
beschädigt werden. Nehmen Sie Anschlüsse stromlos vor und schalten Sie die Geräte erst nach dem Verbinden ein.Achten Sie
bitte auch auf eine gute Qualität der HDMI-Kabel.
Hinweis für die Durchleitung von 7.1 Ton
Die Übertragung von HD-Tonformaten (7.1 Ton) ist nur über HDMI möglich. Das Tonformat sollte dazu am Switch auf Automatik
geschaltet werden. Die beiden LEDs 2.0 und 5.1 leuchten dann nicht.

• Bitte decken Sie das Gehäuse nicht ab und bauen Sie das Gerät nicht ein, um eine Überhitzung zu vermeiden.
• Von Wärmequellen, Wasser und Feuchtigkeit fernhalten.
• Stellen Sie keine schweren Gegenstände auf das Gerät oder die Anschlusskabel.
• Öffnen oder bohren Sie keine Löcher in das Gehäuse.
• Verwenden Sie nur das mitgelieferte Netzteil oder achten Sie beim Austausch auf identische Leistungsdaten.
• Reinigen Sie die Geräteoberfläche nur mit einem weichen, trockenen Tuch. Benutzen Sie dafür bitte kein scharfes
Reinigungsmittel, Benzin oder Ähnliches.
SERVICE
1) Service-Fälle: Eine Überprüfung des Gerätes durch qualifiziertes Fachpersonal ist in folgenden Fällen nötig.
(a) Gegenstände, Regen oder Flüssigkeiten sind in das Gerät eingedrungen.
(b) Das Gerät arbeitet nicht normal oder die Leistung hat sich verändert.
(c) Das Gerät wurde fallen gelassen oder das Gehäuse ist beschädigt.
2) Service-Personal: Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gerät selbst zu reparieren oder zu öffnen.Wenden Sie sich an geschultes
Fachpersonal.
3) Sicherheits-Prüfung: Versichern Sie sich nach Reparaturen oder Eingriffen, dass diese fachgerecht ausgeführt wurden und
ein sicherer Betrieb des Gerätes möglich ist.
Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung Ihres Gerätes besteht ausschließlich aus wiederverwertbaren Materialien. Bitte führen Sie diese entsprechend
sortiert wieder dem „Dualen System” zu. Über aktuelle Entsorgungswege informieren Sie sich bitte bei Ihrem Händler oder Ihrer
kommunalen Entsorgungseinrichtung / Recyclinghof.
Entsorgung des Gerätes
Altgeräte sind kein wertloser Abfall. Durch umweltgerechte Entsorgung können wertvolle Rohstoffe wieder gewonnen werden.
Dieses Produkt darf am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht über den normalen Haushaltsabfall entsorgt werden, sondern muss an

*ARC: The sound from the connected TV (e.g. from the internal TV tuner or App) is routed to the switch through the HDMI cable
and is available on the selected HDMI device.
**A connected TV or AV receiver automatically signals its playback capabilities via EDID. Use this button to manually set the
sound format and force a setting to 2.0 or 5.1 sound.This means that the HDMI source can, for example, deliver Dolby Digital
sound for a sound bar, even if the TV only supports stereo. If the LEDs for 2.0 or 5.1 sound are not lit, the Auto position is active
and the EDID is not changed.

INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
1. Connect the HDMI signal sources (such as bluray players, game console, satellite receivers) to the HDMI inputs.
2. You can connect an audio source such as a tablet or radio to the analog or digital audio input.
3. Connect the HDMI display (e.g., TV or projector) to the HDMI output.
4. If necessary, connect the audio output (digital or analog) to an audio amplifier
5. Connect the AC adapter to the HDMI switch and plug it into an AC outlet. Then turn the switch on. The operation,
sound format and the selected HDMI input are displayed via LEDs.
CONNECTION SCHEME
Caution: Be careful when inserting and unplugging the HDMI cables to prevent the plug contacts from getting dirty or damaged.
Disconnect the power supply from the mains and turn it on only after connecting. Please also pay attention to a good quality of
HDMI cables.
Note for the bypass of 7.1 sound
The use of HD audio formats (7.1 sound) is only possible via HDMI connection.The sound format should be switched to Auto-
matic (bypass) at the switch.The two LEDs 2.0 and 5.1 do not light up when set to automatic mode.

• Please do not cover the housing or built in the device to avoid overheating.
• Keep away from heat sources, direct sunlight, water and moisture.
• Do not place heavy objects on the device or the connection cables.
• Do not open or drill holes in the housing.
• Use only the supplied power supply unit or ensure identical performance data when replacing.
• Use only a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the unit. Please do not use aggressive cleaning agents, gasoline
or the like.
SERVICE
1. Service cases: The equipment must be checked by qualified personnel in the following cases.
• Objects or liquids have penetrated into the device.
• The device was exposed to rain.
• The device does not operate normally or the power has changed.
• The device has been dropped or the housing is damaged.
2. Service personnel: Do not attempt to repair or open the unit yourself. Consult trained personnel.
3. Safety test: After repairs or interventions, make sure that these have been carried out properly and that the device is safe to
operate.
Disposal of the packaging
The packaging of your appliance consists exclusively of recyclable materials. Please reassign these to the „Dual System“ or
another collection system. Please contact your local dealer or your municipal waste disposal facility for information on current
disposal routes.
Disposal of the device
Your product is designed and manufactured with high quality materials and components, which can be recycled
and reused.This symbol means that this products can not be thrown in the regular trash with other wastes and
is subject to a separate collection.We strongly advise you to take your product to an official collection point.
