GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY
WARNINGS

reference. The term “power tool” in the warnings
refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool
or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
1) Product use and safety
a) Do not vacuum materials that are harmful
to one’shealth, e. g. dust from beech or
oak wood, masonry dust, asbestos. These
materials are considered carcinogenic. Inform
yourself about the valid regulations/laws
for your country concerning the handling of
materials that are hazardous to one’shealth.

b) Use the vacuum cleaner only when you fully
understand and can perform all functions
without limitation, or have received
appropriate instructions. Athorough
introduction reduces operating errors and
injuries.
c) The vacuum cleaner is suitable only for
vacuuming dry materials. The penetration of
liquids increases the risk of an electric shock.
d) The vacuum cleaner may only be used and
stored indoors. The penetration of rain or
moisture into the vacuum cleaner lid increases
the risk of an electric shock.
e) Do not vacuum hot or burning dusts, and in
rooms with an explosion hazard. Dusts can
ignite or explode.
f) Remove the battery pack from the vacuum
cleaner before maintaining or cleaning,
making any adjustments, changing
accessories or placing the vacuum cleaner
aside. This safety measure prevents accidental
starting of the vacuum cleaner.
g) Provide for good ventilation at the working
place.
h) Have the vacuum cleaner repaired only
through qualified specialists and only using
original spare parts. This ensures that the
safety of your vacuum cleaner is maintained.
i) Do not clean the vacuum cleaner with
awater jet pointed directly at it. The
penetration of water into the vacuum cleaner
lid increases the risk of an electric shock.
j) When the vacuum cleaner is not in use,
store it securely.
k) The storage place must be dry and
lockable. This prevents the vacuum cleaner
being damaged when it is stored or being used
by inexperienced people.
l) The device is not suitable for commercial or
industrial use.
• Do not use for vacuuming up damp
substances or liquids.
• Do not use for vacuuming up ash or soot.
• Do not use for vacuuming up building rubble.
2) Battery tool use and care
a) Recharge only with the charger specified by
the manufacturer. Acharger that is suitable
for one type of battery pack may create arisk
of fire when used with another battery pack.
b) Use power tools only with specifically
designated battery packs. Use of any other
battery packs may create arisk of injury and fire.
c) When battery pack is not in use, keep
it away from other metal objects, like
paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or
other small metal objects that can make
aconnection from one terminal to another.
Shorting the battery terminals together may
cause burns or afire.
d) Under abusive conditions, liquid may be
ejected from the battery; avoid contact.
If contact accidentally occurs, flush with
water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally
seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the
battery may cause irritation or burns.
e) Do not use abattery pack or tool that is
damaged or modified. Damaged or modified
batteries may exhibit unpredictable behaviour
resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
f) Do not expose abattery pack or tool to
fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to
fire or temperature above 130 °C may cause
explosion. NOTE The temperature „130 °C“
can be replaced by the temperature „265 °F“.
g) Follow all charging instructions and do not
charge the battery pack or tool outside
the temperature range specified in the
instructions. Charging improperly or at
temperatures outside the specified range may
damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
3) Service
a) Have your power tool serviced by
aqualified repair person using only
identical replacement parts. This will ensure
that the safety of the power tool is maintained.
b) Never service damaged battery packs.
Service of battery packs should only be
performed by the manufacturer or authorized
service providers.
SAFETY WARNINGS FOR BATTERY
a) Do not open the battery. Danger of short-
circuiting.
b) Protect the battery against heat, e. g.,
against continuous intense sunlight, fire,
water, and moisture. Danger of explosion.
c) In case of damage and improper use of the
battery, vapours may be emitted. Ventilate
the area and seek medical help in case

of complaints. The vapours can irritate the
respiratory system.
d) Use the battery only in conjunction with your
FERM AX-POWER product. This measure
alone protects the battery against dangerous
overload.
e) The battery can be damaged by pointed
objects such as nails or screwdrivers or by
force applied externally. An internal short
circuit can occur and the battery can burn,
smoke, explode or overheat.
SAFETY WARNINGS FOR CHARGER
Intended use
Only charge the recommended 20V Li-ion
rechargeable battery packs. Other types of
batteries may burst causing personal injury and
damage.
a) The appliance is not to be used by persons
(including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction.
b) Children being supervised not to play with
the appliance.
c) Do not recharging non-rechargeable batteries!
d) During charging, batteries must be placed in
the well ventilated area!
Electrical safety
Always check that the voltage of the
power supply corresponds to the voltage
on the rating plate.
• Do not use the machine if the mains cable or
the mains plug is damaged.
• Only use extension cables that are suitable
for the power rating of the machine with a
minimum thickness of 1.5 mm2. If you use an
extension cable reel, always fully unroll the
cable.

vacuuming with the aid of the accompanying
HEPA filter. The vacuum is not intended for the
vacuum of flammable, explosive or hazardous
dusts. The vacuum cleaner may only be used

room temperature. The device is not suitable for
commercial or industrial use.

3. ASSEMBLY
Before any work on the power tool,
remove the battery.
The battery must be charged before first
use.
Inserting the battery into the machine (Fig. C)
Ensure that the exterior of the battery is
clean and dry before connecting to the
charger or machine.
1. Insert the battery (4) into the base of the
machine as shown in Fig. C1.
2. Push the battery further forward until it clicks
into place.
Removing the battery from the machine (Fig. C)
1. Push the battery unlock button (5).
2. Pull the battery out of the machine like shown
in Fig. C1.
Charging the battery (with the charger) (Fig. G)
• Plug the charger plug into an electrical outlet
and wait for a while.
• Plug the output of the charger into the round
socket of the battery. The LED indicator on
the battery (18) will lighten up and show the
charging status.

• After the battery is fully charged remove the
charger plug from the outlet and remove the
battery from the charger.
When the machine is not being used
over alonger period of time it is best to
store the battery in charged condition.
Assembly of the nozzles (Fig. B)
Either assembly the nozzles (10, 11, 12) directly
to the suction opening (17) of the machine or use
the extension tube (8). Nozzles can also be used
with the suction hose (9) and give more freedom
of movement.
Floor nozzle (11)
The floor nozzle is designed for domestic dry
vacuuming in, for example, the house, workroom
or car.
Crevice nozzle (10)
The crevice nozzle is designed for domestic
dry vacuuming, edges and other areas that are
difficult to access.
Brush nozzle (12)
The brush nozzle is designed for domestic dry
vacuuming, for example cushions of sofa’sor
textile furniture.
Nozzle holder (13)
The nozzle holder is designed to hold the included
nozzles. It can be attached to the storage holder
(14) or it can be attached to the extension tube (8)

Put the vacuum cleaner and accessories in the
provided storage holder (14) on the wall.
Installation and assembly of the storage holder
(Fig. E)
1. Drill holes on the designated position in the
wall.
2. Mount the storage holder (14), with UP Arrow
pointing up. Mount the storage holder with
screws and plugs firmly.
3. Slide the nozzle holder in the slot until it
clamped tight.
4. Store accessories in the nozzle holder.
5. Slide vacuum cleaner with bottom side to
storage holder until the machine is locked in
place (Fig. F).
4. OPERATION
Note: Regular emptying of the dust cup and
cleaning of the filter assembly ensures optimal
vacuum capacity.
Switching on and off (Fig. A)
• To switch on the machine, slide the on/off
switch (2) to the front.
• To switch off the machine, slide the on/off
switch (2) to the rear.
5. MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning and maintenance, always
switch off the machine and remove the
battery pack from the machine.
Clean the machine casings regularly with asoft
cloth, preferably after each use. Make sure that
the ventilation openings are free of dust and
dirt. Remove very persistent dirt using asoft
cloth moistened with soapsuds. Do not use any
solvents such as gasoline, alcohol, ammonia,
etc. Chemicals such as these will damage the
synthetic components.
Cleaning the Dust Cup (Fig. C)
To maintain the optimum performance of the
vacuum cleaner, clean the dust cup (7) after each
use.
• Press the release button (3) and remove the
dust cup (7) from the motor housing (6).
• Shake/tap out the dust cup over asuitable
waste bin. If required, clean the dust cup with
amoist cloth. If required, clean the HEPA filter
(See “Cleaning the HEPA filter”).
• Reinsert the HEPA filter (16) into the dust cup (7).
• Afterwards, hang the dust cup at the bottom
into the motor housing, apply light pressure
until the dust cup can be heard engage.
Cleaning the HEPA filter (Fig. D)
• Press the release button (3) and remove the
dust cup (7) from the motor housing (6).
• Remove the HEPA filter (16) from the motor
housing by twisting the filter clockwise.
• Shake/tap the filter over asuitable waste
bin. If necessary, you can wet clean the filter
(16): Clean it under running water without any
cleaning detergent, shake/tap the filter as dry
as possible and allow the filter to dry 24 hours
in order to avoid the formation of mould.
• Assembly is carried out in reverse order.
MALFUNCTIONS
In the case of insufficient vacuuming
performance, check the following:
1. Is the dust cup (7) full?
• See “Cleaning the Dust Cup”.
2. Is the HEPA filer (16) clogged with dust?
• See “Cleaning the HEPA filter”.
3. Is the capacity of the batter pack to low?
• Make sure the battery pack is charged fully
for optimum suction capacity.
Regular emptying of the dust cup (7) and cleaning
of the HEPA filter (16) ensures optimal vacuum
capacity.
ENVIRONMENT
Faulty and/or discarded electrical or
electronic apparatus have to be collected
at the appropriate recycling locations.
Only for EC countries
Do not dispose of power tools into domestic
waste. According to the European Guideline
2012/19/EC for Waste Electrical and Electronic

Equipment and its implementation into national
right, power tools that are no longer usable must
be collected separately and disposed of in an
environmentally friendly way.
WARRANTY
FERM products are developed to the highest
quality standards and are guaranteed free of
defects in both materials and workmanship for the
period lawfully stipulated starting from the date
of original purchase. Should the product develop
any failure during this period due to defective
material and/or workmanship then contact your
FERM dealer directly.
The following circumstances are excluded from
this guarantee:
• Repairs and or alterations have been made
or attempted to the machine by unauthorized
service centers.
• Normal wear and tear.
• The tool has been abused, misused or
improperly maintained.
• Non-original spare parts have been used.
This constitutes the sole warranty made by
company either expressed or implied. There are
no other warranties expressed or implied which
extend beyond the face hereof, herein, including
the implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for aparticular purpose. In no event shall
FERM be liable for any incidental or consequential
damages. The dealers remedies shall be limited
to repair or replacement of nonconforming units
or parts.

1) Productgebruik en veiligheid
a) Gebruik de stofzuiger niet voor stoffen die
schadelijk zijn voor de gezondheid zoals
stof van beuken- of eikenhout, bouwstof
en asbest. Deze materialen worden geacht
kankerverwekkend te zijn. Zoek informatie
over de geldende wet- en regelgeving in uw
land over het werken met materialen die
gevaarlijk zijn voor de gezondheid.
b) Werk alleen met de stofzuiger wanneer ualle
functies volledig begrijpt en zonder beperking
kunt uitvoeren, of wanneer upassende
instructies hebt gekregen. Een grondige
introductie beperkt bedieningsfouten en letsels.
c) De stofzuiger is uitsluitend geschikt voor
droge materialen. Wanneer vloeistoffen in de
stofzuiger doordringen, neemt het risico van
een elektrische schok toe.
d) De stofzuiger mag alleen binnenshuis
worden gebruikt en opgeborgen. Wanneer
er regen of vocht in de deksel van de
stofzuiger doordringt, neemt het risico van een
elektrische schok toe.
e) Gebruik de stofzuiger niet voor hete of
brandende stoffen en niet in ruimten waar
ontploffingsgevaar geldt. Stofdeeltjes
kunnen vlam vatten en exploderen.
f) Verwijder de accu uit de stofzuiger vóór
onderhoud, reiniging of aanpassingen, het
wisselen van accessoires of het opbergen
van de stofzuiger. Deze veiligheidsmaatregel
maakt dat de stofzuiger niet per ongeluk kan
worden gestart.
g) Zorg voor goede ventilatie op de werkplek.
h) Laat de stofzuiger uitsluitend repareren
door gekwalificeerde specialisten die
uitsluitend originele reserveonderdelen
gebruiken. Dit waarborgt dat de veiligheid van
het product gehandhaafd blijft.
i) Gebruik voor reiniging geen rechtstreekse
waterstraal op de stofzuiger. Wanneer
er water in de deksel van de stofzuiger
doordringt, neemt het risico van een
elektrische schok toe.
j) Berg de stofzuiger veilig op wanneer udeze
niet gebruikt.
k) Berg de stofzuiger op op een droge,
afsluitbare plek. Zo voorkomt udat de
stofzuiger wordt beschadigd tijdens opslag
of wordt gebruikt door mensen die er geen
ervaring mee hebben.

l) Dit apparaat is niet geschikt voor
commercieel of industrieel gebruik.
• Gebruik de stofzuiger niet voor vochtige
substanties of vloeistoffen.
• Gebruik de stofzuiger niet voor as of roet.
• Gebruik de stofzuiger niet voor resten van
bouwmaterialen.
2) Gebruik en onderhoud van de accu
a) Laad de accu uitsluitend op met de door
de fabrikant opgegeven lader. Een lader die
geschikt is voor het ene type accu, kan een
risico op brand veroorzaken wanneer deze
voor een ander type accu wordt gebruikt.
b) Gebruik elektrisch gereedschap alleen met
de daarvoor specifiek aangewezen accu’s.
Het gebruik van andere accu’skan een risico
op letsel of brand tot gevolg hebben.
c) Houd de accu, wanneer deze niet in gebruik
is, weg bij metalen voorwerpen zoals
paperclips, munten, sleutels, spijkers,
schroeven, of andere kleine metalen
voorwerpen die een aansluiting tot stand
kunnen brengen tussen de ene pool van de
accu en de ander. Kortsluiting tussen polen
van de accu kan brandwonden of brand tot
gevolg hebben.
d) Bij ruwe omgang met de accu, kan er
vloeistof uit de accu lekken. Vermijd
contact met deze vloeistof. Als dat per
ongeluk toch gebeurt, spoel het aangedane
gebied dan met water. Als de vloeistof in
contact komt met de ogen, roep dan ook
medische hulp in. Vloeistof afkomstig uit de
accu kan irritatie of brandwonden veroorzaken.
e) Gebruik geen accu of gereedschap dat is
beschadigd of werd gewijzigd. Beschadigde
of aangepaste accu’skunnen onvoorspelbaar
gedrag vertonen, wat brand, explosie of een
risico van letsel met zich meebrengt.
f) Stel een accu of gereedschap niet bloot
aan open vuur of een uitzonderlijk hoge
temperatuur. Blootstelling aan vuur of een
temperatuur hoger dan 130 °C, kan een
explosie veroorzaken. NB De temperatuur
van “130 °C” kan worden vervangen door de
temperatuur van “265 °F”.
g) Volg alle instructies voor het laden en laad
de accu of het gereedschap niet op buiten
het temperatuurbereik dat in de instructies
wordt opgegeven. Op een onjuiste wijze
laden of laden bij temperaturen buiten het
aangeduide bereik kan de accu beschadigen
en het risico van brand doen toenemen.
3) Onderhoud
a) Laat uw elektrisch gereedschap
onderhouden door een gekwalificeerde
reparateur die uitsluitend identieke
reserveonderdelen gebruikt. Dit waarborgt
dat de veiligheid van het elektrisch
gereedschap behouden blijft.
b) Voer nooit onderhoudswerkzaamheden
uit aan beschadigde accu’s. Alleen de
fabrikant of geautoriseerde serviceproviders
mogen onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan
accu’suitvoeren.

b) Bescherm de accu tegen hitte, bijvoorbeeld
ook tegen voortdurend zonlicht, vuur, water
en vocht. Er bestaat explosiegevaar.
c) Bij beschadiging en onjuist gebruik van de
accu kunnen er dampen vrijkomen. Zorg
voor frisse lucht en raadpleeg bij klachten
een arts. De dampen kunnen de lucht wegen
irriteren.
d) Gebruik de accu alleen in combinatie met
uw FERM AX-POWER product. Alleen zo
wordt de accu tegen gevaarlijke over belasting
beschermd.
e) Door scherpe voorwerpen, zoals bijv.
spijkers of schroevendraaiers of door
krachtinwerking van buitenaf kan de accu
beschadigd worden. Het kan tot een interne
kortsluiting leiden en de accu doen branden,
roken, exploderen of oververhitten.
VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
VOOR DE LADER
Bedoeld gebruik
Gebruik uitsluitend de volgende accu’s van het
20V accu-platform. Andere typen accu’s kunnen
exploderen, wat lichamelijk letsel en schade kan
veroorzaken.
a) Het apparaat dient niet te worden gebruikt
door personen (inclusief kinderen) met
verminderde fysieke, zintuiglijke of mentale
functies of personen zonder enige ervaring

en kennis, tenzij zij onder toezicht staan of
zijn geïnstrueerd.
b) Laat kinderen onder toezicht niet met het
apparaat spelen.
c) Laad niet-herlaadbare accu’s niet opnieuw op!
d) Plaats de accu’s tijdens het opladen in een
goed geventileerde ruimte!
Elektrische veiligheid
Controleer altijd of de spanning van de
stroomtoevoer overeenkomt met de
spanning op het typeplaatje.
• Gebruik de machine niet indien het netsnoer of
de netstekker zijn beschadigd.
• Gebruik uitsluitend verlengkabels die geschikt
zijn voor het vermogen van de machine met
een minimale dikte van 1.5 mm2. Indien u een
verlengkabelhaspel gebruikt, rol dan altijd de
kabel volledig uit.

Met behulp van het meegeleverde HEPA-filter is de
hand-stofzuiger geschikt voor het stofzuigen van
droge stoffen. De stofzuiger is niet bedoeld voor

3. MONTAGE
Verwijder de accu voordat
uwerkzaamheden aan het elektrisch
gereedschap gaat uitvoeren.
De accu moet voor het eerste gebruik
worden opgeladen.
De accu in het apparaat plaatsen (Afb. C)
Controleer of de buitenzijde van de accu
schoon en droog is voordat ude accu in
de lader of het apparaat plaatst.
1. Plaats de accu (4) in de voet van het apparaat,
zoals wordt getoond in Afb. C1.
2. Duw de accu verder naar voren totdat deze op
z’n plaats klikt.

1. Duw op de ontgrendelingsknop (5) van de accu.
2. Verwijder de accu uit het apparaat, zoals wordt
weergegeven op Afb. C1.

• Steek de stekker van het uitgaande snoer van
de lader in de ronde aansluiting van de accu.
Het ledcontrolelampje op de accu (9) gaat

• Verwijder, als de accu volledig is opgeladen,
de stekker van de acculader uit het
stopcontact en haal de accu uit de acculader.
Wanneer het apparaat gedurende langere
tijd niet wordt gebruikt, kunt ude accu
het beste in geladen toestand opbergen.
Montage van de mondstukken (Afb. B)
Plaats de mondstukken (10, 11 of 12) direct op de
aanzuigopening (17) van het apparaat of gebruik
de verlengbuis (8). Mondstukken kunnen ook
gecombineerd worden met de aanzuigslang (9)
voor meer bewegingsvrijheid.
Vloerkop (11)
De vloerkop is ontworpen voor huishoudelijk
droog zuigwerk, bijvoorbeeld de woning,
werkkamer of auto.
Mondstuk voor moeilijk bereikbare plaatsen (10)
Het kiermondstuk is ontworpen voor huishoudelijk
droog zuigwerk, voor randen en andere
oppervlakken die moeilijk zijn te bereiken.
Borstelkop (12)
De bostelkop is ontworpen voor huishoudelijk
droog zuigwerk, bijvoorbeeld kussens van het
bankstel of gestoffeerd meubilair.
Mondstukhouder (13)
De mondstukhouder is ontworpen voor de
meegeleverde mondstukken. Hij kan worden
bevestigd aan de opberghouder (14) of aan de
verlengbuis (8)
Opberghouder (14)
Plaats de stofzuiger en accessoires in de
meegeleverde opberghouder (14) aan de muur.

1. Boor gaten op de aangegeven plek in de muur.
2. Monteer de opberghouder (14) met de
pijl OMHOOG naar boven. Monteer de
opberghouder met behulp van schroeven en
pluggen.
3. Schuif de mondstukhouder in de gleuf totdat
hij vastgeklemd zit.
4. Berg accessoires op in de mondstukhouder.
5. Schuif de stofzuiger met de onderkant naar de
opberghouder totdat het apparaat vastzit (Afb. F).

4. GEBRUIK
Opmerking: Door het stofreservoir regelmatig
te legen en de filterbehuizing schoon te maken,
zorgt uervoor dat de stofzuiger optimaal blijft
presteren.
In-/uitschakelen (Afb. A)
• Schakel het apparaat in door de aan/uit-
schakelaar (2) naar voren te schuiven.
• Schakel het apparaat uit door de aan/uit-
schakelaar (2) naar achteren te schuiven.
5. ONDERHOUD
Voorafgaand aan het reinigen en het
onderhoud dient het apparaat te allen
tijde uitgeschakeld en de accu
verwijderd te worden.
Maak de behuizing van het apparaat regelmatig
schoon met een zachte doek, bij voorkeur na ieder
gebruik. Controleer of de ventilatieopeningen
vrij zijn van stof en vuil. Verwijder hardnekkig vuil
met een zachte doek, vochtig gemaakt met een
zeepoplossing. Gebruik geen oplosmiddelen
zoals benzine, alcohol, ammoniak, enzovoorts.
Chemicaliën zoals deze kunnen de synthetische
componenten beschadigen.
Het stofreservoir schoonmaken (Afb. C)
Ukunt ervoor zorgen dat de stofzuiger optimaal
blijft presteren door het stofreservoir (7) steeds na
gebruik schoon te maken.
• Druk op de ontgrendelknop (3) en neem het
stofreservoir (7) uit de motorbehuizing (6).
• Schud/klop het stofreservoir leeg boven een
geschikte afvalbak. Maak het stofreservoir zo
nodig schoon met een vochtige doek. Reinig
indien nodig het HEPA-filter (Zie “HEPA filter
reinigen”).
• Plaats het HEPA-filter (16) terug in het
stofreservoir (7).
• Hang daarna het stofreservoir op onderaan
in de motorbehuizing, oefen lichte druk uit tot
uhoort dat het stofreservoir vastklikt.
Het reinigen van het HEPA-filter (Afb. D)
• Druk op de ontgrendelknop (3) en neem het
stofreservoir (7) uit de motorbehuizing (6).
• Verwijder het HEPA-filter (16) uit de
motorbehuizing door het filter naar rechts te
draaien.
• Schud/klop het filter leeg boven een geschikte
afvalbak. Zo nodig kunt uhet filter (16) reinigen
met water: Reinig het onder stromend water
zonder schoonmaakmiddel. Schud/klop het
filter zo droog mogelijk en laat het filter 24 uur
drogen om schimmelvorming te voorkomen.
• Montage wordt in omgekeerde volgorde
uitgevoerd.
STORINGEN
Controleer de volgende punten als de stofzuiger
niet voldoende presteert:
1. Is het stofreservoir (7) vol?
• Zie “het stofreservoir reinigen”.
2. Is het HEPA-filter (16) verstopt met stof?
• Zie “het HEPA-filter reinigen”.
3. Heeft de accu niet voldoende capaciteit?
• Zorg ervoor dat de accu volledig opgeladen
is om optimale zuigkracht te garanderen.
Door het stofreservoir (7) regelmatig te legen en
de filterbehuizing (16) schoon te maken, zorgt
uervoor dat de stofzuiger optimaal blijft presteren.
MILIEU
Niet goed functionerende en/of
afgedankte elektrische of elektronische
apparaten moeten bij de juiste
inzamelpunten voor recycling worden
aangeboden.
Alleen voor landen in de EG
Gooi geen elektrisch gereedschap bij het huisvuil.
Volgens de Europese richtlijnen 2012/19/EC
voor Afgedankte Elektrische en Elektronische
apparatuur en de implementatie daarvan in
nationaal recht, moet elektrische gereedschap dat
niet meer bruikbaar is, apart worden ingezameld
en op een milieuvriendelijke wijze worden verwerkt.

GARANTIE
Producten van FERM worden op basis van de
hoogste kwaliteitsnormen ontwikkeld en zijn
gegarandeerd vrij van defecten, zowel voor wat
betreft het materiaal als de afwerking, gedurende
de door de wet bepaalde periode, startend vanaf
de datum van de originele aankoop. Mocht het
product gedurende deze periode enige storingen
vertonen als gevolg van gebrekkig materiaal en/of
gebrekkige afwerking, dient direct contact met uw
FERM-dealer opgenomen te worden.
De volgende omstandigheden zijn uitgesloten van
deze garantie:
• Reparaties en/of wijzigingen die door niet
erkende servicecentra werden uitgevoerd of
waartoe een poging werd ondernomen.
• Normale slijtage.
• Het gereedschap werd misbruikt, verkeerd
gebruikt of niet goed onderhouden.
• Niet-originele reserveonderdelen werden
gebruikt.
Dit betreft de enige garantie die door de
organisatie, impliciet of expliciet, wordt
aangeboden. Geen andere garanties, impliciet
noch expliciet, die verder strekken dan deze
garantie, inclusief de impliciete garanties inzake
de verkoopbaarheid en geschiktheid voor
een specifiek doel. In geen geval zal FERM
aansprakelijk zijn voor incidentele schade of
gevolgschade. De oplossingen van de dealers
zullen beperkt zijn tot de reparatie of het vervangen
van niet-conforme eenheden of onderdelen.
Het product en de gebruiksaanwijzing kunnen
worden gewijzigd. Specificaties kunnen
zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden
gewijzigd.

1) Utilisation du produit et sécurité
a) N’aspirez pas de matières nocives pour la

des matières sèches. La pénétration de
liquide augmentent les risques de décharges
