Bladders cylinder may be pressurised only
when installed and under load or when fitted
with a mechanical stroke limiter.
Balgzylinder dtirfen nur im eingebauten Zu-

such a way that it is protected against me-
chanical and chemical damage. Particular
care must be taken to ensure that the blad-
ders cylinder does not come into contact
with solvents, mineral-oil-based or phos-
phate-ester-based hydraulic fluid, lubricat-
ing oils, grease, metal chips and hot
splashes of welding material.

4. Commissioning
a) Bladders cylinders must not under any
circumstances be pressurised without a
load or without a height stop.
b)The maximum operating pressure of 7 bar
must not be exceeded.
c) Check of installation: The bladders must
not come into contact with other machine
components.
d) An external return force of approx. 200 N
is required to achieve the minimum height.
e) Bladders cylinders should be exhausted
before being removed.
5. Storage and maintenance
Bladders cylinders should be stored in dark
dry rooms at normal room temperature.
For further notes on the storage and main-
tenance of products made of synthetic and
natural rubber, see DIN 7716.
4. lnbetriebnahme
a) Balgzylinder dtirfen auf keinen Fail ohne
Last oder Hohenanschlag unter Druck ge-
setzt werden.
b) Der maximale Betriebsdruck von 7 bar
darf nicht uberschritten werden.
c) Kontrolle der Montage: Es darf zu keinen
Benihrungen des Balges mit anderen Ma-
schinenteilenkommen.
d) Die minimale Hohe wird nur mit einer au-
l3eren Rtickstellkraft von ca. 200 N erreicht.
e) Vor dem Ausbau eines Balgzylinders ist
dieser zu entkiften.
5. Lagerung und Wartung
Balgzylinder sollen in dunklen, trockenen
Raumen bei normaler Raumtemperatur ge-
lagert werden.
Weitere Hinweise fur Lagerung und Wartung
von Erzeugnissen aus Kautschuk und
Gummi enthalt DIN 7716.
