Thanks for purchasing FINE 3160 DG, which is wash wall lights with 7different
colored light sources (i.e. LEDs) for color mixing. These recently launched LED
fixtures are provided with aluminum alloy housing. They are perfect outcomes
of advanced electronic controlling technology and exceptional user friendly design.
Compliant with CE and support international standardized DMX512.
The light source comprised of high-intensity 3W LED chips can achieve homogeneous
and pure color-mixing output through delicate arrangement of LEDs. These LEDs are
controlled via an on-board microprocessor and supplied with an accurate constant-
current controlling mode. The brightness of each LED can vary from a minimum value
of zero to a full-scale of 256, and the consultant color output is rich. Built-in programs
are available through relevant menus and used for scenery editing and "MASTER -
SLAVE" controlling- mode setting. Effects, such as rainbow, variable strobes and
motorized dimming, can be edited further in great details.
FINE 3160 DG LED fixture is truly "green" products with essential characters
like fast response, anti-shock, impact-proof, excellent heat arrangement, high pro-
tective rating, extraordinary service-life ( LEDs can reach 50 000 hours), negligible
radiations, high-efficiency and low-consumption.
FINE 3160 DG LED fixture is preferred for fixed lighting and background of large
stages, typically cultural shows, gym lighting, provisional stage, city lighting, TV
studios, conference center, theatre, park, dancing hall, bar, public lighting, etc.

Tips for data link
5.1 DMX512 connection
Note: The signal cable was type X connection.
Type X connection—if the external flexible cable or cord of this fixture is damaged,
it shall be replaced by a special cord or cord exclusively available from the
manufacturer or his service agent.

3-pin XLR connecters are provided for fixture DMX input and output. Pin 1 is
for earthing, pin 2 is for minus signals, and pin 3 is for plus signals. To prevent
and absorb the reflection and interference of the signals, each data link must
be ended by a respective terminator.
3 pin XLR connector-
Terminator
Terminator specification: a
120 plug-in resistor with
rated power of 0.25W,
soldered between pin 2 and
pin 3 at the end of respective
data link.
Ω
Fig.5.1-1
Connect the 3-pin output of a lighting controller to the 3-pin input of a first
fixture on the link, then connect the 3-pin output of the said first fixture to the 3-
pin input of a second fixture. Similarly, repeat the above connection step and
end the data link with a plug-in terminator. Shown as Fig. 5.1-2 below.
Controller
Terminator
If long-distance data transfer occurs, a DMX512 signal amplifier is necessary.
The added amplifier is inserted between the lighting controller and the first
fixture on the basis of a normal data link.
Fig.5.1-2
Notice:
1. No more than one signal input or output can occur in one fixture.
2. Don’t split a data link via output ports on the fixture, use a DMX512 signal
amplifier instead, if necessary.
3. Use only shielded-pair cables, and standard microphone cable is not reliable
for long-distance data transfer.

9.2 Intelligent temperature control
9.3 Restore factory settings
9.4 Color temperature compensation
1. Intelligent cooling: when the temperature is less than 65 degrees,
the LED lights work in the highest brightness; when the temperature
ranges from 65 to 90 degrees, every 1 degree increase of
temperature, the brightness of LED will reduce by 1/32 for cooling;
when the temperature is higher than 90, the brightness of LED directly
reduced to 0.
2. Intelligent fan speed adjustment: 6s after the lamp on power and
when in the online upgrade state, the fan runs at full speed; the other
time when the temperature is less than 30 degrees, the fan does not
turn; when the temperature is 30-60 degrees, every 1 degree increase
of temperature, fan speed will increase by 1/30; when the temperature
is greater than 60 degrees, the fan runs in full speed.
1. Restore factory settings will clear all settings parameter value,
restore to factory defaults.
2. Operation instructions: keep pressing "up" and "down" keys until
the "Init" interface appears. Under the "Init" interface, press the OK
button to clear all the parameters and restore the factory defaults. Any
of the other three keys will exit directly without changing any
parameters
1. Color temperature compensation: lamps can automatically
compensate the color temperature according to the temperature of
the lamp body, so that when the lamp body temperature changes, the
color temperature can be consistent.
2. Color temperature curve compensation: when the lamp is dimmer,
the dimming curve of the cold tone LED is corrected to ensure that the
color temperature can be consistent when the total dimming
brightness changes.
