This instruction manual contains important information necessary for the proper
assembly and safe use of the appliance. Read and follow all warnings and instructions
before assembling and using the appliance. Follow all warnings and instructions when

•Never operate this appliance within 25 ft (7.5 m) of any flammable liquid.
•Do not fill cooking vessel beyond maximum fill line.
•Never allow oil or grease to get hotter than 400°F (200 °C) or if oil begins to smoke,
immediately turn the burner or gas supply OFF.
•Heated liquids remain at scalding temperatures long after the cooking process.
Never touch cooking appliance until liquids have cooled to 115°F (45 °C) or less.
•If a fire should occur, keep away from the appliance and immediately call your fire
department. Do not attempt to extinguish an oil or a grease fire with water.

CAUTIONS
• These gills are designed for OUTDOOR USE ONLY and shall not to use in a building,
garage or any other enclosed area;
• This appliance is not intended to be installed in or on boats.
• Minimum clearance from grill to any combustible material must be 12" on the rear and 12"
on either side of grill and the height from the bottom to the ground is 15.75".
• Before each use, your gill, fitting and burner should be visually inspected for any wear
and or damage.
• This appliance is not intended for commercial use.
• The use of alcohol, prescription or non-prescription drugs may impair the consumers ability
to properly/safety operates the appliance.
• In the event of a grease fire do not attempt to extinguish with water. Immediately call the
fire department. A type BC or ABC fire extinguisher may, in some circumstances, contain
the fire.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended. Keep children and pets away from the appliance at
all times.
• Do not move the appliance while use.
• This appliance is not intended for and should never be used as a heater.

•Model YSNFM-HT-120DB is equipped with a CGA No. 600 connection, make sure the
cylinder is disconnected when the appliances is not in use. And only cylinders marked
“Propane” shall be used;
• Cylinders must be stored outdoors out of the reach of children and shall not be stored in a
building, garage, or any other enclosed area.
• The pressure regulator supplied with the appliance must be used. Replacement
pressure regulators shall be those specified by the appliance manufacturer.

Special Instructions for the Use of Regulator and Propane Cylinder
A propane gas cylinder is required for operation. Use a 16.4 oz. Model
YSNFM-HT-120DB is equipped with a regulator having a CGA No.
600 cylinder connection device for connecting to 16.4 oz. Only
cylinders marked “PROPANE” must be used.
The propane cylinder must be constructed and marked in accordance with the specification
for LP-Gas cylinders of the U.S Department of Transportation (D.O.T) or the National
standard of Canada, CAN/CSA-B339, Cylinders, Spheres and Tubes for Transportation of
Dangerous Goods.
• Store spare fuel canisters in a well-ventilated area away from the grill.
• Do not puncture or burn fuel canister.
• If the appliance is not in use, the control knob must be turned to the “OFF” position to shut
off the gas flow from the cylinder.
• Do not store a spare propane cylinder under or near this grill.
• Save the cylinder cap and reinstall when not in use.

• Cylinder supply system must be arranged for vapor withdrawal. Do not block the pressure
relief valve during use or storage.
INSTALLATION
• Installation of this grill must conform with local cords or in the absence of local codes with
the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54, Storage and Handling of Liquefied
Petroleum Gases, ANSI/NFPA 58. Installation of this grill must also conform to ANSI
A119 .2/NFPA 1192Standards for Recreational Vehicles. ANSI A119 Standards must also
be followed concerning clearances from appliances to any doors, windows and combustion
air intakes. CSAZ 240 RV series.

• For recreational vehicle grill for use with a pull out mounting or storage system, please
follow the clearance requirement for Combustible material in this manual.
• The pull-out system must support at least two times the weight of the grill when fully
extended and in its locked position;
• The installation of the appliance must preclude the possibility of operation or gas flow when
in storage (travel) position.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions thoroughly before proceeding. Make sure all the
plastic packing material is removed before assembling
Find a large, clean area to assemble your griddle. Please refer to the parts list
and assembly diagrams as necessary.
It is advised to have two people assemble the unit.

Main Grill Burners - Extreme care should be taken when removing a burner. It must be correctly
centered on the orifice before any attempt is made to relight the grill. Frequency of cleaning will
depend on how often you use the grill. Failure to properly place the burner back into position
could cause a fire to occur, thereby damaging the grill and making it unsafe to operate.

GAS CONNECTION:
Model YSNFM-HT-120DB:The approved regulator supplied by the manufacturer
must be used. Screw in the 1lb propane bottle into the gas regulator, turn the tank
clockwise to connect;
LEAK TEST:
WARNING: Please leak test your grill before use, make sure no gas leakage occurs.
• To check for gas leaks on grill, use a solution of 1-part liquid dish detergent to 10 parts
water. Agitate solution until bubblers from, then apply to all fittings and inlet to grill
control valve. If a leak is detected and you are unable to correct; return unit to the dealer
for repair.
1. Turn gas control knob to OFF position;
2. Brush soapy solution onto connection area;
3. If bubbles appear, there is a leak, disconnect the connector and connect again, make sure
the male and female of QDD are mated well;
4. If leaks cannot stopped do not try to repair, call for replacement parts.
DISCONNECT OF GAS:
Model YSNFM-HT-120DB:Counter-clockwise the disposable propane bottle to
disconnect the bottle from the appliance.
WARNING:
•Do not store a spare LP gas cylinder under or near this appliance;
• Never fill the cylinder beyond 80 percent full; and
• If the instructions in (1) and (2) are not follow exactly, a fire causing death or serious
injury may occur.

The appliance must be isolated from the gas supply piping system by closing its individual
manual shutoff valve during any pressure testing of the gas supply piping system at test pressures
equal to or less than ½psi (3.5 kPa).
LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Lighting the Burner(s)
1. Read instructions before lighting.
2. Make sure all valves are in the “OFF” position.
3. Open the gas supply after confirming all knobs are in the “OFF” position.
4. Push the gas control (burner) knob in, and rotate counterclockwise to the “ON” position
marking on the knob.
5. You should hear a “CLICK” and the burner should ignite.
If the burners fail to light:
1. If the burner does not light on the first try, repeat immediately. On your second attempt,
if the burner does not light within five (5) seconds, turn the burner knob(s) completely
off. Do not try again for a minimum of five (5) minutes as the gas dissipates.
2. After five (5) minutes, you may proceed to try to light the burner again using the
procedures outlined above.
3. If after a few rounds of trying to light the burner using the Piezo-style ignition, the burner
still does not light consider using match lighting method outlined above.
Match lighting:
1. Attach the paper book match to the lighting rod, insert it to the burner port from the gap
between the griddle and the chamber,
2. While holding match in place, turn the control knob counterclockwise to light position,
grill will ignite.

WARNING:
• Once you are done using the griddle, push the burner knobs in, and rotate clockwise to the
“Off” position.
•IMMEDIATELY turn off the control know if the burner flame is accidentally
extinguished;
Check for proper burner flame characteristics. Burner flames should be blue and stable, some
yellow tip is normal. If the flame is yellow, it indicates insufficient air. The burner tube may be
dirty or have spider nests inside blocking gas flow.
The correct flame pattern is shown below:
MAINTENANCE
• Keep appliance area clear and free of any combustible materials, gasoline and other
flammable vapors and liquids.
• Not obstructing the flow of combustion and ventilation air.
• Visually check burner flames.
• Grill should be cool to the touch before cleaning and storing.
• After each use of the grill, the appliance must be cleaned.
• To reduce the risk of grease fire, always clean the drip tray and remove any grease from
the inside of the grill using warm soapy water. The outside of the appliances can also be
wiped down with warm soapy water.
• Use a brass bristled barbecue brush to scrub the stainless-steel cooking grates, not a steel
bristled wire brush.
• DO NOT use any cleaning solvents or abrasives to clean the grill.
• Before each use always check/clean burner/venture tubes for insects and insect nests. A
clogged tube can lead to fire beneath the appliances.
•Maintenance is required once a month.

•Le modèle YSNFM-HT-120DB est équipé d'une connexion CGA No. 600, assurez-vous

Instructions spéciales pour l'utilisation du régulateur et de la
bouteille de propane Une bouteille de gaz propane est nécessaire pour
le fonctionnement. Utilisez un 16,4 oz. Le modèle YSNFM-HT-120DB
est équipé d'un régulateur doté d'un dispositif de connexion de
bouteille CGA n° 600 pour le raccordement à 16,4 oz. Seules les
bouteilles marquées « PROPANE » doivent être utilisées.
La bouteille de propane doit être construite et marquée conformément à la spécification
pour les bouteilles de GPL du Département américain des transports (D.O.T) ou à la
norme nationale du Canada, CAN/CSA-B339, Cylindres, sphères et tubes pour le transport
de marchandises dangereuses.
•Rangez les bidons de carburant de rechange dans un endroit bien aéré, loin du gril.
•Ne percez pas et ne brûlez pas la cartouche de carburant.
•Si l'appareil n'est pas utilisé, le bouton de commande doit être tourné sur la position « OFF
» pour couper le débit de gaz de la bouteille.
•Ne rangez pas de bouteille de propane de rechange sous ou à proximité de ce gril.
•Conservez le bouchon du cylindre et réinstallez-le lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé.

•Le système d'alimentation de la bouteille doit être conçu pour le retrait de la vapeur. Ne
bloquez pas la soupape de surpression pendant l'utilisation ou le stockage.
INSTALLATION
•L'installation de ce gril doit être conforme aux cordons locaux ou, en l'absence de
codes locaux, au National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54, Storage and

Veuillez lire attentivement toutes les instructions avant de continuer. Assurez-vous que tout le
matériel d'emballage en plastique est retiré avant l'assemblage

à la liste des pièces et aux schémas d'assemblage si nécessaire.
Il est conseillé d'avoir deux personnes pour assembler l'unité.

Brûleurs du gril principal - Des précautions extrêmes doivent être prises lors du retrait d'un
brûleur. Il doit être correctement centré sur l'orifice avant toute tentative de rallumer le gril. La
fréquence de nettoyage dépendra de la fréquence d'utilisation du gril. Le fait de ne pas remettre
correctement le brûleur en place pourrait provoquer un incendie, endommager ainsi le gril et
rendre son fonctionnement dangereux.
