This griddle is for outdoor use only,
assemble or safely operate the griddle.
3. Always place your griddle on a hard, and leveled surface far away from combustibles.

1. The minimum distances around the griddle that must be kept free of combustible materials is
36 inches (90cm),
2. Do not place the griddle where there are combustible surfaces overhead.

Preparation
Note:The right and left sides of the griddle are designed as if you are facing the front of the griddle.

Assemble the side shelves (1) to the cart beams (2)
with 8 bolts (A) as shown.
Please note: secure and tighten all the bolts until step 3.
Assemble the side shelves (1) to the bottom shelf (3)
with 4 bolts (A) .

Assembly lnstructions
Insert the casters (4) to the side shelves by
twisting clockwise until tightened, Turn over the bottom
assembly when completed and lock all casters to
prevent it from moving.

Align and place the main body (7) onto the side shelves.
Assemble the cart joint (8,9) to the side shelves and main
body with 4 bolts (A) as shown.
Fasten the cart joints to each side of main body
and cart with 8 bolts (A) as shown.
Assemble the side table braces (10,11) to the main
body with 8 bolts (A) .
Assembly lnstructions
Fasten the side table joints (12,13) to side tables (14)
with 12 bolts (A).
Screw 8 bolts (B) to the side table braces,
then attach the side tables to the brace.

Turn off control knobs and LP tank valve.
After fire is out and griddle is cold, remove
burner and inspect for spider nests or rust.
see natural hazard and cleaning the
burner assembly pages.

1. Clean burners and inside of griddle/
firebox
2. Trim fat from meat before grilling.
Turn front of griddle to face wind or increase
flame height.
Refill LP tank.
Refer to “sudden drop in gas flow” above.
Turn knobs to OFF. Turn gas off at LP tank.
Leave lid in position and let fire burn out.
After griddle cools, remove and clean all
parts

griddle/firebox
2. Trim fat from meat before grilling.
3. Adjust (lower) temperature
a) Turn the burner on for 15 to 20 minutes. Ensure appliance is cold before continuing.
b) Grids should be cleaned periodically by soaking and washing in soapy water.
c) The interior surfaces of the griddle housing cover should also be washed with hot, soapy water. Use a wire brush, steel
wool or a scouring pad to remove stubborn spots.
d) Periodically check the burner to see that it is free from insects and spiders which may clog the gas system, deflecting gas
flow. Ensure to clean venturi pipes on burner very carefully, making sure that there are no obstructions. We recommend
that you use a pipe cleaner to clean the venturi pipe area.
e) Any modifications of this appliance may be dangerous and are not permitted.
Stand your gas griddle on a safe level surface, away from inflammable items such as wooden fences or overhanging
tree branches.Never use your gas griddle indoors!
Once lit do not move your gas griddle or leave it unattended.
Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the gas griddle.
Keep a fire extinguisher handy.
The gas griddle will become hot when in use, so handle lids etc. with the help of gloves.
Ensure that the appliance has completely cooled down before storing.
