The following user manual contains important information's and tips that are essential for the
appropriate operation of the smoke machine. Please read carefully the present user manual
and proceed according to the instructions in it.
The devices compare advanced design and processing with advanced control system and
patented nozzle self-cleaning system. All this guarantee the long lasting operation of this
devices. The device can be controlled via analog or DMX signal (remote control) or DMX512
signal. All devices have advanced and esthetical appearance.
Safety instructions:
1) Before operating consult qualified person.
2) Remember to disconnect the device from the power socket before
upgrading. cleaning, maintenance or relocating the device.
3) Use only the appropriate power supply parameters.
4) It is forbidden to use smoke liquids with improper parameters, we
recommended to use only FLASH-BUTRYM smoke liquids.
5) The cover of the device can be very hot during operating, that’s why we
recommend to keep the device away from flammable objects.
6) The device shouldn't be located in places where it is not enough free space.
7) The device shouldn't be mount above the places, where people are moving
(form example on the ceiling).
Operating:
1. The device should be placed horizontally on the ground.
The device shouldn't be suspended at a bigger angle then 50 degree in relation to the
ground. Keep a 40cm free distance between the device and other objects. Keep the device
away from the reach of children, flammable stuff and exploders. Use only the appropriate
smoke fluid.
2. Before connecting the device make sure that the power supply has appropriate
parameters.
Warning: connect this device only to the electrical installation with zero lead !!!
Connect the power supply wire to the power supply socket (it is located on the back side of
the device). Connect the wire remote control (XTR - 5 pin). The device with the DMX512
control option should be connected to the DMX controller signal input socket via wire with
XLR-XLR plugs. If it is needed to connect more then one device then connect the devices
using the input and output DMX sockets. There is possible to connect 20 fixtures atthe same
time.
Remember: In the last device the plug has to be terminated with a terminator, with a 120Ω
solder that should be put between the second and the third pin of the XLR plug. After
connecting all the necessary wires turn on the fixture by pushing the Power ON/OFF button
(the button is located on the back side of the device).
3. After turning on of the device, the unit starts to warm up, it can take few minutes.

Warning: Remember to place the device in appropriate location to provide suitable cooling
(avoid tide places) otherwise the device will shut off automatically to avoid overheating (Anti-
overheating system).
The flashing pilot lamp on the wire remote controller and the blue color of the liquid tank
informs that the device is ready for operating, and the red color means that the device is still
not operational.
4. Always check if there is enough liquid in the tank. To avoid the damaging of the
pipe do not operate the device if there is not enough smoke liquid inside the tank.
5. Remember the liquid fluid should be refilled only if the device is disconnected. If
the fluid comes in contact with the electronic parts inside the device please contact
your local dealer.
6. In case of the efficiency decrease or if the device operates to loud, shut off
immediately the device and check the smoke liquid level and the right position of
the suction pomp. If the above mentioned instruction didn't solve the problem and
the malfunction still appears then contact your local dealer.
7. The device should not suppose to be left without attention.
8. It is forbidden to mix the smoke liquid with any caustic or flammable substances
9. After switching off it is possible that device will emit for a few
seconds smoke oddments.
Connection of the DMX 512 signal
The device can be controlled via standard DMX512. There is a possibility to connect
more devices with each other through XLR (3 - pin) input and output sockets. The
control wire shouldn't be longer then 100m to avoid the disturbance on the part of other
devices.
Remember: the pin - 2 on the input control wire should be connected with pin - 3 on
the output. Please also pay attention to the right connection of the ground wire. The is
using the first DMX channel and accepts the control signal range 0 - 255. Before turning
on the device, set the „start address" by using the Dip-switch.
Addressing panel: the changing of the switch
position according to the arrow cause the assigning of the signal “1” to the chosen
switch
Warning: After each address change the device has to be restarted !!!

Line control
operation:
1. When the green LED lights, the smog machine can work. Press the green button, spray
smog
2. Setting that red button pressed, the red LED lights, the machine can spray anytime.
3. Setting that the yellow button pressed, the yellow LED lights, when the green LED
lights, you can set the duration and the interval and the output.

Zastosowano tu nowoczesne wzornictwo i technikę sterowania oraz
opatentowaną technologię samooczyszczania się dysz, co zapewnia
nieprzerwaną, długotrwała pracę urządzenia. Sterowanie urządzenia odbywa się
za pomocą sygnału analogowego (pilot na przewodzie) lub sygnału DMX.

!Przed użytkowaniem proszę radzić się osoby upoważnionej.
!Upewnij się, że zasilanie jest odłączone podczas przenoszenia, konserwacji,
instalacji.
!Nie należy stosować zasilania o nieodpowiednich parametrach technicznych.
!Nie należy stosować płynów o nieodpowiednich parametrach, zalecane jest
stosowanie płynów firmy „Flash-Butrym sp. j.” .
!Zabronione jest przewożenie urządzenia z znajdującym się w zbiorniczku
płynem.
!Wysoka temperatura wytwarzana przez piec zamontowany w urządzeniu grozi
poparzeniem lub zapłonem podczas nieostrożnej obsługi.
!Nie należy instalować urządzeń bezpośrednio ponad miejscami po których
mogą poruszać się ludzie.
Obsługa Urządzenia
1. Urządzenie powinno być ustawione poziomo na ziemi. Wokół urządzenia powinna
być pozostawiona min. 20cm wolna przestrzeń. Nie należy instalować urządzenia w
miejscach dostępnych dla dzieci, w bezpośrednim kontakcie ze źródłem ognia,
materiałami łatwopalnymi i wybuchowymi.
Do pojemnika na płyn wlać odpowiednią ilość płynu.
2. Przed podłączeniem zasilania, sprawdź czy zasilanie ma odpowiednie parametry.
Uwaga. Podłączać wyłącznie do instalacji z przewodem zerującym!!! Podłącz
przewód zasilający do gniazda zasilania (znajduje się na tylnej ściance urządzenia).
Podłącz przewód pilota-przewodowego (XTR- 5 pin). Urządzenia z możliwością
sterowania sygnałem DMX łączymy przewodem zakończonym wtykami XLR-XLR
(3 pinowe) z kontrolerem DMX poprzez gniazdo wejściowe sygnału. W przypadku
konieczności sterowania większej ilości urządzeń, należy je łączyć równolegle
wykorzystując gniazda wejściowe i wyjściowe sygnału DMX. Możliwe jest
podłączenie maksymalnie do 20 urządzeń.
Uwaga: W gniazdo wyjściowe ostatniego urządzenia powinien być włączony wtyk z
terminatorem, tzn. z wlutowanym opornikiem 120Ω pomiędzy 2 i 3 pin wtyku XLR.
Po podłączeniu wszystkich niezbędnych przewodów, włącz urządzenie włącznikiem
POWER ON/OFF (znajduje się na tylnej ściance urządzenia).
3. Urządzenie rozpoczyna pracę –rozpoczyna się nagrzewanie pieca, może to
potrwać kilka minut.

Uwaga: Proszę ustawić urządzenie w takim miejscu aby było zapewnione
odpowiednie chłodzenie urządzenia (unikać zabudowanych miejsc), w przeciwnym
wypadku może nastąpić samoczynne wyłączenie urządzenia (zabezpieczenie
termiczne).
Gotowość urządzenia do pracy zostanie zasygnalizowana zaświeceniem się lampki
sygnalizacyjnej na pilocie przewodowym.
Kontroluj poziom płynu w zbiorniczku. Nie dopuszczaj do pracy urządzenia ze zbyt
małą ilością płynu, gdyż może to doprowadzić do uszkodzenia urządzenia.
Uwaga: Uzupełniaj płyn w zbiorniczku tylko przy odłączonym od zasilania
urządzeniu. W przypadku przelania płynu i dostania się jego do środka urządzenia,
skontaktuj się z dostawcą. Zabronione jest przewożenie urządzenia ze
znajdującym się w zbiorniczku płynem.
4. W przypadku, gdy zauważony został istotny spadek wydajności urządzenia lub
urządzenie zaczyna nadmiernie hałasować, proszę o natychmiastowe wyłączenie
urządzenia i sprawdzenie:
poziomu płynu w zbiorniczku
prawidłowego umiejscowienia dyszy ssącej płyn
5. Nie pozostawiaj pracującego urządzenia bez nadzoru.
6. Nie wolno wlewać do pojemnika na płyn żadnych substancji żrących ani
łatwopalnych.
7. Po wyłączeniu maszyny, możliwe jest jeszcze przez krótką chwilę wydobywanie się
dymu.
PODŁĄCZENIE SYGNAŁU DMX 512 (dotyczy FLZ-1500DMX i HAZER 900DMX)
Urządzenie może być sterowane sygnałem standardu DMX 512. Kilka urządzeń może
zostać połączonych ze sobą za pomocą gniazd XLR (3-pin) wejściowych (INPUT) i
wyjściowych (OUTPUT). Przewód sterujący nie powinien być dłuższy niż 100m, gdyż

może być podatny na zakłócenia zewnętrzne pochodzące od innych urządzeń
elektrycznych.
Uwaga: Przewód sterujący powinien być wykonany w taki sposób, aby pin-2 na wejściu
przewodu był połączony z pin-3 na jego wyjściu. Proszę zwrócić szczególną uwagę na
prawidłowe połączenie przewodu masy.
Urządzenie pracuje w jednym kanale DMX i akceptuje sygnał sterujący z zakresu 0-
255.
Uwaga: Po każdej zmianie adresu na szynie adresowej, należy urządzenie restartować
(wyłączyć i ponownie włączyć).
INSTRUKCJA OBSŁUGI PILOTA
1. Zielona lampka sygnalizuje, że urządzenie jest gotowe do pracy. Wciśnięcie
zielonego przycisku spowoduje erupcję dymu.
2. Wciśnięcie czerwonego przycisku (zapali się czerwona lampka) powoduje przejście

w tryb ciągłej erupcji dymu.
3. Wciśnięcie żółtego przycisku (zapali się żółta lampka) powoduje przejście
urządzenia w tryb TIMERa. Przy pomocy pokręteł „duration”, output” i „interwal”
ustawiasz odpowiednio:
- duration –częstość powtarzania dymienia
- output –czas trwania dymienia
- interwal –odstęp między kolejnymi dymieniami.
