1. To turn on the Vibrating Foam Roller, press and hold the power button for
1-2 seconds.
2. Press the main button to increase speeds. After the highest speed, if the
button is pressed again the Vibrating Foam Roller will come back to the
lowest speed.
3. Place the device under the treatment area gradually applying light to
moderate pressure as needed.
4. To turn off the Vibrating Foam Roller, press and hold the power button until
the foam roller turns off.
Using the Flexir Recovery™Foam Roller

1. The Vibrating Foam Roller is USB-C enabled.
For charging, plug one end of the cable
included in the package into your USB of
choice and the other end to the foam roller.
2. The LED light on the power button will flash
until fully charged.
3. Charging is finished when the LED light on
the power button is solid green.
4. Battery level is always displayed on the LED
light of the power button when the foam
roller is on. To view battery level when the
foam roller is off, quickly press the power
button and the LED battery light will flash to
show the battery level.
Flashing red: Low charge
Flashing blue: Half-way charged
Flashing green: High charge
Solid green: Fully charged

1. Schalten Sie den vibrierenden Schaumroller durch festes Drücken ein und
halten Sie den Einschaltknopf 1-2 Sekunden lang gedrückt.

4. Um den vibrierenden Schaumroller auszuschalten, halten Sie den
Einschaltknopf solange fest gedrückt, bis sich das Gerät ausschaltet.

Aufladen des vibrierenden Schaumrollers
1. Der vibrierende Schaumroller ist USB-C-fähig.
Zum Aufladen stecken Sie ein Ende des im
Paket enthaltenen Kabels in Ihren USB-Stecker
und das andere Ende in den Schaumroller.
2. Das LED-Licht am Einschaltkno pf blinkt, bis
das Gerät vollständig geladen ist.
3. Der Ladevorgang ist abgeschlossen,
sobald das LED-Licht am Einschaltknopf
durchgehend grün leuchtet.
4. Der Akkuladestand wird immer auf dem
LED-Licht des Einschaltknopfs angezeigt,
wenn der Schaumroller eingeschaltet ist. Um
den Akkuladestand des Schaumrollers im
ausgeschalteten Zustand abzulesen, drücken
Sie kurz den Einschaltknopf und das LED-Licht
zeigt Ihnen den Akkuladestand an.

directement à la vitesse la plus basse si vous appuyez à nouveau sur le

3. Placer l’appareil sous la zone à traiter en appliquant de façon progressive

4. Pour éteindre le rouleau en mousse vibrant, appuyer fermement sur le
bouton marche pendant plusieurs secondes jusqu’à ce que l’appareil
s’éteigne.

USB-C. Pour le charger, brancher une extrémité

Utilizzo del Flexir Recovery Foam Roller
1. Per attivare il Rullo vibrante in schiuma, tieni premuto con forza il pulsante di
accensione per 1-2 secondi.
2. Per aumentare la velocità premere il pulsante principale. Dopo aver
