1. To clean the chair, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use bleach, acid, solvents, or abrasive cleaners on frame parts.
2. Under difficult weather conditions and during the winter period, we strongly recommend to store the chair in a dry,
protected area with a suitable cover. Make sure the cover is clean and dry.
3. If the chair is scratched deeply enough to expose bare metal, treat the surface with a rust-repelling paint or similar
protective coating to avoid rusting.
4. Periodically check and ensure that all the screws are completely tight. Retighten if necessary.
5. A protective furniture cover is strongly recommended to optimize the appearance and durability of your chair.
1. Nettoyez la chaise avec un linge humide. N'utilisez pas de javellisant, d'acide, de solvants ou de
nettoyants abrasifs sur les pièces de la structure.
2. Dans les intempéries et durant la période hivernale, il est fortement recommandé de ranger la chaise dans un endroit
sec et abrité, et de la recouvrir d'une housse adéquate. Assurez-vous que la housse est propre et sèche.
3. Si la chaise a des égratignures assez profondes pour exposer le métal nu, traitez la surface avec une peinture
antirouille ou un autre revêtement protecteur similaire pour éviter la formation de rouille.
4. Vérifiez régulièrement si les vis sont bien serrées. Resserrez-les au besoin.
5. Il est fortement recommandé d'utiliser une housse de protection pour meubles de jardin afin d'optimiser l'apparence
et la durabilité de votre chaise.

high-quality standards and are guaranteed for domestic use against manufacturing defects for a
period of one (1) year following the date of purchase. This warranty does not affect your statutory
rights.
In case of any malfunction of your FLORENCE product (failure, missing part, etc.), please contact
one of our service technicians at our toll-free service line at 1-866-283-2239 from 8 AM to 6 PM,
Monday to Friday, Eastern time. RONA reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product,
at its discretion.
The product is guaranteed if used for normal trade purposes. Any warranty is invalid if the
product has been overloaded or subject to neglect, improper use, or an attempted repair other
than by an authorized agent. Heavy-duty or daily professional/commercial usage is not
guaranteed. Due to continuous product improvement, we reserve the right to change the
product specifications without prior notice.
