Flowcine xSPINE Easyrig Vario 5 User manual

The Vario 5 installation is done in two steps. The mounts on the Vario 5 will stay on the Easyrig all the time,
while the other mounts are quickly removed when needed.

Please take of the plastic cover and remove the Vario 5 from the Easyrig vest. Keep the
nuts and screws.
Easyrig Vario 5 mounting instructions
VARIO 5 INSTALLATION
1. Attach 12 x M6x12 with washers,
through the four slots on the
backside Easyrig Vario 5. Note the direction
of the four aluminium bars, that will sit inside
the slots.
2. Attach 2 x 1/4” screws on the
xSPINE. This mount can be removed
when not needed or stay in place.

1. Attach 1 x 3/8”-16 UNC 1” long
screw through the lock, and attach
to the Easyrig at desired height.
3. Find any of the
corresponding
threaded holes on
the rails
and tighten
the 1/4”-20
knobs.
2. Attach the two 1/4”-20 knobs
through the slots, on the xSPINE
Easyrig mount and find desired
threaded hole. These screws
can be positioned anywhere they fit.
Don’t tie the knobs all the way so it
can slide. Once done with step 3,
tie the knobs tight..
