MASTER Pogo Sck - FOR AGES 9 +, 80-160 LBS.
Use your head—have fun but play safe. Using your pogo safely
is mostly common sense.
1. Wear a helmet. Don’t even think about using the Maverick
without one. If worn properly, helmets prevent hundreds of
serious head injuries every year.
2. Check for hazards before you start. Never jump without
rst making sure that the surface is safe—solid, at, clean, well
lit, and dry. The best bet: concrete. Sck to outdoor areas that
are free of hazards and give you plenty of room to maneuver.
3. Hazards to watch out for:
• Trac: Steer clear of streets, parking lots, and other areas
vehicles use.
• Humans: Using your pogo sck too close to other people is
dangerous and rude.
• Slippery/Uneven Ground: Don’t try to jump on a surface
which is wet, oily, or even lightly covered with sand, gravel,
leaves, or lier—you’ll greatly reduce the tracon of your p.
• Steep Inclines: Remember, you want to maintain a posion
perpendicular to the ground. If the surface slopes sharply,
that’s just not possible, and it’s far more likely you’ll skid side-
ways and fall.
• So or Weak Surfaces: Don’t jump on plank ooring, lawns,
or any other inconsistent surface.

USER Guidelines
• Check your Pogo before rst use and on a regular basis.
• NEVER use your Pogo with bare feet. Always wear athlec shoes.
• Hold the Pogo vercally, and develop balance by pulling the Pogo up with you.
• Do not use your Pogo without the rubber p properly in place.
• Store your pogo in a dry and sheltered place.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE
1. The Master pogo is ready to use– no assembly is required.
2. The Master pogo Inner spring is not adjustable.
3. The inner spring is deliberately "ght" in all new Master Pogo Scks.
4. It takes several successive bounces to gain the momentum necessary to com-
press the spring.
• Stay within your abilies. With experience and skill, you’ll be able to react to
prey much any situaon reexively. But skill develops slowly, so take your me.
As you put in the hours, you’ll become insncvely aware of how much tracon
you have, how high you’re going to bounce, how to correct for balance, and
where you’re going to land. Be prepared to bail out at any me. If and when you
nd you do have to bail, even from low elevaons, be sure to land with your
knees slightly bent to help absorb some of the impact.
Maintenance
Your Pogo Sck has been lubricated at the factory but will require addional lubri-
caon on a regular basis. Proper lubricaon can be maintained with automove
oil. During heavy use your pogo should be cleaned and lubricated every few days.
To lubricate your Master Pogo proceed as follows:

1. Turn pogo sck upside down
2. Squirt a lile oil around the edges of the boom steel sha
3. Let oil seep in for about 5 minutes, then do a few bounces to spread lubricant.
